I booked this place after seeing the reviews of others. But once I visited, it turned out to be very cold in terms of hospitality, service, zeal, location etc. I didn't like it either as there were rooms available only on 3rd, 4th floor. Wi-Fi service ran like a sprinter running with broken toe. I asked for dinner and staff gave us advise to eat outside. Rooms were ok but their washrooms were stinking like a rotten egg. No memory to cherish.😑

Away from the crowd of Srinagar City, this hotel is located a little inside. We enjoyed our stay here in summer. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned, bathrooms are also good. The drawback is they don't have their food service/restaurant. Overall a good stay considering the price.

This is not hotel, this is guest house type with average rooms, no AC no room heater, only electric blanket will be provided in winter. Stayed for 5 nights just because I had visited in peak season and good hotels were not available.

Hotel is best and their service were too good.Location was also good I like the service they give to their customers and specially Manager Ishfaq was too good and helpful to us. Shahid and Arif were also helpful and their hospitality was too good

There was no lift and the stairs were very steep. You climb up and down twice and your muscles starts aching. Bathroom and bed were good. There were dust on most of the other things. TV was not subscribed. Only one linen for 2 people. Bit inside from main road and the road was dark and untidy. No restaurant facility. Fan was hanging very low and my hand got hurt. Owner/ staff at reception was a good guy. Arranged cab for airport.

Its a good hotel and budget friendly. They provide you electric sheet , room heater and electric kettle too.. The staff were also Nice .

Not even worth for single star. I don’t know how this hotel got more rating. One of the worst hotel experienced . Totally dust in the room . Not proper clean. When I call the reception person to show how dirt was in bedsheet , they accepted that they forgot to change the bedsheet. On electric kettle old tea bags was filled like won’t even feel to open the lid of kettle. Worst hotel at all.

I stated in this hotel for 5 nights during my stay and have a mixed opinion about this hotel Pros: 1. Reception manager's behaviour was excellent 2. Room was decent/ clean 3. Mineral Water was complimentary 4. 24 hours hot water 5. Power backup Cons: 1. Location is bit odd - opp. to a burial ground and in the middle of a residential area; the entire lane becomes very dark after sunset. 2. There are too many dogs in this lane which will hamper your good night's sleep. 3. Breakfast was complimentary but you need to call multiple times before it's delivered to your room. Plus, they will not consider your kid for breakfast. Only after I told they provided. Also, it felt they are doing me a favour by providing breakfast. Not good attitude. 4. Service staff enters the room without permission, this is a serious privacy concern and I don't appreciate this. Conclusion - Only book this hotel if you are travelling in peak season and have no other option left.
