No hospitality, No room cleaning, Staff cut electricity at 9 AM, Huge sounds in Night by staff and other guest , Congested rooms and shared walls, not soundproof, couldn't sleep in entire 4 day stay. Pathetic and stale breakfast. Only Parking and location of hotel is good Overall Horrible experience

Hotel sterling is a great option in deluxe category, last year i booked a tour package for kashmir from alocal travel agency in kashmir Travelling Folks and they gave me the option hotel sterling, its best out of best in srinagar if you want great hotel in srinagar in less budget then here is the option their service is best their staff is highly experienced and friendly, food quality is great I highly recommend Hotel sterling to every indian and outsiders

This hotel is in Srinagar. We stopped here for breakfast. Food was tasty. Ambiance is okay . They need to improve on cleanliness and internal housekeeping. You can try their North Indian menu which is good in taste.

Terrible is one word to describe. Arrogant ill mannered front office, least bothered staff. Don’t get carried away by the name of the property.The floor carpets have loads of dust, walls with moisture, most of the time without electricity.

Not providing hot water for drinking, for Room call attending 7.00 AM, hotel has fixed 100 dial for room service so many customer not known this number. Hotel service room generally 9.

Very decent hotel. Location is good. It is in rajbagh area a posh residential area of Srinagar. The rooms are big, only drawback is washroom not maintained. But it justify the price we got room. Service staff is very polite and responsible. I recommend this property looking in economic rate.

Very bad experience staying in this hotel.Manager(Mr. Ahmed) of the hotel is too rude,not supporting at all and food quality is worst and most of the items are not available.

Rooms are not well maintained. Power back up is not upto the mark. Genset is not powered on even during power cuts. Outside view is great, but no so great inside.

This was one of the worst stay in Srinagar, Very small room they have given to us.. the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep.. we can't even walk around the cot, also no bucket, the towel was provided initially until we ask.. and no curtain for the bathroom also they kept all worst cloths plates, etc in our shelves. simply a waste of money.. guys think twice before you book this hotel.

Old shabby Inn behind Samci. Not worth it. Phones/Geyser not working. Sheets and curtains were dirty. Avoid it

Nice hotel according to the price, the only problem is wifi won't work on left 1st and 2nd floor. Tip: instead of using these floors router as repeaters simply just connect the router lan to the wan port and leave them to use their DHCP, and your wifi problem will get fixed as far as I know about networking and observations.

As compare to near by motels this one is most cheapest and affordable when it comes to tariffs. Although food quality was not so good but rooms are very spacious and comfortable for staying. Power cut usually happens on odd times and AC doesn't work when you need it the most.

Poorest service and dusty rooms will make you cold and sneeze.power problems and no power back ups. Breakfast terrible fixed RS 275 and dinner fixed RS 375 per head is total waste. Room stinks and suffocating.
