One of the worst hotel in Srinagar . It’s not 3 star, it’s actually 3rd class hotel . I stayed there with my extended family members and we booked like 3–4 rooms . Almost every room had issue with heating and water ( no water or no hot water or water choke ) for which we called multiple times and they keep sending guys who don’t know how to fix . They have SPECIFIC timings for the hot water like from morning 6.30 am —-10.30 am and in eve from 6.00 pm—8.00 pm BUT what if my kids wants to take shower in noon or early evening ? Their food is also very average , lots of oil and as a matter of fact we also found cockroaches in the omelet … don’t stay here else you will regret! ( all good review are either fake or seems to be the paid one )

Worst experience and a loot. I booked 2 rooms with my family and surprisingly they gave us shady rooms on top floor with improper beddings and overflowing toilets with sh!ts. Worst nightmare to visit Kashmir. Manager was totally rude and had no answers. I showed him the booking photos and he accepted that even after my confirmed and paid booking, they have allotted the rooms to others and just have this shady and shabby room for the night. No wifi or TVs. Overflowing toilets. Manager was rude and had no compassion for this worst customer experience. Next day I was allocated right rooms and that too around 3pm whereas I was promised to be moved around 12pm. I expected hotel to be reasonable and compensate for the night which they weren’t to welcoming about. All I would say STAY AWAY from them. Literally they would be looting someone every night by showing some nicest pictures and allowing shady accommodation.

Straightforward assessment: Positives: Situated in the heart of the city with easy access to Polo View Market, Regal Chowk, Lal Chowk, courteous staff, pleasing interior, continuous availability of warm water 24/7, and centralized heating. Negatives: Limited drawbacks, though the centralized heating might occasionally feel insufficient late at night when temperatures drop significantly low.

Easily u can go to any visiting spot. Market is nearby. But go out with advisory. Nice place to get sleep n food in night. Good breakfast served in morning as well.

Hotel looks good. Rooms are spacious. But cleanliness is a problem. We had to ask them to change almost everything in the room like blanket, towels, tea cups as they were not clean. Also they have some weird arrangement for the hot water as you don't get hot water after 9pm and have to inform them if you wish use hot water after 9. Although food and staff was good.

The hotel staff , the manager, the cook, the parking in charge all are very welcoming everything feels homely Mr Rauf, the manager was extremely good and very helpful in all ways Tasty food 👌🏻 Good services for everything and very helpful 👍🏻 U won’t feel like going back Everything was very near and rooms were clean You won't regret staying here. The service is very good and friendly and the rooms were very well organised the only bad thing was that it was a little hard to find

Hello, Mr Rouf, I spoke to you. We stayed at your hotel and by mistake left a package worth 5500/- and reported back to you around 29th June. I am sure that cleaning staff must have noticed. Could you please check with them or look at video and help me get it back. I have already spoken to you at least 5-6 times in this week but no help.

The rooms were not cleaned. There were hair on the floor, cigarette ashes, water clogged in the dustbin of the bathroom, bathroom choked and overflowing. Also the hotel cleaning staff gave us immediate service but the manager did not even change the room for us. The Hotel owner Mr.Zayeen promised us a refund (which he told the manager) did not refund a single penny and when he knew we were calling him for complaints he chose to ignore our calls. Poor service, irresponsible behaviour and complete negligence of the owner towards the hotel. Would not recommend this place.

Don't go by low review they may be old now hotel have seprate heater ac in room and best service . Prompt serivice and very good experiance and stff is helpful and prompt to reply. Great experiance and main plus point that it in heart of city.

A budget hotel bang in the center of lal chowk. Location is spot on. Food can be improved. Rooms are centrally air controlled which is a bit tricky. You need to call them everytime you need to increase or decrease the temperature.

Hotel situated at historycal place Lal Chowck Srinagar. It is a good hotel, good service and serving very good vegetarian food.

F&B Manager was totally rude and had no answers nor he known how to communicate with customers , They even did not provide us a glass of milk for minors , they charges each and everything *Note* :tip is behind to pay every one askes for tip , restaurant, house keeping, security guard as well as kitchen staff . This hotel staff spoil our trip I want refund my amount and tip also. Think twice before the booking or else you'll regret.

Hotel location is center of city. Surrounded by all main markets shops. Hotel rooms are spacious and suitable for family's Hotel staff are professional and friendly. Hotel also provide good economical travel package to explore the Kashmir Hotel restaurant also provide good food. Out stay was really memorable by all arrangement. This is our first time to Srinagar ,enjoyed our stay at Regal palace . Specially the house keeping service Mr.Aqib, Naveed,Shabir,Javeed, Azad and Maintenance Mr.Bilal and Kitchen service staff are also excellent. We recommend this hotel

Unhygienic dining area... Staff cleaned the glasses in sink without soap.. Though there were families with kids, some male guest were Allowed to drink alcohol in lobby which was inconvenience to other guests

I was there with family and I had beautiful stay.. the place is located in market area which makes easy shopping and the staff was really helpful the receiptionist is very friendly.. the food was little lousy and imperfect but the place was so much clean and spacious... The staff and made our stay more beautiful with their suggestions.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Signature; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Early check-in allowed was very kind of them. Understanding and helping guest is there quality.

We stayed for 3 nights, there is no view from the hotel. Location is next to main market in lal chawk. Its like a concrete jungle next to buildings. The food was same on all 3 days, No variety. Avoid this place if you can.

first of all i am giving 1 star because we cant give zero star, we have very bad experience with this hotel no window in the rooms no fan no AC, no hot water in morning. in breakfast they are not providing prantha etc only Chote puri available, even if you need water they will not provide the same without extra charges. TV of room was not working, bathroom was not clean, and hotel is in very congested area. test of food is not good at all, first day we have not taken dinner because its so spicy. in morning we want to go for a walk staff has denied saying we will not open door in early morning,

The hotel Regal Palace is centrally located near shopping centre. The rooms are elegant with all necessary facilities. The food has a wide spread and tasty. The entire staff is very courteous, particularly Rouf and Ejaz.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me for hours after my phone was stolen at Red Fort Delhi the day before I came to Srinagar. The rooms are clean and the location is very good for shopping

This hotel is a gem due to the below reasons. 1-Perfect location.Almost everything is either at walking distance or within 10 mins of reach. 2-Super comfy rooms. I was here in January and temperature was between -2 and 3 degress but the heating in the room was just amazing. 3-Cleanliness. The hotel is super clean. Whether its the room or washroom or resturant, eveything is clean and hygenic. 4-The staff. Out of all the things mentioned above, nothing is comparable to the staff here. Very friendly, supportive and helpful staff. I would definitely recomment this hotel.
