Stayed for 4 nights. Very good rooms, excellent service, cleanliness top notch. Near Zero bridge, rajbhagh area in the middle of market area. The buffet had very limited varieties. Veg items were almost of the same type daily. Got tired of eating same thing daily. Special thanks to the staff for packing bread sandwiches early in the morning for travel. Rated 4 stars for the lack of variety in buffet. Rest all top notch.

I stayed here in April 2019. The hotel is very well maintained and located in the prime area. The staffs are all very cooperative. The food is really good and the buffet breakfasts and dinners were really tasty and sufficient. Only drawbacks here are the rooms size, most of the rooms are very small but they provide bed heaters also. Overall our stay there was very nice and I must recommend the place.

Rooms are neat and clean but service not good. Hotel management served refilled water in used mineral water bottles. N serving in rooms. But some staff members are good n agree with issues. Food buffet breakfast n dinner yummy.

We had a wonderful 2 day/night stay at hotel Grand MS in Srinagar, the hospitality was wonderful, along with the personal care that the manager (Yasim Bhai) is worth mentioning. We would highly recommend this hotel for everyone in the heart of Srinagar.

Hotel is clean and neat. Rooms are beautiful. Safe to stay. Foods are tasty, they have buffet for morning & night, orders also can be placed from room. Many sighting locations are located near hotel. Happy journey. 😇😇

Soap & consumables are never replenished. Cramped room. Old feel. Toilet is however good and spacious. No complimentary water bottles. Three star standards are definitely higher than this. However, staff are very good and service was excellent.

Best place to plan your stay in Srinagar. Staff are sweet and kind. Chef is to be awarded for his magic, food here is delicious. Rooms are hygiene and well maintained. They provide electric blanket and heaters in winters. Very approachable.

We stayed here for 3 days. Service is excellent. Friendly staffs. Great food. They offered Breakfast and Dinner both. Dinner was good. We didn’t like breakfast menu but it’s fine. It’s just personal choice. Over all worth and pleasant stay we had.
