The only best part in this hotel is that is has a good parking space (if you are travelling by your car) and Dal Lake is at walkable distance (20 mts). Rooms are ordinary with basic facilities. Washroom was not very clean. There is no lift (if you get room on the 2nd floor). It is not correctly mapped on google map but owner was so kind that he came to show us the exact location. There was no hot water at all full day but when we requested they started at late night. This hotel is good for ppl who want to roam around dal lake. Not for ppl who want to enjoy hotel property.

The hotel was very good and the owner was adjustable with every thing nice view benind Dal lake kashmir srinagar all items are available nearby like hotels,dhabas markets.

This hotel is now renovated. We (group of 6 people) stayed here for 2 nights in the month of December 2021. Location is walkable to various restaurants and dal lake. We got 24 hours hot water in every room’s bathroom. Bed and mattresses were clean and bed is equipped with electric blanket. Restaurant was not open during our stay but they provided us breakfast since it was in our package.

Rooms were good, they were a bit reluctant while delivering services like luggage loading unloading, providing an extra towel as requested by guests, etc. But overall good for 2-3 night stays. Nearest to Dal lake Ghat No 9. Atm ,medicine shop and other shops are also available nearby.

Hotel Humza is located at Ghat No 9a near Dal Lake, Srinagar. If someone wants a simple and inexpensive room then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, you may get disappointed. The location is very good but the management is very basic. Food Service is not available but you can demand Tea or Coffee. There is a small souvenir shop inside the hotel so you can buy Kashmiri Products also.

This hotel is recently renovated with new interiors and upholstery. Rooms, mattresses and washrooms are clean, provided with heating blanket and 24/7 running hot water even in freezing temperature.(End of December) Located opposite to dal gate no-9, walkable distant to great restaurants and bakeries. Bread, butter, eggs and tea provided in complimentary breakfast if you opt for it.

Hotel Humza is a very nice budget hotel near Ghat 9 of Dal Lake. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom was also big. There is no in-house restaurant, but there are lots of places to eat nearby. Also, please note that the property is a bit old. So, please expect sign of age in your room and bathroom also. There is no lift in the building, but the staff helped us carrying the luggage.

Location was perfect, just few mins away from Dal Lake. Rooms were big with one cupboard and one hangar. It was provided with a bed heater and three warm rugs which was appreciated. No toiletries were provided & the curtains weren’t in good condition. The staff specially Tahir was always available and cared for the guests which was the best part of the stay.

Worst Experience. No hygiene. Very Poor Service. Staff is very careless, not bother of ur requests. Delayed services. The key person is disobeying the hotel rules. Smoking is prohibited in hotel but manager himself smokes in hotel. Food quality is not good. Staff talks very rude to guest. U can stay in a small lodge u can get better service than this.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST. Don't get fooled by the exterior n other reviews.I had to book this hotel as all other hotels were sold out.We were 3 n had to book budget room as it was the option available when I gave the guest no as 3.The room was so soo dirty It smelled so bad n the blanket was really dirty .I requested to change the blanket atleast but they argued it is not dirty.I asked to give another room and paid extra amount.The new room was okay still the sheet was dirty.There was a water heater which worked perfect.There was no room service..Wifi wasn't working .The Room boy was soo creepy. .He kept staring at me and wouldn't miss a chance to peep into the room.I felt very unsafe.. By 9.30 he came to the room n informed THE HOTEL GATE WILL BE CLOSED BY 10.30 PM...Trust me when I say this I have stayed in lot many hotels in Kashmir and there was no such rule anywhere else .The explanation they gave is they had to wake up by 4 for prayer .Now there is no restaurant in the hotel they told and we had to rush to grab our dinner .Felt likea hostel..I yravel to Kashmir atleast 5 times a year as a part of my job..never have felt this unsafe.. everywhere else I felt so welcomed.The room boy after making us this intimidated started demanding tip too.There were other families ntoo who were complaining about the facilities...A BIG NO TO HUMZA....

Clean and specious rooms with all facilities within the budget. Location is fantastic. Just opposite of ghat number 9. All well known restaurants and bekary are just in walking distance.

3rd grade hotel, no room heater, wifi not working. I am not recommend this to any one. Waste of money, please avoid to come here. Date.30nov2022
