Hotel New Green View is a very Good budget hotel in Nehru park Dal Lake Area. The room was neat and clean and was filled with all amenities like geyser, electric blanket my stay was very good with reasonable price if you look good and budget i will definitely recommend you to stay in this hotel .

Don't waste your money. If you are in summer never ever book this hotel. Only power backup for Light (Blub) no backup for Fans. No rules for electricity supply. Cuts for many hours is normal.

Please avoid rooms are not upto mark, service is pathetic, owner him self is cooking third class food, rooms are also not balanced no one is doing basic cleanliness in the room,and everything is paid here with extra tips. The location is mind blowing but in rooms you will not find any heaters. Please avoid it with family and kids.

This place is very good and the service also good with good facilities and rooms are clean and hygienic food was yummy like home made food I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the best and affordable hotels near Dal Lake Srinagar,with very nice staff. It is situated in the middle of the beautiful lake, you need to take a Shikara/Small boat to go to the main road. The rooms are nice and spacious, staff are really good and helpful!! Must try out this hotel if visiting Srinagar!!

The hotel room was very average according to my average budget. 😆😆😆 The Location is ok. Service is good. Specially the host 'John' is very helpful. As I review honestly, I will be very honest. The night stay was ok in the end of September but it will be very deadly in December because of wheather. No warming system was available in my room. It might be due to the season or it might only available in premium rooms. Overall... A better than ok experience in low budget.

The accommodation is very good and in budget. Basir bhaiya here is very helpful and coordinating. You need any kind of help for food or to plan visit to nearby places he will assist. Overall good place in budget and beautiful view of shikaras going around

This review is specifically for hotel Green view 2.,dal lake srinagar, I stayed in this hotel from 9 - 13 june Nobody listens to ur problems even contacting and requesting personally Water related issues(No water most of the times) Electricity issues... No wifi access in room as mentioned while booking Hygiene is worst Too much mosquito and insects Unprofessional staff and very rude manager Always misguides u, (money making advices) Overall worst experience Highly recommend not to book this hotel

One of the worst rooms visited till date. It is situated on Dal Lake but there is no lake view. It is very congested, dirty, old, stinky and lot of mosquitoes. Worst service ever. You need to ferry up and down to the hotel on your own by paid boats.

Nothing to say good about this property apart from Service. Overall Rating - 1 Room Rating - 0.5 1. 1st of all I have booked 5 rooms and i have got 4 rooms and they mentioned one room is big and that will be considered as 2 rooms. 2. Out of 4 rooms, 2 rooms were completely stinking. In another room fan was not working properly "ANYTIME IT MAY FALL" 1 room was better. No proper maintenance. 3. The complete building is slant, you will always has a trippy feeling while walking. Not sure whether it is constructed in that way or it become like that. Service rating - 3 There were 2 person available, in that one person is having health issue and he is the only one who is always available in the property. So there is no proper communication. Another person is considered as A Cook, A Shikara driver and A Helper who is busy most of the time and he being there is the only good thing. Location Rating - 1 Whatever you see in Google/Goibibo/MMT is Hotel New Green View 3 but not 2. I visited a while ago and was looking for some budget friendly accommodation. And stayed here for some days. As there was random rains on random days, I didn't go sightseeing everyday. So sometimes I just spent the afternoons talking with the owners and they were friendly and helpful. The prices are low because there are not many luxurious facilities. There's no WiFi and you get warm water in the morning. But you get a decent room. If you inform them for breakfast or meal in advance you'll get it in expected time. It's in Dal Lake so the view and location of the hotel is a great advantage. And there are two hotels next to each other I think. Green View & New Green View. So check while Booking. But overall, if you're looking for budget a budget hotel at a good view location. You should check it out.

Not a good services at all, rather a poor service, rented 3 rooms, one was full of mosquitoes and other was too small and stinky foul smell, third was without geyser, no wi fi at all, curtains were not adequate to cover windows, light problem was there, no electricity at night neither in the morning, owner was absent at property only a person named adil who is just 15-16 years old boy manage everything, location is good but its on other corner of dal lake and shikara is needed to reach hotel, on 1st attempt hotel owner denied to pick us from ghat, and rented shikara were asking rs 500 just to drop till hotel, but on repeated requests owner managed to sent hotel boat to pick us which all hotel owners send free of cost. We waited almost 1 hr for boat to come, poor service at all. They dont have any arrangememt for parking vehicles, single car for a night will be charged rs 300. So plan accordingly. I will surely not choose it again.

We had a very bad experience. The WiFi is not working TV not working. Hot water available only after 7 :30 pm. We booked through gaffara travel. Ghulam agent enters the room at 10 pm and ask us to pay balance.Next morning they kept waiting for 30 minutes before our departure. Our hotel in pahalgam was a nightmare . The hotel staff talks nonsense and arrogant. They did not serve us water not ready to pick up our luggage. When we speak something against them ghulam ask us to don't come to us next time. He is so rude and just speaks lies. Don't ever book through gaffara travels. They cheat you and show arrogance.

Amazing experience! Received remarkable hospitality from John Bhai! All the time, we felt at home with him. Everything they provided are more than satisfactory! Fabulous location and services are awesome, too! 5 on 5, highly recommended!

Jhon is very nice person, he properly guided us to reach his location. Rooms were very reasonable for the price that we paid. Clean bathrooms, enough space for two people. Food was little expensive for the quantity they served.

This review is specifically for HOTEL GREEN VIEW 3 (MANAGER - UMER). Worst hotel in Srinagar. Hotel is inside Dal Lake, manager don't pick up the phone. Hotel condition is pathetic. Did not even check in. Have to take my family away from this unhygienic place to a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK - HOTEL GREEN VIEW 3 ever. If there was a star less than 1, would have given it too. WORST EXPERIENCE.
