Hotel is at a nice location. Less than 100mt and you get Dal lake ghat 5. Although the room was nice and spacious. There were not many amenities. Wifi was available but without any password and we sensed some serious security threat to it. We came after a trek of 7 days and extremely tired, badly wanted to take bath. My room's geyser was not working and they still gave the room. I complained twice over phone and no one came. Then I had to go down and thats when they told that it's not working and I had to switch room early morning. I also requested for tea for our members but they never came back with it. For the price, the service was quite poor !

Nice hotel beside Dal Lake. From left side room window, You can see the Dal Lake view and the mountains. The hotel decorations was also nice. Hotel boys and the receiption guys are very friendly. The payment was little bid high. But it's ok when you can see the Dal Lake view from your room. But not every room. Overall nice hotel.

The hotel is not as good for a three star hotel. Rooms require some renovation. Otherwise the location is good.

It is my third time to stay at Hotel Paradise. I am surprised to note that this time their service was very bad as I asked the person 3 times who was incharge the hotel counter ground floor to take care of Room no. 117 2nd floor for broken door lock and non-starting TV channel but they didn't do this. I was in hotel on 22 and 23/7/2022. It is requested to do properly.

Poor Room Services. Rates are not matching services provided. No lift available. Bath fittings are non functional and most rooms having decade old fittings. After 10 pm they won't heed to your request even for hot water to make baby food. Resturant having mainly non veg food. After checkout, they will force you to pay tipps and as per their wish. Top of that you have to pay tips even to their cleaner. I must say, location is good, but having poor amenities and services.

I have stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms. Some of the rooms are extremely bad. Dirty toilets with broken sink. Rooms are extremely dirty and not cleaned. No Room heater. No electric kettle to get at least warm drinking water. Towels provided are not clean and worn out. The only plus point is that it is besides Dal Lake.

I wish there is a negative rating we would have opt for that. Worst experience , rooms were pathetic smelly rooms, dirt, flyes all over the room even in washroom 0 maintenance no water in washroom, broken window, not working WC major flushing issue, there was nothing clean. And prices are like they are giving gold. Not at all recommended

Very bad with unsupportive room service and very bad food quality.

It has very dirty rooms and the water is yellow in colour.They are ignoring our commands.

Breakfast timing 8:30am but always staff saying waiting Room is ok ok But reception area 🙃

We stayed day before yesterday. It was very pathetic experience. Hotel owner is not polite. Water is very dirty.do not stay anyhow there. Their deluxe room is like guest house. They charge for everything but not giving any service. never stay there.

The quantity of food given was very less. One aaloo parata for one person. Food and service was very poor. Rooms are okay okay not great

Average rooms, worst food. Dont expect the breakfast to be on time, if brunch is ok for you then fine. Deluxe rooms are not worth at all.

Rooms and location is good. But service is not up to the mark. Nobody respond while asking for service. Worst service.

Very poor service and pathetic behaviour by the hotel staff. If you want to ask them any question and your voice is little louder than normal then they can directly tell you ''bahar se kashmir me aa ke hum logo se panga mat le... " Very pathetic worst-ever service and behavior i have seen before.

Dont go for this hotel ,this is new property but staff and m.d is very rude nd great attitude ,food is very bad ,full night no light we use bathrooms with mobile torch

Worst place to spend a vacation. Stay is good, although, no water is provided at all. If u want water, you will have to buy packaged water bottle, spending 10rs extra per bottle (30 rs.) The food is the worst part. We were served same menu for dinner as well as breakfast for straight 4 days. Paneer and bhindi, for 4 straight days. Chapatis/puris were brought in after 30 mins of waiting. Poor WiFi service. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms. Not recommendable.
