Great location and amenities. The food was too good. Even with tight security we had a gala time there. Little hicuos for initial room handover but overall great experience.

A decent renovated 3 star hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and the washroom has modern gadgets. The shaving mirror is badly fixed though, as its too low. The restaurant food is decent, while their service is commendable.

Went there and the staff behavior was really very rude. The watchman and security guards act like they're the boss and the customers mean nothing to them. Hope the staff behavior would be better when i visit again there. Overall the goods quality and bargaining has to do nothing with the staff behavior. The quality was good. Cheers!

Rooms are well maintained. Location has positives and negatives as it is a bit away from the Dal Lake but that too works good if you got plans to travel daily out of the city which could heavily bypass the traffic.

Location is ok Rooms are moderate service is ok too. BAR is charging excessively but if you seek being drunk & enjoy with your gf/bf its a perfect place where there's very less chance of being bothered un-necessarily. Plus,its safe to be there. security forces are there to keep you safe if you seek that.

We came here with our family, must say rooms were very neat and hygienic , hotel is near to all local markets . Food was freshly made and nothing is instant they take their own time for the preparation however it was overpriced . On the downside the broadband connection is damn slow we had to call the reception multiple times .. power cut offs almost every hour not sure if this is a normal thing in Srinagar

A room with no ventilation. I was given a room which has no window or ventilation. It was absolutely suffocating. By any chance any incident happens the person will get trapped. And on top of that if by any chance the electricity supply goes off, then, you won't be able to see anything. The staff is also rude and rigid. I asked for early check-in but they didn't not allow even one minute early before the actual check-in time. Never seen this type of attitude anywhere else. The hotel location is adjacent to a liquor shop makes it really unpleasant. Not recommended at all.

We stayed fr 5days here everything was good n manager was very helpful but only thing is my expensive watch is missing from box. Dnt know who took it but when I complaint there was no action by hotel ppl. Plz be aware of your valuables which may b gone during cleaning.

We stayed at this place for two days in first week of march .. The rooms are maintained very well.. They are very clean and cozy. .. The staff is courteous and well behaved.. We had an early flight and so we had to miss the bfast ... On telling this the waiters made sure they could make one or two things available before 730am.. Whereas the regular bfast timings were 830 to 1030am The food was also good..rates also reasonable.. I would recommend this place to everyone ..

Amazing place to stay. The staff's are very professional, rooms are brilliant. I stayed there for 2 nights. I barely have anything to complain about. The view from hotel is pretty decent. We had all meals outside so I can't comment on the buffet that they provide. Overall the stay was worth the price.

Awesome place to stay in Srinagar. This hotel is situated near badami bagh cantonment on the highway. Hotel staff is very professional and they have premium services to offer. This hotel is centrally heated which is suitable for the cold weather of Kashmir. They have an in-house restaurant. Although food prices are a bit on the higher side, but food quality is great. I recommend this hotel in srinagar.

Very nice and clean hotel with all facilities and helpful staff. Food also tasty but quite expensive. Rooms are small in size but with large storage capacity. Go ahead with it, I visited one month ago in November ☺️

Good Rooms and secured place to stay in srinagar. Also food was great as we had more options for vegetarian foods.

A hotel with restuarant and a newly opened bar in cantonment area located on Jammu Srinagar national highway with nil parking facility. Customers have to park their vehicles either on the highway or search for some spare space in adjacent laned and by-lanes. Service is good and all the rooms are air-conditioned.

Deluxe road facing rooms are very good, don't go for the super deluxe rooms, they are not up to the standard. Bf is very average,the staff is not rude but they lack warmth. Housekeeping is not satisfactory,they clean the rooms late and needs reminder to replace towels etc

Not so far from the most famous Dal Lake in Srinagar, this hotel has a beautiful ambience! Rooms are great & service is super awesome! Good to stay at this place when in Srinagar!

Visited on 14 June to 18 June 2022 Okay type hotel. Positive points: 1. In dine food is good, though items are very limited 2. Security is good 3. Staff are cordial and helpful Do not like: 1. Rooms are too small as shown or mentioned in website 2. No bar or Gym 3. Prices including food are high compare to service 4. Wi-Fi inside the room is very bad, most of the time - not working One thing to be noted, they will not allow check in before 2 pm (also do not bother that you are their guest) and remind you to check out by 12 noon.

The hotel really needs some major cleaning up to do. Very unclean rooms, beds… the bathrooms smell like a public toilet. The rooms smell of smoke. The only positive part of our stay here was that the food was good.

Very neat and clean place, quick and efficient service, courteous and polite staff and excellent food. A little away from the airport and the traffic (mostly tourist traffic) means you take min 30 minutes to reach. But still worth a visit and stay. Highly recommend for traveller's to Srinagar👍

This is one of the best hotel available in Srinagar. Hotel Staffs are polite and good. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is good but they don't have much options available. There is a CRPF security people present near hotel.
