Stayed for 2 nights along with family. Worst experience. I would never recommend any one to go there. The staff is not bothered about customer satisfaction. They are good only in begging for tip. There is always shortage of food in the restaurant.

Not at all happy with the place. The pictures provided in the internet by the hotel are very attractive but in real the rooms are very congested and not maintained. Food is below average as compared to other hotels. Will not recommend it ever.

Central heating as well as bed warmers provided in the chilly weather of Srinagar. Geyse with 24x7 water supply. Power backup available at times of power cut. No issues with cleanliness. The food was great. Great hospitality, especially Shaukat bhai; he gave personal attention to ensure comfort and our needs are met. Great experience for an affordable price.

I celebrated my daughter's first birthday on 9th June in Kashmir only and the hotel staff supported us a lot. We went to this hotel on our family friends recommendation.. and trust me we were not at all disappointed. The hotel, rooms, staff, food, cab services for different locations everything was "Perfect".. The manager Mr. Wahid is a gentleman.. Nazir Bhai who took us to different locations is also a very kind person.. Each staff member was very humble and made us feel comfortable.. they took very good care of my daughter as well.. 😊 one should stay in Hotel Center Point, it is not luxurious but it makes you feel like home which is most important.

Pros- Hotel was centrally located. It was big hotel. Staff behaviour was good. Room were okay in space. Cons- Nasty bathroom during checkin. Smelled worst. Room did not have proper exhaust. When discussed with staff they said room were remained closed that's why they stink. Wasted 3 hrs cleaning room and bathroom. Bathroom slippers were full of mud and after cleaning bathroom they left wet footsteps in the room. We stayed 2 nights. They said they will clean the room next day while we are away. So afterwards room were better. But on first day arrival we were tired and had to waste 3 hrs getting rooms cleaned. Even staff agreed that bathroom stinked as it did not have exhaust. Try searching another hotels. There are better available.

visited this hotel 4-5 days back. we were 15 people. Possibly the best staff one can find. they provided us with all the facilities. Thankful🙏

Room is very much conjusted. No proper arrangements are made for hot watter as room heaters for 24hours Or at least from 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM It is extremely difficult to keep the personal things and charging are not sufficient

Hotel was good central heating system was also good . No food choice they have only limited menu. Manager who works in morning was having bad attitude he always says we (hotel manager) are not Indians feels somewhat awkward do not depend on any cab or other services in this hotel they will not assure u.

Stayed with the group in this hotel thrice, Rooms are good, service also too good. Food is a spread of dishes veg & Non-veg excellent, front of Lady Ms Humaira very kind & soft spoken eveready to help you. Definitely will go again.

Worst experience. Manager is so rude. We booked this hotel through a package but given the worst oldest dirtiest rooms. Beds are not comfortable. Washroom is so so bad. Not recommended.

Noisy, Old city Hotel, beds were comfy. Linen was clean. But lack lustre in matters of service. Don't fall for those nice pictures. Look at what we got. Breakfast was so so.
