We stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was quite decent, staff are very polite and quick to respond. One of the staff member Irshad Ahmad was very polite and was very helpful. Food was very good each day. We had breakfast and dinner in our package and the menu and food quality was quite good. We met the chef personally and appreciated his cooking on the last day before checking out. Overall it was a very good experience considering my first ever visit to Kashmir. I would recommend to stay in this hotel if visiting Kashmir.

Stayed with family for4 nights. Very near to Srinagar airport. Decent and Clean rooms, good food and staff service makes it a great place of choice. Both restaurant and coffee shop offer choice of food for all age groups. the only problem is no Generator facility/Power back up for the Hotel. i beleive only UPS or Inverter runs if electricity goes.if electricity goes we have to spend whole night without fan & AC.

I have been staying here for 5 days and I would like to share the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Clean rooms 2) Only Amir is the one with the best service Cons: 1) Pathetic service 2) restaurant service horrible with we begging for the food since it all got over. 3) Very ungreatful people working here with no consideration to people living here

The rooms of this hotel was amazing. And even the location is great. But the restaurant service was pathetic. We stayed here for 5 days and all the 5 days we had to wait for the food to get ready for half an hour atleast. Even after consistently informing them about their delay in service , there was absolutely no difference in the food service and attitude. Only Ameer who is one of the staff who helped us alot. Rest of the staff were of no use.

Food - average, chicken was not even cooked and if asked to check staff was simply ignoring it. Rooms - Very neat and clean Service - Good. Hygiene - Well maintained. Location - Not good as there is literally nothing outside hotel and hard to find things like grocery shop,medical or any emergency requirements. ambience - awesome, small garden where can seat and have food and chit chat Internet - Pathetic internet service.

If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet stay with family then this place is best suited for you. Located not far from the airport, this locality gives you a vivid glimpse of Srinagar. The hotel has a cute garden which has many beautiful flowers and is good for tea-time conversations. The rooms have simple but tastefully done decor and have a television, tea kettle etc for your use. They also have a thermostat for temp control. The restaurant provides veg food and one non-veg dish, kept separately, for meals. They have a different menu everyday with tasty and not-too-spicy food. The tables have welcoming fresh rose flowers set on them which gives them a wonderful positive vibe. Lastly, their staff is extremely polite and courteous. They're always with a ready smile, attentive to your needs and respond promptly. All in all, this is a place I would love to visit again next time I'm in Srinagar.

I had a 4 night stay in this hotel with my sister . This hotel is near to Srinagar airport . The view of sunrise on snow capped mountains from our room was breathtaking. The food was really good and the desserts for dinner was my personal favourite. The whole staff is very cooperative. They provide a great service during dining , room service and with luggage also . Staff Junaid offered us great service during dining . Housekeeping is also good . The bath towels provided were not good enough. Heater is not working sometimes at night but the staff were helpful whenever called . Will surely visit again .

Stayed for 3 nights in 2 different rooms; good rooms, major bathroom improvements needed, food quality not so good; 2/3 days what seemed like rancid butter and expired jam was served at breakfast. Buffet items selection needs to be a lot better. Staff behaviour was average. Excellent proximity to the airport. Overall, a good stay with some minor inconveniences.

The hotel was good. when you visited in winter season their room airconditioners were not working it is badly to manage during night .. their food was amazing room service was great ... When you pay for 1000 for just a morning you must expect more

Good value for money hotel, very near to Srinagar airport. Food was average, rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Staffs were helpful.

We stayed for four nights in two different rooms. They have two different wings and the second wing is newly constructed. and definitely better than the first one. The rooms there are clean and well maintained. The staff is co-operative and polite. The restaurant food is good and they offer a variety of options to choose from.

Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms. The A.C. of the room was not working. After many repeated reminders also they use to switch off the A.C. from main point so you can't turn it on. The meals were included with the room but the food was horrible. The manager was very rude, and at any time he was ready to justify his mistakes. If you want to enjoy your trip don't stay at this hotel.

Good stay. Pros: Stayed for 3 days in the hotel. Food was good. Room is quite. Moreover, location is good and nearby airport and Dal Gate. The room heater, Geyser, and electric kettle worked fine. Clean bed and blankets. Double blankets were provided. Complimentary coffee ingredients and 2L mineral water per day was provided in the room. Cons: Room service needs to be enhanced.

This is regular business hotel which is in a residential area a bit further to Hyderpora. The service is average and food is also not bad kind of.. nothing outstanding about this place or restaurant. Many tourists who comes to Kashmir on package travels ends up residing here. Staffs were helpful when i asked them to keep my camera cover which i left in my room after my check out and came back after two days to collect it and as I had checkin again in this hotel as part of my travel package. People who works here could have been more hospital for a place where lot of tourists staying. Breakfast is everyday Poori, sabji, oats and egg burji, corn flakes, tea, bread butter jam. Only feedback which I had was that the staff could have been more hospital and friendly to tourists. When I asked to enable a TV channel, receptionist at that time lied that there is no signal which was a bit annoying to me. Its just a regular hotel to stay. Rooms are decent and bathroom are also ok!. Room service is extra chargeable. Two Tea costed me 200/-.

1 very good clean luxurious property. 2 central heating good. 3 restaurant staff very helpful. 4 reception staff very impersonal, curt and not welcoming at all. 5 wifi very sketchy. Tried to bring to the attention of front desk but they simply brushed it aside.

The hotel is near airport with peaceful environment. It is quite clean. The food served is yummy especially non veg items. Staffs including Furkan are pretty cooperative.

Worst Hotel Service ever. I had made a booking with Heritage Luxury Srinagar; paid full amount received a booking confirmation too. When I visited hotel at 10pm in the night to check in, they said they don’t have any booking with my name and claimed that the booking was shifted to another franchise of the same hotel. (Vilasta by Heritage) I had no choice but to shift to the shady hotel which was very far from the airport and caused a lot of Inconvenience. The worst was worst stay, bad breakfast. While checking out in the morning I asked bill to the manager and the team refused to give the bill. I am assuming that since I came late for the check in, the hotel gave my room to some other customer. I suggest not to rely on this hotel as they might cheat you too.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights during the end of Feb. Overall the experience was quite decent, staff are very polite. One of the staff member Fridous was very helpful and helped our parents for their needs during the stay. Being vegetarian it was a decent veg food that we got throughout the stay. The unexpected snow fall in srinagar filled the front yard of hotel with snow overnight. The bliss of watching snow fall was a very first experience for all of us.

Hotel ambience and room quality was good. Dinner buffet was average and couldn't catch the breakfast buffet. However the staff was quite unhelpful. They charged Rs. 4000 over and above our holiday package for anniversary decoration and candlelight dinner. The dinner was cold buffet menu served in our own room with lights off and candles making way for fire hazard on wooden tables. Also the staff didn't know anything about the local sightseeing places. They weren't willing to provide a dental kit and towels in the washroom were dirty.

Location is close to airport Hotels have probably been painted recently so seemed clean Food was above average Cons Hot water is not available all the time and not even at designated hotel time.. The electric kettle was stinking. Could be other guests used it for boiling something but even after getting it cleaned it smelled really bad The towels were not clean The hotel was part of a package and cost me more than other hotels but i wanted to stay close to airport. It definitely did not meet the standard as hot water is a basic amenity in cold locations and all hotels had 24 hours hot water.

Excellent rooms. Closer to airport. Awesome food. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast and dinner was awesome on all the 3 days. Great staff. Special thanks to Ishfaq who was always there to guide us and taking care of us. Highly recommended for those who need a pleasant stay in Srinagar.

I run a travel company namely *my travel mate women only* and i had be coming to this hotel for a very long time, well i have had a wonderful experience at the hotel heritage luxury every time i visit with my ladies. Every staff member from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff are delightful and eager to help always! The food has been always great, different course meals everyday. As i am from South India and they have been providing our quality melas as well. I would recommend it to everyone.

Hotel is very good and in one of the posh area of Srinagar. Rooms are also very neat and clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are also very polite and always ready to helps you. If you need anything and you ask it to staff than they will personally own it till it will be solve. Manager will keep in touch with you and let you feel comfortable and personally assist you. Food is also very tasty and they are open for any feedback.

Negative --> No nearby market or place to go in night. Very far from Dal lake. --> Hot water timings are limited (Morning 4 hours & Night 4 hours). It is basically same rule in every Hotel in Kashmir.
