Beware of looting by staff. Forcefully claims tips. House keeping, restaurant, security everyone will ask for money. Bed bugs. I got tick Bourne fever. Unsafe place. I felt a very unpleasant vibe while staying. Don't stay at this property. There dozens nearby which better and cheaper.

There is no AC. Breakfast no options The hotel building heritage and very good but there are poor facilities. Amenities are not provided it not worth for the money. Poor service.

Services are very excellent in hotel and room and resturant service's are up to mark and Mr Hussain served us nice.

Excellent ambience and hospitality. The staff is really nice and kind, Firdous in particular. Always ready to go out of the way and extend any possible help. Firdous has been a reason to make the place feel like 'home away from home'! Recommended!

Nice, neat clean property. Well maintained rooms Located close to the Jhelum river bank. Very close, walking distance across the Jhelum is the famous Lal Chowk market area of Srinagar. Friendly helpful staff. Very tasty delicious food.

Would have preferred this place to be more accessible to amenities / view. Regardless, this place is very hospitable. They even served us food in our rooms when we felt it too cold to venture out.

One of the best hotels in the outskirts of Srinagar. Situated beside the Lidder River. The property is very well maintained and decorated with several blooming plants. Their rooms are spacious and clean. Washrooms are quite big and immaculate. Hot water available. The staff is very helpful and homely. Complementary breakfast and dinner available. Wifi also available.

This was a disappointment. The hotel looks run down and needs renovations badly. Especially the toilets, they are nightmares. The staff here is courteous and helpful. Still I would suggest to give this hotel a miss. Better alternatives are available close by.

Meridian is a neat hotel. Food was very very nice and they served it hot and within the committed time. Hospitality was extremely good. People are so polite and always greet us with a smile. We faced little problem in the morning regarding hot water. We waited for long and the water was only Luke warm, which is not enough for the low temperatures there. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the food, service and rooms.

Three Star Hotel located at Raj Bagh extension was there for NABARD meeting. The ambiance is good location is good. Staff is cooperative. Overall a nice experience

Unprofessional management staff. Confirmed a room in the morning in person and upon arrival of guests atleast 2hrs later , cancel booking saying we are already booked. If you have a contract with an organisation atleast stick to it. Cancelled the bookings of eminent guests upon entry at the hotel gate.
