What's good- * Location of Hotel is very good. * Comfortable bed, i stayed 7 nights and i found the bed was soo comfortable. * View- outside view from my double bed room was soo cool. * Heating- bed heating is available in all rooms and also two soft blankets. What's not good- * Size- room and bathroom size is soo small, even the height of the ceiling is soo small, you can touch the ceiling by your hand. Your Head may get injured while taking a bath with a bucket in the bathroom. * Amenities- no dustbin provided in the room and in 7 days no one came in my room to clean the room. Also No towel provided. You can book it through Goibibo, it's cheap there and bad things can be ignored if it's cheap. In Offline Its price is 1000/day and it's not worth it. So book through Online. Note:- Hotel is Renovating now.

It's a nice hotel to stay plus at decent price and close by to Dal lake

Overall it was a good experience ... If you are on a budget then go for it

One of the great Hotel in this area, Gulzar uncle ji guided us everything. We stayed three nights at Grand Rooma it was really so comfortable stay.

Good and friendly staff, only problem we faced was our bathroom was not up to the mark.Othet than that everything was fine.

Old and new rooms were available.we were allotted in old rooms. Bedsheet was not clean. Water supply in bathroom was slow and not adequate.

Rooms not upto the mark according to rate.. plus point only room location and warm water when light is on.

It was fantastic experience with rooma hotel affordable prices
