I was at Hotel Jehangir today 19th of Sept. This hotel is not properly maintained, they don't changes bedsheets for other customer even after customer leaves the room. Lift sensor does not works. Today when I was going out for dinner and try to enter the lift suddenly the door closed and my head was stucked between the door I was about to die as the door was forcing to close resulting in brusting my head I shouted for help and forced my head out from the door, anyway my head got released before hotel waiter arrived and I was badly hurted. I was one step behind my death. It's a budget hotel room tarrif 1400 Indian currency located at Lal chowk Srinagar.

My experience of hotel jahangir was terrible. The only good thing of this hotel is some people who are working there who want to help you and want to serve you better. But jahangir is like a sinking ship it is terrible and filthy, room don’t have proper lighting its like staying in a dark cave .phones which they kept in rooms dont work so there is no room service .water and bathroom are so bad that you think twice before using it.i am so disappointed to myself that i chose hotel jehangir to stay.

This hotel is in the heart of Srinagar where you can easily go anywhere.. transport facilities are available for every place throughout Central kashmir and other districts. Rooms are very neat and clean and the quality of food are also tasty and hygienic.
