Super amazing locating. And host is also very nice person. I felt lucky that I find just place to stay. Will come next year with family..

Boat location was good, food was average, chai was fantastic. Washroom was bad, rooms are ok. Book only boat without food. Pay for food on the boat.

Smelly rooms, poor quality food and most important horrible bathrooms. Don't ever stay in a houseboat. Its not like Kerala houseboats which are real boats. These are fixed on stilts and don't move. So if there is dirty water around you have to stay put. Take a Shikra ride and photograph the houseboats and stay in your hotel. We got only bread and butter for breakfast. May be there are better houseboats around and this was like a 500 rupee Lodge. Look for the 3star or higher houseboat.

Pathetic experience..got robbed with 11 k within one hour of check In... Bad start to the first day of Kashmir trip. After that so much of attitude from care taker...

They hv a 70yrs history! Hosted both domestic n foreign tourists. Owner of the boat house,Faiz bhai is very humble n tru gentlmn. Round oclock warm tap water availbl.not too fancy but neat n clean,b'ful antiq furnitures.

A great place to stay, with a perfect calm atmoshphere. Great hospitality by Faiz bhai (owner) and Waseem (care taker). If you are driving by your own vehicle. Don't go by the Google location. It's actually the backside of the lake. Rather go directly to Ghar no 8. Do the parking, then walk to Ghar no 9. And ride a shikara to the Iram houseboat

Fantastic house boat service . Rooms are neat and clean . Electric blankets and hot water available 24*7 . Food is average. Taxi is also available for service. Owner Nazima ma'am will arrange for everything and help in every possible way. Nice stay for my family.

Great experience!!! Enjoyed a lot sitting outside during the night on the cozy couch!! Mr. Fyaz hats off!! Best service and hospitality. Always on his feet and ready to serve guest with respect. Great rooms. Will definitely come back again to an awesome house boat.

Very supportive staff and goof location. Located at ghat no.9. Very nicely maintained. Please do not see YouTube video and compare as the video shows only small boat. However, there are 2 connected boats with very nice place like shamiana. Recommended.

Loved Mr. Fyaz more than the entire sri nagar experience.. his hospitality and down to earth nature.. humble human being. Maintaining the place neatly.. loved the stay at Iram...surely recommend this...

Very poor service, first they told 200 for room heater , after service they charge 400 and no heating Asking for exta money. Dont go ever Every where this type of scam , be aware
