I stayed here for couple of nights in September! From the time I started interacting with Mansoor, it's been a very pleasant experience. Mansoor is super cordial and always has a smile. Ready to assist and always just a call away. Along with his dad the service has been super excellent. Everything was taken care of. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were clean. Made my stay hassle free. Sumptuous meals served to ur taste buds. Highly recommend the houseboat and would make this my go to place of stay in the future too.

Boat is in back side so no better view. Go for this only if you want to see houseboat from inside otherwise 3 star hotel is much better option than this. Service:3 out of 5 Rooms: 4 out of 5 Heating and light: 2 out of 5 Food: 4.5 out of 5

It was a wonderful experience staying at Fiji Houseboat. The rooms were big and the toilet was clean. The food was homely and tasty. Hospitality was great by the owners of the boat. And you cannot compare it with a hotel. In hotels you get 24 hour service but in houseboat you won't. 1 less star because, in my opinion they need a menu of the foods they will be able to provide. And a mini bar in the room would be nice. Because at night time you wont feel like to go out calling a shikara and everything closes at 9 in Kashmir. So mini bar in the room will be a great thing they can add. But overall you would love to stay there.

Very bad experience, worst service .. nothing was good ..!! 1.They came in our room many times without knocking . 2. Food was not at all good .. 3. When we were sleeping ,that uncle came into our room without knocking n took our blanket which we were wearing n he replaced with another one . He told that is not for use , idk why he kept on bed if it’s not for use .! Not satisfied at all ..!

This house boat is run by wonderful human beings, who live just behind the boat in a house. Care taker Musthaq, Nizar Ahamed chacha and his Son Shahid were very helpful and supportive. I was on honeymoon and felt very safe in their boat. The Kewa that Musthaq chacha made, was memorizing. Over all it was wonderful

Manzoor was very nice by nature. From check in to check out it was very smooth. Love the food it was really tasty and rooms it's very clean. It's better to stay in his house boat than any 5 star hotel. He and his brother shabir went way ahead to help us and guide us how to travel in kashmir. Will definitely recommend his house boat.

Mansoor and Rubina are the best of hosts. The houseboat is situated a little further from the hustle bustle of the dal lake. A quaint houseboat with a view. Rubina made us delightful homemade food after our long trip across Kashmir. It was a restful day at the Fiji houseboat with a free shikara ride across the beautiful and serene dal lake. The caretakers Rubina and Mansoor are a delight to talk to and will make sure you feel at home.

Great houseboat to stay in Dal Lake. They serve good homemade food. Clean rooms, good wifi and all the hot water supply.

You can’t ask for a better hospitality that we got at Fiji houseboat from Manzoor bhaijan. It was like staying with family . We spent the best Zero night or new year at his house boat.

The boat house stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. We spent three nights here and I must say everything was excellent.The bathroom was very clean and hygienic and the rooms were well maintained. I really liked it soo much.There is high quality service and attention to the customers.

It was my 2nd time and it was the same nice and pleasant experience. Everything was an excellently placed. The food and service was superb. Manjoor and other members were cordial and cooperative. Nice interior, wifi and cost was too much less compared to others.
