Decent stay at this hotel, room and bathroom was good and Clean and big in size. But little difficult to find location of hotel entry from big green size gate. Name written vertically on wall. I suggest you to not book this hotel through OYO, because you have to pay extra amount at hotel instead go directly and pay Rs.1000 for one night single person.

Untidy room , The dust was so thick ,it was hard to walk without getting the dust on clothes while walking . The cost of room was 1200 with all facilities like electric blanket ,geyser etc ,but the room was very very untidy .

Manager please speak with respect and some love While booking they sead they have power back up and it is also mentioned in too app too But at that night in -temperature air heaters were not working because of lack of power back up and if we ask them they started shouting on us and them and sead that ''at any cost it will become more then 1hour to get power back up you have to bare it'' I even mentioned that we are having asthma patient and some old age people along with us But management came to room and even shouted on them I felt like hostel and so embarrassing That's the reason even if we booked for 2days and paid for it We had checked out in one day only

never stay here very bad choice waste of money food is like water who is running this place is a greedy person have some shame to provide good food to your guests even extra mattress is a joke washroom is not clean even the flash is not working tv is not working govt should teach them a good lesson simply cancel their hotel papers if they are blind don't have sense how to run the hotel

Bathroom fittings are not in good condition in many rooms. Even the bedsheets seemed unwashed. Kettle is not provided. Okay for short stay but won't recommend for longer durations.

Lovely place. Away from the crowd. Secure. Has its own lawn and lot of parking Space. Very near to the airport. Just 10 minutes. Only draw back is that the nearest eating joint is nearly half a km away. In house cook is excellent and gives food as per requirement like non spicy etc. Overall i really liked the stay.

Best place to stay at, if you're travelling with ur family. Wonderful and respectful staff, clean rooms, super awesome veg food. We specially loved the food here. The staff was very friendly even with our 2 year old. We stayed in a few different hotel during our stay in Srinagar, and found this one to be the best. Thumbs up 👍

The worst No toilet flush, no proper heater, rude staff. I wish I could give zero star here.

i had booked this hotel for three days ( Rs 1600@ 1 day ) via make my trip but when i reached there they refused me to give me room inspite of booking . Also staff was very rude . then i contacted OYO for this issue and they provided me a room in the name of hotel, But it was someone personal house . I feel nervous and they charged me double triple rate of everything. this tour is like nightmare for me as i was with my family.
