The hotel is located near a small Lake (not Dal lake) and in the main city area. You can find many shops & restaurants outside so it serves as a good point from where you can hangout at evening or night time. The rooms are great. The only issue I found with my room was that the landline was not working so every time I needed something i had to especially go to the reception, which I found to be annoying. This might not be with other rooms. The staff was amicable. The owner of the hotel was so helpful that he let me use his laptop to transfer my photos from my mobile to my hard-disk. The dining area is actually their restaurant and the quality of food is great. The cook is ready to cook what you want to eat. The parking area is also big enough to accommodate good number of vehicles.

It's a good place to stay for unlimited budget and good hospitality

Hostile towards customers who are couples (unmarried) or who are both male and female sharing same room. We were asked to vacate room after an hour of check in or book separate rooms with the same price of one room.
