Bad room bad service bad food😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Rooms are clean however the staff is not friendly mostly the reception is crowded with local people and they smoke which is not good neither healthy for the image of a hotel. Food is great.

This is my worst hotel stay in Srinagar. The rooms and bathrooms are in terrible condition. Leaking taps, broken windows make the experience even worse. Towels and slippers aren't provided. This is definitely not worth the price they charge for the stay. Extremely terrible experience.

Pathetic experience…rooms conditions r worst … cockroaches in food … just not a place for family stay … beware of online sites or travelling companies.

Very poor, Zero rating hotel All kinds of bad things are there. Hotel sd be blacklisted by tourism dept. Misbehave Dirty Unhygienic Unsafe No parking for all vehicles No facilities Only cash payment No drinking water No slippers No towel No doormat Dirty & Poor quality bedding There are two or three mustandes , They always ready to misbehave tourists. It s my advice to all. Dont go there. There are many other hotels, all provide better service and facilities.

Nice hotel, good room but too bad food and costly too, I suggest stay in this hotel but order food from outside, just go behind this hotel u can get cheap and good food, just 400m walking distance from hotel. I got hotel, just for 800/- don't book online or advance booking, this hotel mostly have vacant rooms.
