Just an ordinary hotel, I have no idea of why is it called resort. Rooms spacious but poor built. The water of sink flows all around the bathroom. Stayed here for 3 nights and had room on 3rd floor. No lifts available horrible experience with luggage lifting, although helped by the staff to carry luggage. Hotel owner and staff are very gentle and helpful. The only stars this property deserves is for car parking space, nice restaurant and super duper customer service.

They called is resort but it is a Hotel. Rooms was spacious & cleaned. Hotel staff is also good. We wanted to order something from there menu but it was not available then & asked him what is available tell me, he said I will ask and let you know. But I did not received any response. Fan in the room was making lot of noise, I informed the staff about it. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights but did not repair the fan.

They call themselves 3 star resort but does not provide basic aminities like water bottle and dental kit. Food is also not upto mark. Rooms are not upto 3 star rating expectation. Location is also outside no acces to local area.

Everything from rooms to hospitality and food was fantastic. Only con is the location of this Resort. It is located in downtown area of the city which is far away from All the prominent landmarks of city.

The staff is very helpful and must try the dinner and breakfast. Its clean compare to others places near by . The property is not so old and managed by a very good family.

Hi I have stayed here two days and its my good experience and share to everyone, if u come in srinagar, i suggest to everyone stay in this hotel , Top to ground level all are good staff. food is very good Other room and all facilities are good.

It was a good experience for us from Lankar resort. We are total of 4 families from Kerala and stayed at hotel 3 days. Rooms, food and facilities all we have enjoyed a lot. At night my daughter got sick and they take us to nearby hospital and treat us like there family member. Highly recommend to go with Lankar especially for families.

Loved the way they made sure we ate our food on time. The people there were kind and filled with hospitality. The food was amazing ; had the taste of a properly cooked indian meal. The rooms were clean and the service they offered was staggering. Would totally recommend it!!

We stayed here for 2 days but the staff made us feel as if we were at home itself... The hotel staff was very kind, humble and modest. The food was finger licking good (especially the kashmiri chicken). The view from our room was quite picturesque. The owner was quite modest himself. Overall it was a lovely experience.. looking forward to visit again.

Very poor service , staffs are not good , bathrooms and rooms are not clean no tv it’s dabba only , no water bottles, dental kits , etc no help even on urgency . Even they misplace my luggage also whole mood get upset due to this hotel

This resort is good, rooms are also good along with service But the location is worse. There's no good place at close, Dal lake is far from it. Its at the edge of Mughal Road, which there are very less street lights, but the resort itself provides good lighting. And yes, its good for family. Its very quite & peaceful

Friendly staff courteous to all guests alike. Rooms were neat and much more comfortable than expected. Food was exceptionally good as we had the chance to enjoy both breakfast and dinner, again every meal is more of local flavours so if one can adjust their taste buds accordingly each meal is enjoyable. Thanks to all staff members for taking great care of our group from Kerala.

Unprofessional and the manager didn't stick to his words regarding the cab fare they arranged while returning to airport

This is a decent option to stay on the outskirts of the city centre of Srinagar. Located about three kilometres away from the Hazratbal Mosque, this locality called Sarderbal is much quieter than the hustle and bustle of the city centre. This part of the Dal lake is also much cleaner and quieter. The rooms are nice and cosy. Services are okay. Free breakfast is mostly included with the room tariff.
