An utmost budget hotel. Located by the main road, it is easy to spot. There is ample parking space. The building and the interior are quite old. The electrical switches, sockets and TV are decades old. Prices can be bargained. The room had double bed with unclean linens. There was a small closet with mirror and a drawer. No intercom phone. The hot water geyser didn't have functional indicator. Floor was carpeted and a single wall mounted fan was present. No towels were given. A soap bar was given on asking. Window offers a pathetic view. To call for room service one has go out looking for the person. There was a single sofa chair whose cushioning had all gone. There is nothing likeable about the hotel. It may serve the purpose of those travelers who are on shoestring budget and want an accommodation just for the night. There are better options around.

Nice hotel and owner behaviour, available round the clock for any necessity.

After getting into Srinagar at midnight after a 12 hour drive and being harassed by hotel owners on the street, we were exhausted. Just happened to walk into this place to escape from the street and got a good vibe. Very basic rooms but hot water and a good price. Don’t count on the WiFi tho.

One of my worst experience, water was not hot every time we don't have this we don't have that, they have geyser but they do not give you hot water as they have the connection with them you don't get any connection of geyser in your room. Linens were not changed and the room was never cleaned

Room should be renovated according to prices and location there was no washbasin in the washroom and electricity backup they don't have so please improve the facilities

I had a very bad experience. We went in Diwali vacation. There were no proper services. I went with my family and we were four members and only half a bucket of hot water was available. They only give 2 towels. Wifi password was also given for only one member. Over all were not happy with hotel rooms and services

Nice enough place. Cheap. Really obnoxious detail: they lock the front door with a key overnight. You can’t get out without someone coming down to unlock it. But they don’t get up to do that early enough. If you want coffee in the morning, you’re going to be slamming on the walls hoping to wake up whoever it is that’s supposed to open up.

Located in centre of Srinagar, near to Dal lake . Around there are many cafes and restaurants. Hotel have roof top, where you can enjoy your morning/ evening tea with amazing view on Srinagar city. Roof Also is perfect place for your daily exercise like yoga meditation. ❗️❗️❗️ATTENTION❗️❗️❗️VERY HOT PRICE if you compare with other hotels near by.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. The food was delicious. Heated blankets were sufficient to keep us warm. The location of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous with warm and friendly service. We enjoy very good food and hospitality here
