Best place to stay and visit . Food is awesome and staff is so helpful . Best recommendations from our side for stay

location is near to market . so u won't feel isolated. room are big enough to accommodate 3 persons. bathrooms are hygienic and clean good thing which I felt was that i order for one extra bedding for which they assembled one proper foldable bed with proper matress and linens . which other hotels just arrange for 2 mattresses on floor. breakfast was limited but taste of the food was good .

It's not poor, it's pathetic. Do you really want to spoil your mood after seeing beautiful Kashmir? There is nothing that you can appreciate in this hotel other than bigger rooms. Poor food quality, hot water was not available till 8.45 in morning for bath, no electricity in night, service was also not good. One simple exam .. you ask for breakfast timing and the person tells you that I stay too far so it may be delayed. During breakfast you opt for milk cornflakes. But you don't have bowl, sugar, spoon. When everything is available, no hot milk available. But that was the 'most' tasty item in breakfast.

Rooms were Good but we can’t say its superb. Staff is very unhygienic. They keep the used glasses as it is without washing them. In buffet system they provide very less options. If after 10 anything was asked to deliver at room at night they clearly refuse for that. Its ok for food as there is time limit for that but it should not be restricted on glasses and bowls and any other thing except food. Another thing which is bad is AC timing. Rooms don’t have AC facility on noon hours. AC timing is from 6pm to 9am thats it. Lift usually stucks in between. Last but not least… as the whole staff is muslim. Which is ok not a bad thing. But as we went on Independence day there, one of them said us “hindustan k liye azaadi ka din aur hmaare liye qaid ka din”. That is the time when I seriously felt awkward and didn’t want to stay at Srinagar any more. We are Indians first then we belong to any state. Bad very bad and negative vibes came from the staff of this hotel.

Stayed many times in Samci Rivera. Having very nice location, staff is courteous, food quality is very good, one should try lemon tea with honey of zestos restaurant. Always great experience to be here.

We stayed in this hotel from 9th to 12th June 2022. The rooms are very spacious. Washrooms are very hygienic and clean. The staff is very polite. 24hours hot water availability. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it. Moreover it's very near to the market and where all tourists stay. Special thanks to Mr. Irfaan at the reception.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also decent. Food coukd have been better . The bathroom shower stall needs better sealing to prevent water from coming outside. Overall a good hotel. They just need to have one more lift as the lift movement is either slow and flawed. Had to climb up and down twice in the one night stay there.

I was stayed for two days with my family on 24 October 2023. It was great stay, best clean rooms, staffs are all so friendly, and food very good also. Room service is good also. Overall very nice stay.

Hotel staff are coordial but the room service and infrastructure can improve alot. It's time there are fans in this hotel as the AC doesn't work as expected.

I booked my Kashmir trip through trip script travel company. They had adjusted this hotel to my package. Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and I felt like that this hotel is at one of the most convenient locations. The staff was well behaved and up to date. The food was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Me my wife and my kids enjoyed staying here I recommend people to stay here and if u are booking your trip then book it through trip script because we were the priority at every hotel because of that travel agency.

Prime location..normal service.. poor amenities. They don't recharge tata sky and do only after customer complaints. Infact you get only Hindi movie channels. No news channels. No newspapers..500 ml water per person per day..no AC / warmer, but has a regulator type machine which grinds all through the night. Food tastes like road side dhaba. They should really change chef

I attended a conference in this. This was my first visit to this hotel. I found spacious rooms, very youngish feeling in ambience and staff. Staff was very enthusiastic and energetic. food quality and service was good one can choose from a vast variety of food . It may have been selected by organiser but hotel management must ensure their touch and class It good property located in Rajbagh . It must be tried and visited especially because of the highly convenient and beautiful location . Will be in my list of recommendations for sure
