Spent 4 nights at Royal Castle in Gulmarg. Had a most comfortable stay, with central heating, and hot water in the bathrooms. Amazing food, as we would be out most of the day, we always had dinner at the hotel, loved it. Hospitality was amazing, the entire staff was very helpful for anything and every thing. Great interaction with the manager, who took special care of us. Would love to stay again at this hotel.

The hotel room itself was not very spacious but it is clean. They provided a good extra bed when asked for. Service is excellent. Tea and food is of good quality. We requested for some non spicy food for the kids and they whipped up a very tasty khichdi which the kids loved. This hotel has some of the best views in Gulmarg. They have a small garden where you can sit and enjoy the views. Will definitely stay here when we visit again.

Located in the heart of Gulmurg sits ROYAL PARK HOTEL which is beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean except for the view from the windows. The staff is good but not doing the task on time. The food is NOT delicious at all.

There were naphthalene balls for cockroaches in all the drawers, shelf, cupboard etc etc. My wife and I got a terrible headache with the strong smell. The food also was average and not much choice at the buffet. Good location overlooking the hills and fir trees.

This is 3 star property with 4 star facility. The complete management is fantastic. The location of this property is amazing with gulmarg valley view. Food, cleanliness and services everything is excellent. I am just short of words for this property and its staff. Overall an excellent stay.❤️

Had one day stay. Newly built hotel with very less experienced staff. Service is not that great and food also though staff was courteous. Rooms are well maintained but heater is problem. It's placement is very wrong. You can't keep it on as it's blower directly hits you. In minus temperature this very minus point for hotel.

Pathetic dining staff. We told on our arrival that we are pure vegetarians and we don't eat eggs Yet during meals they kept noodles with egg and breads with egg among the vegetarian foods with no mention about them containing egg When told about the same the captain of the dining area has no clue. Even the manager came and told just that that it shouldn't have happened and no apologies. The same happened with another vegetarian family staying at the same time. There's absolutely no good customer service which should the backbone of any good and upcoming hotel. Please don't go to stay there

Nice view from hotel. All staffs are very supportive. I asked them for candle light dinner as it was our wedding anniversary & must say they have arranged very well. It was at extra cost however it was worth. Food was delicious & they have variety of foods for breakfast & dinner.

We were here during the second week of July 2023. The hotel give you a vintage logwood cabin wibes. The rooms are small but decent however the bathrooms could have been better. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel has an excellent view as it over looks the Affawat mountain and the meadows. The food is lovely. This hotel is few kilometers away from the Gandola station, so you have to walk for 30-40 min or take the exorbitant costly poney ride. In a nut shell, we had a wonderful relaxing stay at this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the view outside ...it's mesmerizing! Rooms are dingy but decent for the price. Food was average but the staffs are very helpful.

Good services were provided by the staff and the food was also very tasty. The view is very mesmerizing. The also provided hot kashmiri kawa which was great in the chilly winter. Bonfire was also provide. Although we had a great experience with Royal Park Hotel.

Hotel ROYAL PARK is a perfect place to stay in Gulmarg .Great location really pleasant and clean rooms ,but the thing that make this such a good place to stay are the staff .All of the people r incredibly helpful and generous. And no request for assistance was a problem for them .the hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. .the hotel is well situated ,being close to shopping .transport and tourist sites . On my next stay ,I will definitely check into the hotel.

This place overseas a valley. Property is nicely built in a wonderful location. Room : We got the room on the top floor (6th), the view from the room was breathtaking, however every morning we had issues with the water not reaching the room as it needs to be pumped up as ours was the top floor. Food : I loved the food here specially the Thai rice made by the Chef was lovely

Very average hotel came here with a group tour had to suffer 2 nights here. Hot water was only limited hours and heater only limited time. Room service and food was decent however. The bonfire was the only good reason why I should give 2 stars for this hotel.

The place is an excellent location you can view the entire town from here. The food is also excellent with most of the dishes live and sipping hot. And the services are extraordinary. Most importantly Kaiser and his team and very polite and honest which is truly amazing and mint blowing.

Our stay at Family Suite,Royal Park Gulmarg was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed front View of Gulmarg Meadows from Window. And got Darshan of Lord Shiva Temple in Snow packed Ground. Food was excellent Delicious. Staff was so polite, and supporting. Thanks

The hotel was located with a beautiful view of Gulmarg. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the view. Special mention to the restaurant staff as they were helpful to my kid by preparing tasty kichadi and oats porridge. The hotel amenities need to be updated especially the mattress. The food menu is very basic and needs more options.

The hotel situated in a beautiful location of Gulmarg makes it a really beautiful hotel. It seems to be very old and the place is just mesmerizing because of the view from the hotel. The rooms are a little cozy, food in the hotel is pretty decent. Service is pretty good.

Kind of ambience and outer look hotel has but service is quite opposite. Felt exhausted asking for everything from complimentary water bottles to cleaning; I feel either they are understaffed or un trained. 3 rating considering common area ambience and food. We stayed here last week with 3 family. Hotel is very well maintained n hygiene. However room service is little slow. Hotel is centrally heated and that is the good part of it .Food taste wise good and there is lots of option in buffet.Overall good experience.

Gulmarg is beauty itself n location of hotel was at great because view from hotel was breath taking . Food was not good n room was quite small plus it had ventilation issue as well my mom got her survical trigger couldn't sleep half the night but we were staying there just for one day so it was manageable . Receptionist was good person n room service staff was good as well . Rest manger of food area was quite rude.

Excellent property, well maintained, decorated with antiques, excellent location, near Gulmarg Natural golf course, property in the laps of woods. Manager was very courteous and helped us with scenic sunrise timings, staff also very hospitable, good service. Good rooms.

Well located 20+ year old hotel in Gulmarg. Excellent views of entire Gulmarg in the evening during sunset. Well decorated lobby and reception area with lots of rooms. Rooms are averagely maintained. Bfast and dinner are served in the dining area with lots of options. Rooms and bathrooms need better upkeep and maintenance.

We stayed here for 1 day on 28 Sep 22. Room are good but toilets are very old and needs renovation. Breakfast and dinner was included in our package. Breakfast included 4-5 items daily and dinner was also very tasty. The staff is polite and well behaved. Location is very superb. 100% marks to location. I recommend the Hotel
