    If management is reading this then plz take note. Yours should be a regular 3 star hotel, so please don't label it as 5 star. Bad experiance as we had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Today is the first day of stay. Worst hospitality. Not at all the level of service a five star hotel charging 20K per night is supposed to provide. Arrogant staff at main reception. We had an infant with us and they made us wait till 2:30pm (we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm) to provide one room, and another half hour to provide second room. We had intimated the hotel 3 times in 3 days before arriving. Still the mismanagement. Swimming pool and most of the services are non-functional. And they have no reply to that. Pathetic experience. I hope there is an option for refund of whole amount paid to this hotel. No one is there to greet you. Bathrooms are sorry small. Food is ok till now.

    Great hotel to stay in Srinagar. Hospitable staff, service to the point. The buffet spread is decent but tasty. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The banquets are well arranged. Overall stay here was pleasing and would highly recommend for all travellers.

    One of the top rated hotels in Kashmir. Must visit….it’s definitely gonna be your excellent experience. Staff is quite courteous, food is nice, parking facilities are adequate, elevator is quite sophisticated, wheelchair accessible entry, small yet well maintained lawn, brilliantly designed auditorium. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite good…..rated #1👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I stayed at this hotel for almost 5 days and it was an experience you wouldn't want to have. Part of my stay was with a group of around 25 colleagues. On reaching the hotel they refused a room saying they haven't confirmed it even when there was confirmed PO with the office. On request they gave us 3 rooms, which were full of leaks in the washrooms. There is an AC duct which opens in the washroom and messes the whole washroom. Many people including me faced issues with the room lock. The biggest issue was water was muddied and stopped one morning. It was for all the rooms and not just one. Imagine the plight of people. They changed my room later but the cleaning staff is obsessed with seeking good reviews whenever you meet them which is irritating beyond a point. They have absolutely no clue how to handle peak seasons. Food is good but the whole food area is small if the hotel is fully booked and the staff is clueless on how to handle them. Given the price I would never recommend the hotel especially during the rush hours. There are hotels with better price and locations in Srinagar.

    Good service, choice of food for buffet is limited. They don't make in-house ice cream, but local cheaper brands are presented. Overall nice place to visit with family.

    not your typical radisson property. it's a old property run by radisson in srinagar. rooms are small and req renovation since prices being charged are too exorbitant. bfast and dinner buffet spread is decent and food is good. lots of veg options for dinner buffet. service of staff is good. they were polite and adher to requests especially of veg options. during peak hours service may be slow which can be improved.

    Best thing about this place is that it's centrally located, lots of eateries and shopping places in 2 kms radius. Courteous staff. Narrow road / approach road not that great. Reasonably priced. Spacious enough rooms. Plug points in rooms are a bit too old and difficult, needs change immediately.

    Good location, near to Dal lake.with in 2 km radius,we hd mountain view room and it was excellent.. the guys at reception and on housekeeping were courteous and good in their job, the only issue or suggestions I would give them to have first add box ready, we asked them pain reliever spray and it was not there…good options in breakfast buffet, ambiance is nice..Sukho Thai spa is must to try and it was super amazing..

    I had an awesomeness stay with Radisson Srinagar... the location, food, staff, and everything was so amazing.. I would like to specially appreciate and write about the asst. Front office manager Mr. Arshad simnani who was so helpful to us and provided with extra amenities.. he also upgraded us to business rooms and made our stay even more comfortable... Also I'm very thankful to other staff members who were so loving... Looking forward for another stay very soon

    Our family stayed in Radisson Srinagar during our July 2023 Kashmir visit. The property was average in comparison to many other Radisson properties that we have stayed in. However, what compensated was the service quality that we received. The hospitality levels were high, and a special mention goes to the F&B team. We had fellow travellers with specific dietary requirements. Mr.Irshad and his team were very cooperative, they went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded our expectations during every meal. Keep it up! Would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.

    The bed was very uncomfortable.The mattress in need of replacement. The room was extremely dirty. Kettle broken. No power outlet available next to the bed Not enough towels TV not working. The refrigerator was absolutely filthy and not working properly.. Continual power outages with no backup generator. Noisy party disturbing the guests late at night. After calling several times the management did nothing to have the music turned down. Gym in desperate need of maintenance.and cleaning. Room service almost non existent..Nobody answers the phone for room service. I ended up going down to the reception myself on several occasions. I ended up checking out of the hotel 10 days early I have feeling Radisson senior management in the USA are not aware of what is going on at this hotel. It definitely needs some form of accreditation review by Radisson. I suspect most of the reviews are fake. Definitely not worth $162 per night. .

    24 ×7 full security. Space for parking available here. There are fountains on both side of boundary wall. And full greenery. Staff's behaviour is polit.

    A wonderful stay at the fabulous Radisson Srinagar. Beautifully appointed suite. Fantastic staff both at the front desk as well as the restaurants. Food at the vegetarian restaurant on the first floor is phenomenal. Exquisitely prepared breakfasts and dinners with attentive staff. Excellent location with close proximity to Poloview Market and Dal Lake. We hope to return to this fabulous hospitality at the rooftop of the world!

    Not a nice experience at all. Too costly when compared with the third class facilities they offer .. I have stayed there 2 times and both the times, it was not a pleasant one. Won't recommend to anyone or spoil my trip by staying with this hotel ever again. 1/10.

    Radisson hotel Srinagar is a nice place to stay in. It is located in the city heart centre of Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir. The hotel have nice rooms and good staff Hotel staff is very helpful and humble to their customers almost good place to stay they serve good breakfast as compulsory in the package

    A property which carries the Radisson name ONLY to entice customers, as in reality one doesn't experience even a marginal hospitality Radisson is known for. So called rooms have no hot water because the justification of the staff is that luke warm is enough for bathing purposes. Catering is pathetic suffered food poisoning due to stale Caesar Salad 🥗 Morning Breakfast spread lacks non veg variety save Eggs Not a recommend. Radisson needs to monit the standards or withdraw as it is giving them a bad reputation

    It's a good business hotel located near the famous pool market of Srinagar.good for a stopover..The quality of rooms and services is good. Its restaurent serves excellent quality food. It is good place to stay..There is no view as such unless you get rooms on the top three floors. Overall it is a good hotel in Srinagar for a business or a holiday stay.

    Bad quality food, rotten meat smelling.and the time gap between serving a dish is like 15 minutes which is kind of funny . Our guests got so bad after eating thr food..so disappointed esp with food.. and they really need to upgrade on so many levels it doesn't look a five star at all , the hotel needs deep cleaning and renovation.. 👎

    We were very well looked after. A special thanks to Miss Salma Hostess for taking special care, Mr Ishfaq Bhat Supervisor, Chef Mr Sushil and their entire team for the awesome food. Mr Ishfaq from the front desk was very helpful too. The food was delicious there was a huge spread everyday with excellent service. The hotel is very comfortable and worth a repeat visit

    AVOID THIS HOTEL STAY We had paid Rs.14000/- per night for this property( peak season) . We were allotted Room no 415 & 416. Both rooms were so small & we were shocked to see it seemed worse than a dharamshala room. The bedding was smaller than the bed ( pics attached), the writing desk had holes in it , the washroom doors had broken handles. We complained and to our surprise the response came from the front desk staff was that the rooms are nice & they find nothing wrong or substandard. Finally they offered to change the rooms & we got slightly better rooms. But trust us the images on internet are not even 10% of what the rooms actually are. The rooms are not at all as per Radisson standards. It seems like any other 3 star property. The front desk staff are least bothered. We kept asking for wifi which got conected only after 3 hours of checking in & 5 phone calls to the reception & 1 visit to the front desk. Later in the evening We had bad smoking smell in our room & we complained and found out that due to ppl smoking in next room our room got the smell which enetered due to a loose window ( which had a broken handle n lock). Initially The staff kept saying maybe someone from our grp might have smoked but finally the main culprit & problem was found & the maintenance staff repaired the window. The washrooms dint have any tray to keep our toiletries / tooth brushes. Room no. 322 washrooms had spider webs & floor was totally dusty & also no partition in the shower area, so if one of the guest takes a shower the entire washroom would get wet. There was no iron & iron board also in the rooms Is this really a Radisson ????? Please avoid this hotel at any cost. We asked for a weighing scale & the hotel had only one hand scale which was given to us after 3 reminders. Its not worth paying more than 3000/- to 4000/- Pls pls avoid booking this hotel. ( a very genuine review )

    Radisson srinagar is one of the best hotels in city. Very good hospitality! Food was very good. Staff behaviour was polite. Thank you for the lovely experience!

    Absolutely shocked. My first was stay was great, but clearly that’s not consistent. Second stay was terrible. Right outside my room window were construction workers drilling and my window was broken so noise went through faster. I asked for a new room as I couldn’t even open my curtains due the workmen being outside and was told they’re fully booked they will get the work to stop. Eventually it didn’t stop and I made a fuss, after 5th call, I got a new room. (How? Thought you were fully booked) service was great until, 11pm drilling and construction noises start up again until midnight. I call reception who apologised and did nothing. I had to go down to reception and ask them to stop. Radisson? Really? Your price ain’t worth it. Close the hotel for construction.

    Checked in Radisson Srinagar in hope of pleasant stay but i got bundle of surprises from Radisson. The surprises are more then expected. We have to wait for our check in luggage for almost 20 minutes. After 3-4 call a gentleman delivered the luggage. The room size is not impressive even I ll say the same for hotel too. In morning, water supply was stopped for more than 3 hours and support staff will keep telling that I ll start in 5 minute. Stuck in bathroom for want of water. Then muddy water started coming. The price they are charging is not at par with the services. Staffs are polite and good. The hotel rooms are very conjusted and noway justify the price they charged. Not at all recommended.

    Staying here currently. Great location and ambience in the Lobby and the hotelLovely restaurant and high qualityfood. Rooms ok quality. Large too. Only negative was rhey wereplaying loud live music on rhe ground floor and since rooms are not sound proofed, one could not sleep till 10.30...That took away the class quotient...

    Wonderful Hotel and Even more Wonderful Team. Always ready to help and quick to respond. The Management level team is actively present and ready to help which is Highly Appreciative. Accommodating small requests be it for Cake Cutting for my Guests or Request for a Change of Room was very well handled. Definitely worth a Stay.

    It is a very old property, so the rooms are very small and with limited avenues for 4 star facilities. But the Service is top notch and the restaurant is their trump card..a very seasoned F&B Manager Mr.Pandey who is a thorough Host. The breakfast spread is A class. Housekeeping lacks behind in service. Location very good as in good vicinity and nearby to the market.

    Checked into the hotel few hours ago and not at all satisfied with the facilities and maintenance like gym, spa, bar etc aren't available in the premises. Ambience is fine, food is great and staff is good as well but very poor experience otherwise. Cleanliness is also one thing which i would like to put out as i can find stains in my room. Room size is also not appreciable. So overall not a happy experience even after paying 12k for their room for one night.
