The hotel staff is caring and made our stay in the hotel comfortable. Overall we had a very good time in the hotel. I wholeheartedly thank all the staff members who serviced my family during our stay there.

If you were in this hotel for 5 days. Even if you give, your room will not be cleaned. Here the size of the bed is very small and the distance of the fan given is very far. Your bed will stay away, neither TV is running nor there is water system nor service. So please do not contribute to this hotel and do not waste your money. There are many better hotels than this. But you will not get good response from the service of this hotel and its owner. These people rob people from today only for money but service is poor of number one

We spent Six splendid nights in this Hotel at Room No :206. House Keeping ,Services are excellent . Zubair & Hussain , the Two Receptionists along with Mr.Imran Khan , the GM of the Hotel took well care of us . We are carrying with us Good & Colourful memories which , we hope will last forever. The Location of the Hotel is also very nice.

Amazing hotel to check in, as it’s located at the capital of the city of Kashmir it makes it easy to explore.. as the transportation is easily accessible if it’s not part of your package too . The hotel is cost friendly . Well maintained an clean . We received warmth hospitality an friendly service. The rooms were quite big an spacious it was worth the stay thank you Hotel city Plaza.

Pathetic in maintenance, house keeping, no room service and no phone to call reception. If we complain the staff asks look for 5 star hotel somewhere. Arrogant staff. Breakfast and dinner was not ready on time and we had to wait for more than 1 hour for food. The worst thing was the toilets and they cleaned it only when we entered the room and complained about it.

Worst Service ever I have seen. Electricity is very poor. Even we cannot charge our phones. Only 1 plug is working in every room. Wifi is very weak. Never come here.. Haunted.

We had booked 5 double rooms for 10 member's group which includes ladies too. It was a memorable 6 days stay. Especially the owner Mirji was warm, so cooperative and friendly and ready to sort out if there is an issue. On arrival due to some pipe line breakage no water was available in few rooms but after owner Mirji was contacted they changed our 2 rooms with no water problem. But I will like to mention about attitude of few staff (Not all) is required to improve. Most of staff were decent and cooperative. I wish Mr. Mir all success in there new venture at Pahalgam. Construction of a new hotel is going on and expected to start within few months.

The staff especially hussain..hafiz..vikas all have a great you attitude. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Lobby is always buzz with activities. Mr mir Hassan is a superb leader to make all this happen. Centrally located and great value for money.

Easy accessible location and also u will get vegetarian restaurants opp. to hotel and near to dal lake... Staffs behaviour is good and do their best as per our requirements...

Rooms (especially toilets) are not clean. Dustbin and balcony were as if they were never cleared. Staff was ready to listen but didn't/couldn't do much about it. When it comes to food, I hated that they served us in disposable plates (which couldn't even bear the weight of rice) where as a family who lives in the same hotel was served in nice cutlery.

Came with my husband, stayed Room no. 205. All staff members are very cooperative,friendly and helpful. Special thanks to "FIRDOUS" who helped us lot through our journey . Cleaned room and washrooms,parking available,tasty food and hospitality is awesome. I have a great stay here and recommend others to visit here

We Stayed 3 days in the hotel city. Had an amazing experience there. Service is good. Hotel is near to dal Lake opposite famous dabha Krishna and Durga nagar mandir. View is so beautiful and specially the hotel staff are very friendly and humble guys specially Firdous he is so good and hardwork person and down to earth guy.
