It's been 3 days I have opted stay at hotel castle and it was fantastic experience. The staff was very cooperative, helpful and polite. Hotel service was very good and impressive, quality of food was up to the mark just to add need to keep little more verities of food option. Garden area were very clean and decorated with very beautiful flowers 🌹 Overall experience was very good and highly recommended.

We stayed for four nights. They provide homely food, good service. Specially dinner was amazing. The lawn infront of the hotel is nice.

Located is easy to access and in the market itself so if you need to go shopping it's fairly easy to do so, Vishal mega Mart is a brisk walk down the road Rooms were clean and spacious, needs to be repainted again to make it spotless, power fluctuations should be countered with a more powerful generator to avoid loss of voltage for heavier devices other than that they have good water heater and bed warmers so the stay is overall very comfortable The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful, we travelled with our family and they made sure to take care of all our individual needs, kudos to them for doing such a great job. we wish to visit you soon sometime again 🥰

Well located and big rooms. Stay was very confortable. Food was good. Though budget hotel, it had all the facilities. Staff was also very helpful. Infact they were kind enough to pack juice, sandwich and buscuits for our return journey which helped us since our flt had got cancelled and had to stay inside the  Airport for quite sometime. Very thouhtful. Good hospitality.

The Hotel was centrally located. But it didn't have central heating and we were only given heated blankets. There was no ventilation as the hotel is adjacent to two buildings and no view. Food options are limited but good. The staff are very cooperative. One more thing this hotel does not have a lift so this might be an issue for many. Overall the stay was not that great because of lack of heating. Will give 2 stars.

Very good location. Staffs are ready good. Dinner was included in the package. They will tell you the dinner menu, if you want anything extra you can ask them. They will make for you. One less star because of the room. There was no tube light or any bright light in the room. So in night it was a problem. The carpet in the floor was very old. Small insects were coming out of it at the night. We were always wearing slippers. Hot water available. If you are travelling very early in the morning, they will pack your foods also. We stayed for 2 days. There are few shops on opposite of the hotel. If you have time then you can go.

Can't compare with high rating hotels But overall experience was good Staff was very polite and helpful Rooms were clean Dinner they served was home style but very delicious

It's a 2* Hotel now they are started to modify there rooms and soon this hotel 🏨 will upgrade to 3* I stayed for 5 nights with family members and they enjoyed it a lot. Food quality is also good. Stuff are very cooperative and helpful Highly recommended

The place is in the heart of Srinagar. The staff is well behaved and took care of my infant very well

It has very convenient location (only 1.5 km from lal chawk), cozy rooms, nice garden area in front of the property, delicious food cooked by inhouse chef. All in all totally a pleasant experience while our stay in Srinagar, Kashmir

Average rooms, toilets could have been cleaner. Staff is excellent. Service was good. Breakfast on day one was sumptuous. Day two breakfast was just bread, butter, jam.. this was disappointing.

Rooms are wide and have attached washroom with geyser. Stuff behaviour and service are up to mark. I recommended it who comes from Bangladesh.
