Behaviour of the staffs are not at all good. Very rude. Bed is hard.

This hotel is actually located in a small road opposite with Hotel Royal Arabia and nearby with Khyber Hospital, Srinagar. The owner Mr. Manzoor Thakur and their staff very nice guys and helpful. Clean room, include breakfast & wifi available. You can directly get help from them for the car rental, sim card and also recommended restaurant nerby. We booked this hotel through Agoda & choose the Club Room. Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed!

had a few nights in srinagar in nov 2017 and june 2018 before heading toward leh ladakh. stayed in royal pearl for 3 nights. it was clean, comfortable and cozy. was very tired and it was raining for the three days in srinagar so stayed in most of the time. ordered room service a few times, food was good and enjoyable. few good eateries ard the area. easy to get transport to the city center. value for money. near mosque, but i think shiah mosque

Very bad hotel very bad facilities rooms are very dirty and in night, light are not available and no backup for light. the staff are very bad behaviour with visitors they are shouting on customers after check in.. dont go there the fully commission set by sikara riders and houseboats the take high price with customers and make his commission.

We stayed this hotel for 5 nights as part of the Kashmiri Trip. Hotel is below standard and the staff attitude is that they are doing a favor to us. Never recommend to anybody to stay there

This hotel is such a disgusting,average,low quality .they don’t even have pure water for drink and take bath muddy water sooo much smell in water without any room service i will give 👎🏻 thumbs down for this hotel plzzzzzz guys dont go for it dont even think for this hotel……🤮🤮🤮
