I wanted to book this hotel for a stay and went there but the staff was very arrogant..they should be trained on how to behave with tourist and learn some professionalism..they misbehave with their customers and don't deserve to be in such a wonderful tourist place..horrible experience..worst service ever

This hotel is the worst as you can read through other reviews. The owner himself is quite disrespectful and kinda goon who just wants money and doesn't listen to any requests or management. Rooms are way too small, totally not worth it. Staff boys are nice and generous but they too feared the owner so can't say much. Please avoid your stay at this hotel if you don't want your trip to get ruined.

Really bad experience. Aa thoo iss hotel pe. We actually went to this hotel through a package. First of all we didn’t liked it due to really less space. We wanted to change, they bullied us saying we have to give money for 2 days else we can’t leave. They offered a big room in exchange but asked us 2k per day 😠. We stayed somehow, there’s problem with geyser, geyser will not run at random times. After that one of our friend left, we asked to adjust that room’s money with that big room extra, they accepted but when we went to give them money, they refused and said we will take the extra money. All in all we got scammed.

Cheap hotel with cheap management and staff. Hotel owner seems lost interest in his business because hotel is not maintained well. This hotel had been removed by all travel site by not sure why OYO is still tolerating and torturing customer. Pros. Low cost compared to other good hotels around so only suitable for cheap people. Cons. No Lift. No suitable for Hindus because hotel management barbeque beef in their restaurant. Very congested rooms so not suitable for family. Almost every rooms has one of other issues like taps are leaking in bathroom. Water flow is very slow. No response from hotel staff when you them from intercom. They committed that cab will be arranged for airport transfer but it was not, owner and staff did not bother to answer calls. List of complain is very long but let me stop here.

We had booked this oyo hotel online.. But we want to check out through our eyes.. So we went directly.. And after seeing its not worth to price.. So we decide left that hotel without stay.. Dont go their for stay..

Food prices are high, for the worst food you have ever seen in your life. Electric pad are not up to the mark, some times not provided at all. Beddings will smell. Hot water is not available all the time. Hotel behaviour is too rude. Please avoid this hotel for your stay.

The AC was cutoff for a whole night in the sweltering heat of 41 degree Celsius and to top it off they cutoff electricity at freaking 5a.m., the time everyone was getting ready for the yatra 2 stars are more than generous

I have travelled many places and stayed at many hotels.This was my worst experience I have been through.Don’t believe pictures Rooms even don’t have essential things that guest required.There is no hot water available,Electricity is unstable only available for 1-2 hrs, Not a single charging point work on backup power when electricity is off.No slipper,Soaps,Towels,available.Staff don’t behave in proper manner they are too Rude.If you want not to waste your money and time and enjoy your trip just book any other proper hotel.
