Delux house boat with exellent service,family room are well decorated, clean and well furnished with beautifull engraving on bed, restroom is also very clean ,maintian proper hygine and having proper bath space with jaccuzi , basic facilities like hot water, wifi connectivity and heating are available.

We have chosen it because we have only heard about boathouses..but that is great place to live..actually we were also not interested to stay there but when we see that place we loved that..and i personally think everyone should definitely stay there for one time at least..

I have visited to Dal lake in kashmir i like the most is that houseboats and cultivation also at water itself there are many people who live their and there is many shops too for woollen cloths specially Nice place

Dal lake is a beautiful place. You can go for boating there and you can also live on the house boats. Srinagar is a very mesmerising place.

Fantastic place....shikara ride is one of the best of it's kind...shopping at the shops in lake have some less quality products compaed to outside...

Located in dal lake in the back side. Need to reach there by boat from here number 7. It's not located in an ideal place. Well the whole lake is not very clean other way. Don't forget to bargain while fixing the price. Owners are good and well behaved and always ready to help. Over all a good experience. But Authority must take a step to clean up the beautiful lake.

Great 👌choice for spending time to relax but not more than 2 days, other parts of Kashmir also quite charming n mesmerizing

The owner of the house boat is a cheater.... He is very tricky..... He offers you a cab or a pakage for tour and if you takes it your trip is done and dusted.... Even the food he provided was poor...... I recommend not to book this house boat.....

Good place to live in. Good rooms but not sure of bathrooms. Some houseboats have good bathroom and some are really in very bad condition. Good experience to live in between of lake with different types of sounds of insects which soothes. Your morning alarm will be the call of a cock. :)

To all the guest who have been given this houseboat by your travel agent or if you have booked the room on your own, please do not get trapped here upon your arrival! Look for alternate houseboat options and book it.. Here I stayed on 20 Jan 2023 and check out on 21 Jan 2023, had an horrible experience as the heating blanket wasn’t working, they won’t switch on gas heater nor they put firewood heater though the weather outside was -2 degrees also the hot water facility was extremely bad! We were badly cheated..

I had stay there 3nights with my friends, It was excellent service. It’s seems like family. Breakfast was nice that always wanna have it in my morning. And lovely food in dinner as well. Sunrise and sunset was awesome...

An absolutely amazing time here. Food was great, beds were warm and they treated me like family. I’ll be coming back here every opportunity I get. Run by fantastic people!

Homely service and very good hospitality from owner Mr. Yusuf Bhai and his son Umer. Home made kashinri food tasty. Imran and chacha in staff very helping. Rooms are nice slightly renewable.

Great place and very hospitable. Yousuf chacha and umar bhai are very kind. They’ll help you in buying local items too. The food and service is good. Cheap and best. Bed have inbuilt heaters and centralised fire place inside. Recommended stay by me.

Very nice and pleasant stay and overall too good. The hosts are really good and took care of all our needs. Umer / Yousuf Bhai takes exceptional care of your needs and Farooq takes care of all your needs in the houseboat. Houseboat is spacious with a nice chilling area with heater and also has a balcony area facing the lake. You will not find a jawah (tea) better than this anywhere in kashmir. They also arrange all cabs for you and really good drivers. Would say this place is just like you go there and rest is taken care of. Big thanks for a wonderful travel experience. Highly recommended.
