The staff is good, receptionist is cooperative, breakfast served was also good especially the tea is marvellous. Extra bedding is provided.

Not Good they are not giving rooms to Kashmiri people.. and rudely behaviour with Kashmiri people's this hotel is bad for everyone..

I've had a horrible experience 2 months ago. I booked this hotel via Make My Trip for a business trip. When I visited the hotel for check in, they casually told me that I can't Check-in because my room was damaged in fire last evening, they don't have any other room for me and asked me to leave. I spent almost 2 hours in streets and finally got something to keep my luggage loked in. After settling myself, I called Make My Trip and they told me that as per the Hotel Record, I've already Checked-In hours ago. I somehow convinced them and they refunded all the amount and apologized, but I've decided to not to visit this hotel again.

Hotel Pampose is the right place for stay . It is situated near regal chowk, lal chowk and main residency market road. Room are very large and neat and clean. Good hospitality. Breakfast is also good. All staff are cooperative and helpful. Mr Amjad manager so nice and very cooperative person. I recommend this hotel . Thanks to goibigo for good deal.

Located at the heart of the city on the bank of river jhelum. Clean big rooms, affordable prices and above all super friendly attitude of the staff. Tip: Ask for jhelum facing room ;)

one of the best and big hotels in Srinagar placed at heart of Srinagar city lalchowk with a view of river jehlum.....but currently it is closed because few months ago it had Burnt by fire
