Dr Noushin is an amazing fertility specialist. I had been trying to get pregnant for last 5 years in different hospitals and Dr Noushin gave me hope that it would happen. I am currently 3 months pregnant and couldn't be more grateful for her in helping us. All doctors and nursing staffs are amazing. The entire team at the CRAFT hospitals are all professional and exceptional at their job while at the same time being empathetic and supportive through what was a long and emotional journey. We have done different types of treatment in various hospital across Kerala, apart from other hospital they are very much professional and scientific in every stages of treatment.After 6 months of treatment we got positive results and We highly recommend and thank craft hospital and team for the support and advices throughout the treatment. I was admitted in the hospital due to fever but doctor farhan after proper tests told that the fever was due to pilonodal sinus. A surgery was planned accordingly for the removal of pilonodal sinus the surgeon was lavit who was really Co operative and helped to clear all my doubts and the surgery was done as planned. The staffs at night were also very helpful they were there to help me out at any time. My discharge is planned today and my experience with the hospital staff as well as the facility was really good I will suggest the hospital for my friends and relatives in future

One of the best hospital i refer for kids... Especially Doctor Majeed (pediatric). He shows maximum care for a child. He is one of the best doctor... A big thank you for making my kid ill free.. And Even the nursing care and everything was fine.. And one more thing i have to tell or you should know tat the food... The canteen.. Perfect neat and clean. Visited this hospital to treat my children for fever and had a terrible experience. This hospital is not to treat patients but it’s simply a money making business. No good practices are followed. No hygiene is maintained. The same thermometer which is used for a patient with high fever and symptoms of chicken pox is used for another patient without even cleaning the thermometer and when you request the nurse to clean the thermometer she makes you wait on purpose. Majority of female staffs are working with their kids besides them during their working hours..let it be cash counter or procedure room. No staff is wearing an ID card. It is nothing but a fish market. Weekday evening hours only one paediatrician is there to treat several patients who are desperately waiting for their turn. If the number of patients are more another Dr should be there on duty as well. This hospital doesn’t deserve a single star! One star because I could not post the review without a star.

CRAFT is a reliable infertility hospital for those who like to have their own children. Dr:Muhammed Asharf is the chairman of the hospital who overlook the entire process of the IVF/ICSI procedure .There are more than 20 specialized doctors from different parts of the country ,working together for the success of each case.It is advised to go for a counselling session over there before you start the treatment to understand better how is the procedure,the cost and the time you spent for the treatment.

Good doctors and infrastructure. But very badly trained staffs and security. Today, 28/12/2022, at 6am. I was asked to park my car, 250 mtrs away parking lot for during an emergency visit, as instructed by the managment.there was not a single car in th hospital premises. This is not the first time or second.. The security, as instructed by manager, always treat us bad. I guess this is not just my experience, many have had this issue.I read the hospital have car parking facility to hold 200 car.only thing is you people can be just happy about it. It doesn't worth.such a shameful practice. I hope your system wil not change. To the social media in charge. No need to give me a vague reply or thank me. Do feel ashamed and find a solution to emergency parking else keep going.

During our first visit to CRAFT we met Dr Ashraf to whom we explained our history of having 3 previous miscarriages abroad. He listened to us patiently and then explained us the causes of our miscarriages and handed us over for detailed examination and treatment. Fortunately we got the appointment of Dr Noushin with whom we were in treatment for 3 consecutive months, during each visit to doctor our hope increased with the tests and medications prescribed which were very precise to the problems we had, my wife conceived in the third month. We would like to acknowledge the expertise and dedication given to us by Dr Noushin who definitely has a Divine touch, Dr Noushin quickly identifies complications and treats them easily and doctor is very caring during every difficult situation. The attention given to every minute detail is incredibly and closing every loophole that can cause an issue for and during pregnancy. Our prayers are always for Dr Ashraf, Dr Noushin and the entire CRAFT Hospital team.

Best hospital for fertility for those who are suffering from endometriosis. I had stage 4 endometriosis. Masha allah, I got pregnant after 6 years at 29 years old after getting treatment here. Now i am in second trimester. Insha allah, expecting for the best. i was affected by severe endometriosis and none of the hospitals gave positive feedback about my condition except here. Doctors are well experienced in their field providing proper care for each patients according to their condition especially Dr. Ashraf, Dr. Reema and Dr. Subash.

We started our journey to parenthood with craft in 2020. One of the reason is because they had a clinic in kannur too so travel was less thru the time. Our IVF journey had its share of up's and down. The dr's were just commentable. Both Dr Reema in kodungalur and Dr Sangeeta in Kannur helped us with all our concern n doubts. During my 5th month scan when there was an emergency Dr Sangeeta came in without looking at the time and helped me thru a procedure. Dr Reema guided us thru the whole process without any issues helped us all thru.The staff at the craft centre is just amazing.The amount of time I stayed there for treatment and the way they treated us was also perfect. Now we are proud parents of twins. Thank you Craft.

We had worst experience with the paediatrician Dr. Majeed. His mannerisms during consultation shows he's busy and doesn't want to listen to parents & finally an improper diagnosis. Genuinely, such attitudes of 'busiest Doc' in the Town will bring big hospitals/brands down.

My two daughters delivery was there.gynaecologist over there are excellent doctors and pediatricians also.over all we got very good service. But the pharmacy service everyone is very bad.the careless behavior of the staff in pharmacy t we have to spend so much time on pharmacy. There is huge que and they called names in low voice they don't no how to handle properly.very bad pharmacy service

We have five years experience in this hospital. 2 year ago a large fibroid (around 2kg) removed from my wife's uterus, successfully operated by Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Subash. Then she became pregnant after one and half years. The brilliant surgeon of Craft Hospital Dr.SUBASH done it perfectly. We are very much satisfied with this hospital treatments and also the service of the nurses in the operation theatre. Suggestion : 1.Reception staff and tele calling staff should be improve professionally. 2.Room staff nurses have to be responsible . 3.Security staff should behave well.
