Had a full head of foils done, I was unfortunately quite unhappy with the result. I tried to be grateful and understanding when my hair wasn’t able to be coloured/ bleached/toned to my liking by my stylist/hairdresser even after the second visit. To attempt to fix my hair, several stylists had to brainstorm how they could fix my hair…. Although the second time round it was improvement… I am still unhappy with the results after paying $280. The stylists/hair dresser were very welcoming and weren’t hesitant when trying to fix my hair. But I just haven’t had a bad experience with an outcome like this. I am grateful that they tried their best but thoroughly disappointed, believing there was a better approach to improve the appearance of my hair…. Possibly considering a balayage foiling comb…combing through the bleach with care, not all the way to the root blending….instead of creating an undesirable appearance of clear divide between my natural hair blended to my blonde I desired.

I have loved all my experiences at Hairhouse Warehouse with my now go-to hair dresser, Hayley! She gets the perfect creamy blonde I am after and is very lovely! I’ve also dealt with Georgia on occasion who is so sweet and has great product knowledge for my curly hair. 10/10 😍

I cannot thank the amazing hairdresser i saw today enough! I called this morning with a hair emergency. A hairdresser from a different salon messed up a trim in an epic way, resulting in me being the unhappy owner of a mullet. The hairdresser Chelsea made time for me to come in after i explained what had happened, listened to me and made me feel pretty again. I truly got value for money. Chelsea took the time to fix all the damage and walk me through everything. I walked out with a beautiful style and fixed hair. I am so grateful for her work that i have been sharing my experience with family all day! I'm already booked in for my next appointment. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Chelsea did an amazing job yesterday with my hair, I went in all concerned about my hair because of how DRY it was. This lovely women, tried a product out on my hair first to see how I liked it with my hair. An OMG I couldn’t have said thank you enough times! With also making you feel very welcome and comfortable with always smiling and talking! Chelsea also did an amazing cut on my hair, which I have not loved a cut like this for years! Very honest and straightforward! Will definitely be going back!

Got a balayage done, beautiful colour and great service, however not experienced in cutting curly hair. They cut it wet and when it’s dry it looks a bit choppy. Definetly recommend getting colour done here, however if you have textured hair don’t get a cut unless you wear it straight a fair bit. Staff was very friendly and once again colour was absolutely amazing and looked great when it was styled with a straightener.

Staff were very good and they cut my hair as I like it.Price was very reasonable too.I will be back for sure.
