I brought my daughter here for her first ever eye exam. Immediately upon entering they guided her with checking in to help gain confidence in herself. I believe that was a very important step to getting her comfortable to make the appointment about her and her eyes. In comparison to other doctors appointments where I would speak on her behalf. The office was very clean and organized. I was very pleased with both Dr Song and the receptionist and our overall experience. The turnaround time was a reasonable 1 week for a new pair of glasses.

Doctor Song has a great personality and is a great Doctor however his receptionist is inefficient and condescending. Ordering and pickup is extremely inconvenient and there is no flexibility. Basically if you are busy, work days, and do not like being spoken down to this is not the place for you. At Dr. Potluck's practice things were fantastic, extended hours, wonderful ladies and welcoming since he has moved it is cold uninviting and the receptionist is the worst I have had in my life. I gave it a couple if years, it doesn't matter the day or year this practice is not what is advertises as caring and working with families. It is very very unfortunate as my family will miss the Doctor but having to deal with the receptionist's attitude and incompetence is not worth missing work for a day appointment, driving to St.Catharines or the frustration. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Very nice and professional doctor. My son has been seeing Dr Song for a year now and we are so happy how he works with young children and teenagers. Dr Song is very kind, he cares about his patients and also very knowledgeable which is really rare in today's medical world to have both. We are so happy to have Dr. Song as our eye doctor! The receptionist is also very kind and professional always prompt and with a smile.

Dr. Song was amazing with my parents! Kind, patient and thoughtful. My parents left feeling cared for and also stylish with their new eyewear. I need to do a vision test soon and will definitely take my parents' recommendation and make a visit there soon. Looking forward to it!

My favorite doctor I ever had. I always feel welcomed. He always remember me and my family. I moved to Toronto but still have him as my eye doctor. He is so professional and understanding person. Great please visit for any eye issues or check.

Went in for a check-up and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Song was super nice and gave good insight that I hadn't heard from previous optometrists. Felt very comfortable throughout the tests, and the space is nice and clean. There's a nice selection of modern styled frames as well. Bonus, he was well set up to do direct billing to my insurer which made it easy on my end. Definitely coming back!

We recently moved out west and had to leave our pediatric optometrist and feared we would never find anyone as wonderful as him, but when we met Dr.Song, his professionalism, knowledge and overall compatibility with kids surpassed our expectations! He truly is a dr who cares about his clients and he goes above and beyond to make your experience warm and welcoming. My 6 year old loves going to visit Dr.Song and his new glasses are perfect.

Dr. Song has been our optometrist for years' now in Niagara and my wife and I recently visited his new office. Great space, and the Dr. and his staff are very welcoming. They put in a lot of effort to make sure you are comfortable with your eyesight and the selection of glasses/or contacts are best for you. I went for contacts and tried a number of new options for myself, while my wife picked out two new pairs of glasses. Note that with the new office there was a lot of interesting and trendy selections available. Proven by how long I've been a patient of Dr. Song I would easily recommend him.

You NEVER leave the office feeling you’ve been rushed out, or that your concerns have not adequately been attended to. Dr. Song is the real deal. My whole family including my 8 and 5 year old children were examined for the first time by Dr. Song - and this will not be the last! Immediate first impressions were very positive. The office is clean, modern and kid-friendly! The staff took every measure of protection due to Covid-19 and when it came time for the examination I was immediately impressed by Dr. Songs ability to engage the kids, diminish any nerves and even spurred on dancing from my 5-year old in between assessments! We appreciated the level of expertise, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism from beginning to end. Thank you Dr. Song! We will definitely be recommending our friends and family here - it’s worth the drive to St. “Kitts”!
