i have tried to share the pics of almost all the brand outlets available here along with a pic of the Guide map featuring all the stores available here. Washroom is very neat and clean. There is a Big eatery area where you can dine in too(vaccination proof required). few food trucks available too. Customer service in all stores are really good and discounts are pretty good and more discount than the online website price. There is a kids play area opposite of Tim Hortons , one of the best location of premium brand shopping at big discounted price. its kind of a one stop shop of for premium brands at discounted price

I’m not really much of a fan of outlet malls in Canada as it’s rare to find a good selection of stores with reasonable deals. This particular Outlet is actually not bad at all. Has a good selection of stores and quality products with some reasonably priced items throughout so yes I’d recommend and return again one day myself.

I mean… while other malls were closed on Easter Day and other holidays, this outlet was opened. It is very huge. Very much spacious and wheelchair accessible. The mask mandate is not in effect here so everyone does whatever they want. Alot of the individual stores aren’t very spacious but they’re deals everywhere. Such beautiful seating areas, kids play area, and food areas. Lovely shopping centre.

Lot of outlets from almost all famous and familiar brands around the world have stores here. And one can get special discounts by asking for a discount card. The card we can get from the desk in Tim Hortons. But there are no much food options inside Eataly. Better pack food from home and enjoy your shopping here.

Almost stores are open with limited capacity. Popular stores have reasonable lineup but not too crazy. People are keeping social distance and shops are enforcing hand sanitizer. Washrooms are fairly clean. Food court is open but no dine in, there’s an area open outside people sitting outside to eat.

Very fun outdoor mall. Great place if you’re travelling with a dog. The whole mall is very dog friendly and they even have stickers on the door to each store indicating if they allow dogs. Many stores that wouldn’t normally be pet friendly accepted dogs at this mall! The outdoor mall concept was a fun experience and the stores themselves had good deals.

One of Toronto’s / GTA iconic malls. Great 👍 deals, a large food 🥘 court, as well as it’s fulfil all your shopping 🛍️ 🛒 needs. Plenty of parking 🅿️. It as wheelchair ♿️ 🦽 🦼 accessible & public transport. There is Under Armour, Bass Pro Shops, Famous Footwear, Nike Factory Store, Crocs, Old Navy, Newbalance, Guess Factory, Aerie, Guess Factory, Danier, Lacoste, The Shoe Company, and many other stores. There is also Starbucks , Aroma Coffee Basic. Overall shopping there is a good experience.

A world class beauty of an outdoor shopping center. I've been to outdoor shopping centers in the States right down to Florida and this is right up there with them for both company mix and architecture. Not only is it a good size center but the shops are just over the top friendly! I tend to wind up here during the holidays or when I need to get a gift for my wife ( Roots) I also support people in the community and we love to walk this mall both in the summer and the winter. If you're looking for a special gift, this mall will have a store that has it. Every time.

If you are looking for deals on unique brands, then this is the place. This place has so many brands, and they give reasonable discounts from shoes to clothing to home decor stuff. You will find it all in one place. If you are planning to go, then I would suggest going on a weekday as you will find big lineups on weekends.

Great outdoor mall I have been too! Lots of great stores to go to with lots of great deals all year long. Very spacious and well maintained mall! There are seating areas, indoor food court, small kids play area, very clean bathrooms located in food court and around the mall too! Recommend to go during summer time-vibrant experience!

Many stores don’t have clothes priced lower than non-outlet stores with the exception being Nike, Victoria Secret, Lululemon and Aritiza. It’s all outdoor store entrances and not in a big mall like I thought, so dress warm in the winter and on rainy days.

Spacious outlet with ample parking. Close to the highway. Almost all of the big brand stores are there. Discounts are very based on the store. Overall it is a great place for shopping. Add this place to the Niagara trip.

Large parking and great mall. Quite far from the city. It’s great place for cloth shopping and eating. I really found best place in the town.

Went there on a Tuesday morning. ‘Twas not busy at all! The deals were spectacular. Got a Kate Spade purse at 70% off! Has almost all the same stores as the Toronto Premium Outlets.

For some reason I found very good deals there, even comparing to Toronto premium outlet, they also have Lacoste clearance centres, which was to me a surprise. Very nice citing area near the food trucks. Got good deal in roots as well. GNC there has much better deals then Toronto. If you going towards Niagara do visit there, Niagara Falls only 15 min drive from there.

Discounted designer shopping and some amazing deals. It’s a must go for the family specially when we stay in Hamilton. Almost all favourite stores on a discount price!

Good stores, poor selection in most of them. The long wait lines (sometimes hours to get into a single store) are not worth it. Best value in this outlet is The North Face.

Stopped in to the outlet mall for quick shopping before getting back to USA. Other than huge tax around 13%, the selections are good. Been to sunglass hut, coach and Nike! Other than Nike, other stores had enough to pick from. Wish I had more time to spend, overall good service quality and well maintained environment.

Whenever we are in Niagara, we make sure we stop in here to grab some deals. It's nice now, because they dont limit the people in stores so no more lineups. The layout is fantastic. Just two big aisles of stores essentially. Go ip and down one side and then curl around and do the other. There is a nice little kids area for the kids to burn some energy and the washrooms were decent. Store selection is diverse and nice. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Niagara. 5/5

I always pit stop here on our way back from the falls. I highly recommend Coach with great discounts, a wide selection of men's and Lady's fragrances wallets purses Belts and accessories. So many stores to choose and so many great deals.

Very nice outdoor mall. Tastefully done, spacious and activity areas for entertaining children. Lots of parking and a wide variety of stores. Highly recommended. 😊

We went to the Gap to pick up some good deals for our grandchildren.

Wonderful location as it's only 15 min drive from Falls. Was not as busy as other outlet malls, and there were good des on stores.

Many exciting stores to explore. Lots of great deals and variety for all ages. Pet friendly and play area for kids. Lots of places to just sit and relax if you need a break. During the Christmas holidays the had free hot chocolate and stores fir the family.

Went here on the much hyped black Friday. Were able to get few deals, otherwise it was a normal day sale prices. The bus connectivity is good, not much of hassles. Its a huge area, reminded me of International Trade Fair in India, but the crowd was conparitively low. Would love to have more eating and drinking options around which can make the visit even more pleasant.

The Indian Aroma Kitchen food truck, fully deserves this 5 star rating due to their highly satisfactory customer service, and even better food. I have came here to eat several times and have always been more than satisfied. The entire crew in the food truck are super friendly and especially, Pilav(Who I believe is the head chef). If you’re going to the outlet, this is one of the best to make if you’re looking for a quick butter chicken poutine or even a meal. The picture below is the BUTTER CHICKEN POUTINE.

I'm a shopper, but also a vendor at the Nooks in the Outlet Collection At Niagara on the Lake. So I'll be reviewing the nooks location within the shops specifically. The nooks is located near coach in the outlet mall. It's an amazing space where hand made vendors, such as myself, can rent space and all of the proceeds of the sale go directly back to the vendor. Among many outlets in Niagara and Toronto area, I like this one the best. Very spacious, clean and organized. Was able to find many famous brands and good clothing & products. Got some really good deals. Not sure if we came on a weekday, there was not too many people. We were walking and shopping around so comfortably. Also the best part is: most of the shops are dog friendly. I was so glad that my Babie dog was shopping with me for the very 1st time. We had a great time together!

It was a pleasure to experience this outlet. Lots of savings to be had. I would recommend that everyone visit and see for themselves.

Good black friday deals. It was crowded but not as usual. Everyone was wearing mask. Stores were taking all precautions. Long waiting outside each store as limit per person inside the store. On the whole, it was a good experience.

A great place to shop at all your favourite clothing stores and fashion outlets. I spent hours here and loved my visit. A place your significant other who loves to shop would definitely enjoy the day here.

Spacious outlets. Good collection

Went on a Monday afternoon in early November 2020. The outlet mall was quiet. Had an extremely passively-aggressive store manager at Famous Footwear basically tell me (I had to sanitize my hands with their hand sanitizer as I came in, even though I had told the young woman greeter at the door that I had just sanitized my hands before I had come in. The manager then went on to courteous but aggressively explain how busy they were and because it is a mall that has too many out-of town visitors, it is mandatory to use their hand sanitizer at their store. They were the only store who demanded we sanitize as we walked in. Needless to say, my husband and I did not purchase anything there nor did we stay long.

Great selection of stores and good discounts. Lines can be long therefore sizes may run out early. Lots of space to distance appropriately. Parking was easy to find. Because it's outdoors, remember to bring a jacket for the chilly weather.

Shopping at this outlet mall reminds me of an amusement park, you spend more time waiting in line to get into the store than actual shopping itself. Popular stores wait times are hovering around 30mins, some instances even longer. Waiting to use the restrooms are even worse. Plan your shopping accordingly, gone are the days to just store hop to see whats good. Hopefully when Covid is under control, we can go back to normal shopping habits.

🌸 Such a huge store! Everything that i need is in this store at a discounted price. 🌸 If you’re vistitng niagra falls, dropping by into this outlet mall is a good choice if your planning to go on shopping.

We visited thus outlet first thing in the morning and we brought our dog. Its nice to be able to bring our pet without apprehension as not many places allow this. It was really great as everything is outdoors so there's lots of space for people to move around. There are so many stores and lots of places to eat. Shoe stores like Nike gets busy pretty fast so if you're a shoe person I would recommend you start with these stores to avoid long line ups. There is lots of different entrances so parking isn't an issue as there's so many to choose from. This outlet mall is right off the highway and super close to Niagara Falls. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever driving in Niagara.

A good collection of popular stores. A very simple circular track layout. Great for days with good weather because it is outdoors. Lots of parking. Longest lines are for Nike (1-3 hrs) and Bath n Body Works (30+ min).

A neat mall! The walkways are outdoorsy. It's the first time I've been to such a mall! The Outlet Collection has a friendly welcoming environment. A friend and I went to pepper palace there. Was not hard to find when using the north entrance.

IF YOU GO make sure you have a warm coat or umbrella. All stores are outside so weather is something to take into consideration. The product in most stores i went into qasnt that great and the lines were ridiculous. I was very disappointed as i drove 2 hours to get here.

There are a couple of good stores here. Good collection. Great discount offers available in the stores. The food court is also good. Couple of good options.

So was here to pick up end of season bargains. Didn't see much! So my purchases were minor. BUT, it did give me a chance to enjoy an espresso at AROMA cafe. I would normally whine about the price but it so happens the person that did our coffee, did a great job. Can't wait to be in the area again!

This place is very nice, great outlets but the big thing about it is that some of the outlets are as much expensive as if you where at a big mall, like Eatons. In the USA at this kind of outlets you get big discounts I miss crossing the border to Buffalo and shop.

This is the best place to shop in the region. It has the best discounts best offers. There are so many brands. Most of the brands have their factory outlets and are giving maximum off on their products. I saw so many Americans here who have came only to shop here I saw so many Canadians shopping here. Such a big place full of so many outlets. The best part was that everyone was holding so many bags. Massive crowd going all crazy over different brands. Huge shopping spree by people.

If you want to spend a laid back day with the family near Niagara, then this is a place to be. Shopping and deals are awesome; parking is abundant and there is a nice food court. Mcdonald's, Tim Horton's available, and a gas station about 2 minutes away before hitting back into the highway.

This is one of the best shopping centres if you want to get some pocket friendly premium branded products. It houses most of the to-go sports and fashion brands in one complex. Would highly recommend visiting this outlet. It has ample parking space outside the complex. It has got a food court and Tim Hortons as well within the outlet.

Even after boxing day, amazing deals in almost every outlet store, holiday hours were until 5pm which is awesome. Well worth the stop over before or after your time in Niagara

The drive to this outlet wasn't worth it. I was looking for a new purse. The purses at Winners, which are the same brand names as the stores at this mall, are less expensive. Honestly, most stores don't seem to be offering outlet prices. The only "deal" I found was a specific style of underwear at La Vie en Rose, which normally are buy 1 pair for $24, then get the 2nd pair for free. So basically, they are $12 a piece. At the outlet store, last year's style was 1 pair for $12. So it wasn't a deal at all!!!!

Tried the sushi. Over-priced... underwhelmed...my own fault. The Chinese place looked to be serving day-old ALPO. Next time I'll be headed to Aroma.

Perfect place for shopping. I think same price like the premium outlet in the US. They have foodcourt and outside restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Decent enough. Lots of great stores. Nothing really going on in terms of actual savings and deals though. Food court needs improvement. It’s small and not enough options or seating. Most of the big ticket stores have a just OK selection. The Browns is really great and Hot Topic. Bass Pro has good deals sometimes but generally expensive. Lots of luxury brand stores also like Danier, Moose Knuckles, Saks etc. The Ralph Lauren outlet is the highlight for me. Great quality, classic clothes there and decent deals. Easily the best store there and reason to visit regularly.

There is an overwhelming amount of shops scattered in every direction. It's like an outdoor mall. Most shops are high-end brand names that even at a sale price are often way too much for the average person.

Huge outlet mall with most of the popular stores in one place. There is a good chance that you will find something you like. There is a food area with good selection of restaurants. You can sit indoors or outdoors. Washrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. Outlet mall in Milton has better selection of things but if you are heading to Niagara Falls from Toronto or other areas near by, a quick stop off the highway can save you some money.

It’s a nice outlet mall with many different stores. Stores here seems a bit more stocked up compare to Toronto premium outlet. Love the food trucks by the entrance.
