Do not book here. I booked a room for my family over March Break. I booked the room in February. Yesterday, four days before our trip, I receive a poorly worded email saying "due to unforeseen circumstances" they can not fulfill my reservation. When I call the "customer support" I am fed the same line. I finally get out of him that they overbooked the hotel. No apologies, just told we can cancel or book somewhere else.

What a great place to stay in while you are in Niagara Falls! I did enjoy the full service you get at Fairfield. The rooms were cleaned and well stocked. The breakfast that was offered pretty good. The front desk guy his name is Viphash was so nice and professional. For sure will come back here.

Greeted by two smiling females at the counter is very pleasing and welcoming . One in training and the other experienced. With a lineup of guest they stayed calm and collected. No wonder there’s was a lineup. Service top notch. Room clean, educated about parking, breakfast and the amenities. Well done ladies. Keep it up. Money well spent.

New or newly renovated hotel which is a 5 minute walk from Clifton Hill. Modern, clean rooms with a coffee maker , fridge and microwave. The breakfast was generous, lots of options and the hotel staff was quick to replenish things despite a very busy Sunday. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Parking was extra and just across the street from the hotel. Not inconvenient at all. Walkable to the Falls if you don't mind the hilly bit. About 15-20 minutes to the falls. Enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is very good for the money you pay. The location is great if you want to visit Clifton Hill. The rooms are nice but there were stains on the carpet and on the comforter. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. The customer service was great, they brought up an extra blanket for us and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here as we had a great time!

booked two rooms and drove 4 hours with my friends just to show up and be told the government took my room and they had no room for us. i even called to confirm the night before just to be sure and they said all was well. a call to let me know would’ve been nice. they told us to go across the street so we did and had a great stay at the courtyard marriott so i highly suggest saving your time, stress and money and book somewhere else cuz the government might end up taking your room if you book here lol.

I can’t rate this hotel any lower. I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance, and 1 hour before check in I was sent an email saying my room was no longer available and I’m out of luck. No call, no nothing. I was 20 minutes outside of Niagara Falls. I called and was told the government booked the hotel and I couldn’t have any room….they didn’t even offer to assist in finding a new hotel. Book here if you want, they’ll cancel on you last minute anyways.

We stayed two nights at the Fairfield by Marriott Niagara Falls, a mid-range hotel located near the entertainment scene in Niagara Falls. This hotel was recently renovated and that was evident the moment we walked into the lobby. The furnishing and décor was clean and simple with a touch of modern rustic. Our two queens room was large and spacious. I really like the refurnished look from the oak wood wall panels and cabinetry to the navy marble pattern carpet and the grey tones. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a desk and chair, and a 55” LED TV with Netflix access. The same modern décor was carried to the bathroom. It was brightly lit with a very spacious shower. However, there were not enough wall hooks to hang up used towels (for a family of four). We managed to squeeze in some time at the pool and had it all to ourselves the entire time. The water was a bit cloudy though, or milky as the kids put it so we kept the swim time to 30 minutes. The complimentary breakfast buffet was nicely laid out with plenty of choices. There was an assortment of bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee. Due to Covid restrictions at the time and food safety, breakfast sandwiches were only available upon request. The individually wrapped sandwiches were handed out frozen and needed two minutes in the microwave. In terms of location, Fairfield Niagara Falls is within walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir and gift shops, and Clifton Hill. The property also features on-site parking, which is kind of off-site. The uncovered surface lot is located around the back and across the street. The self parking fee is $20 per night and we had to use our room key to scan in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Niagara Falls and recommend staying here if you’re visiting Niagara Falls.

Overall, not a great experience. We checked in 3 hours early and they said they would call when it was ready. Finally at regular check in time, we found out the rooms were given to others and we had to wait. Room is hot and humid. Bed was warped...so much that if I faced one way, it felt like I would roll off. Wifi was spotty. Although, the people working there were very friendly and helpful...we would not book again nor would we encourage others too.

Booked a king size bed room. Was a corner room facing Ferry St. Was a bit loud, could hear everything going on outside, but is to be expected on a weekend. Hotel itself was quiet. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower. Location is close to Clifton Hill. Did not get up early enough to try the breakfast that is included.Parking across the street for $20. Looked like there was a lot beside for $5, might be worth checking out. Would stay here again for sure!

Overall a good experience, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were well kept and always serviced. Breakfast options were simple, but delicious (eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, breads and juices) all good options to get you started for the day ahead. Breakfast station was constantly serviced and replenished by on site staff. Within walking distance of Clifton Hill activities and amenities.

The price was great especially if you’re from United States. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was well stocked. The staff at the desk was very friendly. Only a 10 minute walk down to the falls and plenty of great restaurants on the same street. The pool looked crystal clear although we were unable to make time to enjoy it.

Set your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. The room with king bed has limited floor space and the bathroom was extremely cramped. There was very limited drawer space to store clothes. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room comfortable and the hallways seemed to have no air conditioning at all. The free hot breakfast was lukewarm and while it was well stocked, food was mediocre at best. The room and common areas well well kept, but the stairwells looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff were cordial and attentive. The location was convenient to restaurants, attractions and the river area. We’ve stayed at other Marriott properties and this one does not meet the high standards we expected. If planning to stay in Niagara Falls, you may want to consider other options.

very irresponsibility with the check in, . I made my reservation a month ago for three rooms and the rooms specified and they were still not ready at 3:30 pm the day of arrival, they gave me the most horrible rooms and the treatment in the lobby was very rude by the staff. I'm just entering the hotel and I'm not leaving here because it would be very difficult for me to find another one with such little time, I don't recommend it at all and the next time I come to this amazing country; I wouldn't even come to this hotel

Convenient location at a short walking distance from the falls and downtown activities. Staff were super friendly, rooms were modern and clean and breakfast was amazing! To top it off the hotel had an EV charger for my car at no additional cost. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable rooms and beds, well maintained and feels like recently upgraded. Check-in was easy, staff was cordial. Breakfast was good. Loved the fact they had a pool and it was located in walking proximity to Niagara falls

Had a really nice experience on NYE. Staff were amazing. Requests were quickly honored. Breakfast was good. Parking right across the street. We got a 11th floor room and the city view was quite good, especially at night. This was also the first hotel which had bottles of body soap etc right inside the shower. No need to fiddle with tiny bottles like elsewhere.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, easy to walk down to Queen Victoria Park, or over to Clifton Hill. This is my new favourite place in the Falls, due to the contemporary remodel—light wood veneers, and lighting accents throughout. The only "knock" might be the smaller room size, but the king bed fit easily into the room and included an oversized (and comfortable) lounge couch. Friendly staff, and a good breakfast selection. And a very comfortable bed. Highly commend this location!

Great location 10 minute walk to everything. Room/bathroom was clean up to date. Pool area clean comfortable and well kept. Hot Breakfast was great everything you need and more to start the day. Where to improve I would invest in mattresses and sell bigger bottles of water downstairs. Awesome stay !

Great location very close to Clifton hill, good room with decent space. Booked for a night stay with my family with parking package. Room was clean and we just needed a place to crash for the night so it’s not bad at all. Room has microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc and Marriott supply essential bath amenities in case you forgot to bring. Buffet Breakfast is included which is average but then it’s great to have that option for such kind of price. I do recommend.
