Cheap place to stay, keep in mind it's price reflect room. They need to clean room better, even if it's a smoking room we had. Cleaner needs to clean the room and not just walk through and spot clean. Repairs need done to room as well. Bedding was well used, burn holes and well stained. Room cleanliness was poor and went through to clean ourselves before settling in for the stay. Asked for new bedding for one bed but got only a top cover. Checked out at 9:15am and nobody was around to give key and get room deposit back... called on the road and got someone at 11am, for deposit back. Its cheap, but nothing special and check room before staying in room. Don't feel owner cared even if you had complaints. As I had to wait tell cleaner came in to get a blanket! I guess none was there at the time. Most likely will put in extra money and stay at another place next time.

Overall this place was not bad, the room and (bathroom) were clean but they could take some time to clean the walls i.e (dead spiders) and the sheets were fresh but had some old stains and they probably would have replaced the sheets if requested but it wasn't that bad and we made it work. Overall we had fun and the staff were friendly and nice. She gave me new batteries for the TV remote, extra towels and extra pillows. The a.c unit was falling apart but it held and did the job it needed to do. Most importantly no bed bugs thankfully it's one of the main reasons we chose this place as most motel reviews there are complaints of bed bugs and there were none ( I thoroughly checked ✔) and not one review mentioned bed bugs either but I had to be sure. The second reason we chose this place was for the smoking room which was reasonable priced since we only stayed one night instead of spending a fortune at one if the big name hotels where you can have a smoking room but for much less. They also require a deposit but didn't ask for one when I paid at the front desk. Had a decent stay 👌

Just a couple of minutes walk from falls, nice and clean place yo stay, a little old property but in terms of price it's ok, all other places are very accessible in just a minute walk.

Great clean rooms and 20 steps away from the casino and walking distance to the falls. Great and close rooms to all site seeing attractions!!!

Had an amazing stay, everything was great from check in to check out. Front desk staff has a wonderful personality. Owner is very attentive and friendly. Our room was perfect, you smell the cleanliness from the parking spot. The 2 cleaners on the main level (Susan and her partner) are just wonderful. They are fun, helpful and professional. The pool is clean and refreshing. We cooked on the bbq provided and enjoyed the guest areas to sit and eat. Continental breakfast provided is perfect. ALL staff on the premises were friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back! Thanks for making our weekend so fun. 😊 Kelly and Cliff

Very disappointing. They tried their best . Rusty tub plug and hair in the bathroom(not my hair) Wondered when the room was last used . Walls are thin. No electrical outlets at bedside . Extension to lamp with one plug. Not worth $115 a night plus the $15 for parking and all the additional fees. If u just need a bed and no frills , stay here. On a positive note easy to get to the falls from here.

Excellent option for quick and affordable stays in the region. Barebone rooms with wifi and clean linen. Quiet with good parking. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The TVs usually have problems. Once I had to teach a worker how to clean the kettle with vinegar...water scum was within the kettle. They waited long to give me a refund. You can lose $200-$300 for the scent of weed if you break it up in the room within the winter especially to smoke outside. You must clean it and air it out or bye bye $200-$300. They won't tell you that though. Rude! I'm never going back. Don't take my word for it? See for yourself.

Okay. There was a drunk teenager running around clucking like a chicken. I guess to be expected though. Other than that, our stay was decent.

Room was nice. I feel it can be updated make more brighter, shower pressure was okay, hair dryer was not working, and ac was not working properly it was going off and on.. other then that it was nice for 1 or 2 days trips within the budget trip. Owners are humble.

Just got back from this past Labour Day weekend, and enjoyed a concert at the OLG stage, a walk about 3-5 minutes away! The prices were quite amped up due to the long weekend, but considering the other options, it was okay for a short stay. The outdoor pool was refreshing, but could use a bit of fixing up. Raman working in the office is very courteous, friendly and hilarious! She made our visit superb. The other workers were great as well, I didn't get their names. Breakfast is basic, but you get mini muffins, toast and cereal. Tim Hortons is a 2 minute walk. The rooms here are clean and nothing too fancy. Bed and pillows very comfy with a soft comforter on each. The TV has the Roku with stations to watch. and ended up keeping it on the 24/7 Bob Barker Price is Right channel lol! The bathroom was nice and clean, with a tub that I felt fine about bathing in. The AC, fridge, and microwave worked great. I stayed in room 135 on the main level and didn't hear anything from the other rooms. There are some people there for extended stays, and they were so welcoming and friendly. No regrets.

We arrived 11:30pm ask for late checkout The first receptionist gave us 12 PM. There are some cockroaches bed was fine as well the breakfast. Next day 5-9-2023 receptionist lady was very rude she came in knocking my room door at 11:30 very hardly until she broke the lock to ask me to leave. I told her this is unethical what you did you have no rights to come into my room in such a way I could’ve been naked or whatever I am doing it’s a privacy!!! She didn’t even apologize for what she did and replied NO I HAVE A RIGHT. Zero behaviors 0000.

Well parking lot has been recently paved! Was a bit nervous with overall security, doors need to b upgraded with 2 mounting screws. Stair landings can use some paint. Location is fine. There seems to b a nicer motel across the street.

The positives were that the room smelled kind if clean and looked clean and the overnight desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The negatives: 1) Price on Expedia is great, until you realize you are being charged $10 per extra person exceeding 2, even kids. 2) The $10pp is not worth it. The included breakfast was cereal, toast and mini muffins. Cheap juice and peanut butter and jelly, as well as coffee were offered, oh and bananas. 3) The booking does not mention. any extra fees for parking. After you have already booked and paid through Expedia, you get an email telling you parking is an extra $15 - yet this place shows up if you choose the included parking filter - super misleading 4) Though the room smelled clean, it smelled strongly of cigarettes, but that could have also been the can of old cigarette butts on the window ledge outside. 5) The room looks nothing like the online photos Would not stay here again.

Stayed 24th and 25 december, room 118,arrived after 1pm,emailed our arrival was2pm approx. Many rooms empty, charged $30 early check in,WOW.Room very clean but the washroom only had 1 window covered but 2 windows. The HVAC unit was sort of wonky,on and off & they should have shorter curtains,it covers the whole unit lol.Tub was not level and no hair dryer in the room so bring your own.A no frills motel for a no frills price.Overall 3 stars

Stayed here for 4 nights on my first trip to Canada. This place was AMAZING!! Budget friendly too. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great place for family. I’d definitely stay here again; only about a mile away from Clifton Hills and water falls. Rooms very clean and even had a mini fridge and microwave.

We stayed here a while ago now (2016) but my daughter and I had a brilliant time, our room was clean, no dirty sheets etc… the cleaning ladies (sisters) were a right hoot and the other staff were helpful and polite too despite us not arriving til almost midnight!! It’s a shame it seems to be not so clean anymore but we would still return again. X

Moderate rooms for its price. Not recommended for longer stays , Good for a night stay . It’s clean and tidy. Toilets lock wasn’t working properly. Beds are comfy . The man at reception was good and helping if needed. Location is the best thing, just 10 minutes walk to falls . Tim Hortons is just behind.

I booked to stay here for Father’s Day weekend. I did my research online and found this spot was one of the most preferred rates in the area. Easy to find, great location close to many amenities and attractions. Tim Hortons is just a couple minutes walk around the corner. The Fallsview Casino Resort is also just a few minutes walk away. Many spots for food/drink open til 2am or even 24hrs. Great restaurants and shops not too far away walking or driving. If you’re looking to spend time at the Clifton Hill entertainment area, it’s also just a short 10-12 mins walk, as well as the actual falls. Service was great. I have no complaints about my booking process or assistance at the motel. Both of the young men who worked at the main office were very friendly, informative and helpful. We had a small request/change with our initial room, but it was quickly resolved before we even brought our luggage up. We received 2 sets of towels in our room, and it was simple and quick to ask for more when we needed. The bed appeared to be clean and well maintained. Even after we ripped all the sheets off to inspect (which we do at every place we sleep away…) we didn’t find anything dirty or unpleasant. Yes — there were a couple of very faded stains on blankets/sheets, however we didn’t feel disturbed by that, as everything smelled and looked very bleached clean. The fridge and microwave were clean and both worked very well. Fridge was perfect for storing our drinks. Some suggestions: 1. Add some other toiletries to the complimentary products you already provide. Maybe q-tips, flossers, make up remover wipes… etc. 2. Try to increase security, especially after 9pm. There were a few sketchy looking visitors later at night. No trouble, but clearly some individuals who appeared to be conducting business or having very rowdy gatherings in certain units. We really appreciated this motel, and we will definitely be staying here again. It seems like it has improved a lot with the rebranding. Hoping the property managers/owners will continue to maintain this location and implement more updates. Thank you very much!

Probably one of, if not the best beds I've slept on for the room being under 80 dollars! Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds!

This hotel has very reasonable rates. Enjoyable to spend a night or two passing through. Of course you can always find something better depending on who you are. We were happy with our room. It could have been dusted down a little better. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Booked a non smoking room with 1 bed but was given a smoking room that smelled horrendous with 2 single beds. They also charged for parking when it says free on the site. The only reason I gave 2 stars not 1 is because he gave me a full refund.

Visited this location on the 2022 Canada day long weekend. Upon check in I was informed that in order for me to get a non-smoking room it would cost me an additional $50 also I would have to pay for parking. I was not expecting that and I didn’t even think Canadian hotels had smoking rooms anymore. After ago she Asian for an additional $50 we had a room upgrade and parking included. issues: -No TV remote -Hair all over the bathroom -Had to pay for parking at the hotel -Extremely pricey for Canada day weekend compared to other locations Good: -walking distance to a Tim Hortons -walking distance from TGIF, Margaritaville, casino and much more -pool was nice despite being outside

This was the worst place I've ever stayed.. getting in the room to find the washroom drapes with dried up blood on them. The remote for TV wouldn't work.. We were in the end room closets to the trash can so it smelt terrible. And constantly fighting off the bees.. We also found dirty containers under the bed. But the worst was all the bugs we found in the bed! While I was taking off the dirty sheets.. They were under the mattress cover.. When we brought it up when leaving we got a simple oh Sorry!!. I also have a bunch or pictures of everything I've mentioned in this post! Def would never recommend to anyone!

Great accommodations for a very fair price! The older gentlemen (the owner) went above for us. Great guy. Simple rooms but there clean and option smoking or non smoking. And the smoking room was not !!! Bad at all!! Freshly painted. Fridge airconditioner and microwave. And bathroom was very clean which I liked! Would recommend
