Currently writing this review from the room that I booked at this hotel. The advertisement on the website shows that there’s an ice machine that’s complementary which from the get-go does not work the room has a weird smell and the bathroom has terrible lighting as if we are in jail, overall this is not the bang for your buck. If you are looking to stay at a place close to Niagara, save your money and do not look at this place. The service is terrible and the staff is very unaccommodating.

The pictures they show on the website is not the reality this place is a dump. The rooms are not clean the blood stains the carpets are dirty they smell like cigarettes. Not hygienic for people with allergies and definitely you can catch a disease in this place. Not to talk about safety the doors do not complete shut down. Is people living in the property all year around what makes me not feel safe at all. The staff is very rude and cannot handle confidential information properly the time they were serving me They were checking into other people and they were putting copies of peoples personal information in front of me right away. I didn’t feel safe to give my personal information. There were speaking another language and laughing in front of me. They were making me wait because they didn’t wanna resolve my issue. They were not professional at all. People if you want your family Safe on a vacation stay away from this place.

Hello I just left this hotel and the customer service was very bad and rude . I don't recommend it for anyone the front desk service insulted me and was threatening me in front of my boyfriend. I was followed and insulted for a mistake THEY made.

Rooms and property are in absolute shambles. There is black mold throughout the property. The pool is constantly leaking into the basement and they have no desire to rectify the issue. Management is the most dishonest people I have seen in my life. There are bed bugs and cockroaches. The parking lot is full of potholes. There are squatters living in the property and the long term tenants get high and drink all day. There is also a long term tenant who is a bike theif and has all the stolen parts strewn outside their door. This place is not worth a single penny to stay at.

Very unhappy about my experience at this hotel, I arrived early as I’m from out of town and I went to see if we could check in early as my baby needed a nap and it was pouring rain out. The lady at the front desk said very rudely that she had to check to see if my room was ready yet as they don’t have very many clean rooms, after checking she said it was ready but was charging me 50$ extra since I was early and I said I’d just wait them. And she told me to come back at 3 the check in time. I came back at 2:55 and she said I’d have to check if your room is ready because check in isn’t till 4 and I said no you said check in is at 3 and that’s what I’m the website and on the sign when you walk in the hotel. She then argued with me about how she said 4 then asked her co worker if she said 3 or 4 and he said you said 3 and she said well I have to check if your room is ready and I said it was ready 3 hours ago and she said very rudely I have to check if it’s still ready and then she said she had to charge me an extra 6$ fee and I said this is ridiculous I should only be paying what I already paid when booking the reservation. The rooms had a damp gross smell. The mattress didn’t fit on the bed properly, the toilet broken. Dirty bed sheets. Bugs on the wall it was overall disgusting and the pool was full of bugs and hair. Absolutely disgusting this place should be shut down!!! As a paying customer I didn’t deserve to be treated the way I did and I will never be coming back and will be telling everyone to say away

Absolutely terrible experience. First they attempted to give me a room that had someone in it. The 2nd room they offered me had a tv that didn't work, water damage and cracks in the wall, and mold growing on the window frame. The third room had no working lights and missing a TV remote, as well as a broken window. They attempted to offer me a 4th room but I asked what the point was and went back to the room with a fuzzy tv. Absolutely awful hotel

Two rooms dimly lit, unclean, and had active bed bug activity. The girl at the reception desk was very nice but ultimately we did not choose to stay there because there is no excuse for this. Like if your mattress protectors have holes and you can't keep the rooms clean or keep up on pest control it's a big red flag.

Mortified upon arrival. I feel I have been scammed by Travelodge by booking a non-refundable stay based on the pictures they use to advertise the property. This appears to be a low income housing property which is filthy, completely run down and not safe to stay at (in my opinion). There were holes in the drywall, lights did not turn on, garbage/grocery carts at my entrance, black mold all over the bathroom and strong odor throughout the room. Outdoor pool is filled with garbage and green water. I made the mistake of reading only a couple of the reviews which I now suspect were planted there by the property themselves because there is no way anyone could legitimately rate this property as a decent place to stay. Wish I took more pictures but I did not even want to put my bags down - returned the keys approximately 3 minutes after checking in and was refused a refund.

Would never stay at a Travelodge again after this experience. Scary place to stay for two young women traveling alone: Broken glass window in the room, large stains on the carpet, peeling wallpaper, no air conditioning and no screen in the window to open it for air, no wifi connection, the phone to call the front desk did not work, elevator was broken, some lights did not function, dirty, run-down room and front lobby. Do not book here!

I would’ve never stayed here if I had another option close to work. Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundy's Lane is the hotel to avoid if you are looking for a place to say. During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied with the property. Additionally, I found that the water in the bathroom is filthy with so much dirt in it.I must say that I was disappointed with the overall quality of the property. Most of the lights in the rooms don’t work. Wifi doesn’t work. The room I stayed had a washbasin. The sink is clogged and the water doesn’t drain.Amenities provided were subpar and the service from house keeping staff was lacking. Housekeeping staff leaves at 5pm. If you come after 5pm, you are pretty much told that there is no housekeeping staff . As a result of my experience, I strongly suggest that prospective guests avoid staying at this property. In my opinion, there are many other options available in the area that offer better value for money and a more enjoyable experience. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundy's Lane and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality accommodation option in the area.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the breathtaking Niagara Falls. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!"

I stayed here for 2 nights with my kids.. I read the reviews before I came and I was honestly scared to stay here lol. But it exceeded my expectations. If small things bug you then don’t stay here. You get what you pay for. One of the outlets didn’t work in our room so I just used another one. The TV only had 2 fuzzy channels but it didn’t really matter because my kids had their iPads and we were out most of the time. The mattress was a bit hard but I still slept well! I feel bad this motel has such low reviews. It’s an older place but I found it nostalgic and it reminded me of the 90s when I was a kid. You can tell they do their best to make sure everything is clean and to make updates where they can. I’d absolutely stay again. 😊

Its a place to stay budget friendly, staff is also very nice, some rooms are in the process of being updated. Our heater was making a noise, and toilet was flushing for no reason. But the hotel offered to change my room. The noise and flush didn't bother us, and it was a snow storm. So most staff for cleaning all called off sick. But the front desk and manager ....they over worked themselves to please customers. Plus I got a free late check out until 1:pm. Which was perfect for me. As I needed rest. The jacuzzi queen room which I got was enormous. Plenty leg room in the jacuzzi and its oversized for 2. So your comfortable. The hotel is an older look, but the beds are modern. The breakfast is continental, only boiled eggs for a hot choice. But you can enjoy, bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee, tea, juice, toast and a few other stuff which is perfect during a winter storm. Especially if your not about driving in the snow. Truthfully the hotel needs some upgrades like their curtains and furniture but the staff is so nice and friendly that you see past that. More over this hotel is animal friendly. Saw a few cute pups during my stay.

The rooms smelled horrible we had to get out rooms change the bathrooms were filthy and the beds had food crumbs under the sheets and the other room the beds only had fitted sheets. One last thing my daughter went to take a shower and the washcloth was soiled. Definitely not as advertised!

This place is disgusting. Very run down and dirty. The toilet was not secured to floor. No water in vending machines for entire 3 day stay. No ice machines working on any of the floors. Door closers broken on several rooms so you hear doors slamming all night long. Wifi very sporadic. Restaurant permanently closed.

The poor reviews are all true. You smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. Blood stains and cigarette burn marks on linen. A filthy swimming pool which I made a mistake in swimming in and ended up with a nasty infection. Definitely will not be staying here and will be spending the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. One star for the shower water pressure, it was the only thing good about the hotel.

I booked a room here for friends of mine.. they have 2 small dogs so it had to be a pet friendly establishment.. all good 1st night. Clean and decent.. there helping me with a temporary project and needed them to stay a few more days.. no reason not to go back they figured.. well upon entering a different room this time.. it was not cleaned no basic toiletries or even light bulbs in lamps along with a fowl smell that made the dogs uncomfortable...so tired they stayed anyway.. reluctantly I had to ask them to stay another night.. well my friends figured they'd go back and cordially explain about the last room.. hoping to win grace with the Associate behind desk.. 3rd night was a nightmare. Upon entering the room they couldn't stomach what they saw and too graphic to post.. back at front desk trying to checkout with refund motel Associate proceeded to say they had already used the room and no refund.. implying the husband and wife were there for adult business transaction? Never have they been so insulted by such a false statement.. in finish the authorities sided with my friends.. were refunded there money and we do not recommend this motel to anyone. Oh and indoor pool and spa false.. it looked like storage for road workers or something..

I stayed for a baseball tournament in town. The room on the surface looked okay. Looks like it was recently renovated, and smelled of fresh paint. The bathroom on the other hand, there was a large clump of hair on the floor, hair on the sink and in the shower. And what I'm certain was blood on the toilet paper holder. Things I can personally look past, but others might not be able to.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was basic, no frills, but very clean. The coffee maker did not work but had a new one within an hour. An Italian Restaurant was recommended for dinner and was very good. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open. But was also given a $15 coupon for breakfast at Ihop. I would stay there again.

You're reading the reviews and thinking it can't be that bad the price is reasonable. It's that bad. Go somewhere else. The staff seems to be doing their best but it's not good. Bathroom door looked like it was kicked in. No fridge in the room and we weren't offered one. Plastic cups for coffee so it scrunched up and spilled everywhere. No breakfast, given an IHOP $15 coupon (only when 2 entrees are purchased and only 1 allowed per table). The outside pool was disgusting. The light outside our room was broken. Rooms near us either had fire damage or broken windows that had tape holding them together. We only booked this hotel because it said it had shuttle service. When I asked about it I was laughed at and told the city bus stops outside. A lot of the stairs were falling apart. Do not stay here. I've never written a negative review in my life but this place is neglectful at best and dangerous at worst.

Booked at Travelodge on last minute's notice. Found the staff very accommodating and very genuine with wanting to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is older and in need of repair, however we did find out during our stay that it is under new ownership and they are working hard to get their property back in order. We were pleased that the indoor pool was in operation and when we needed to check out early the staff accommodated us with no questions asked. Would be interested to see the renovations once they are completed and wish the new owners nothing but success.

I booked 2 upgraded priced rooms each with king sized beds & jetted tubs & there were a lot of problems. -The parking lot had multiple large pot holes. Three were so big they had a traffic cones in them so no one would drive into them. -The outdoor pool was green & slimy with garbage floating in it. -Upon check in, 1 room was still being cleaned by housekeeping (it was after the assigned check in time). -1 room was missing a mini fridge. -1 room's toilet didn't flush properly. -Both rooms' TVs had bad static on all channels. -1 room's bathroom sink leaked water out of the back of the faucet. -1 room was missing a TV remote. -1 room had noticeable water damage on the ceiling. When sleeping in the room that had water damage, the upstairs neighbour decided to have a shower at 1:30am. The noise of the shower woke me up, and then a large amount of water started to leak through the ceiling. I went to the front desk and was told that there weren't any available rooms to change us to but since it wasn't leaking on the bed that we should just go back to sleep and management would be made aware of the leak the next day.

*Booked a regular room w/ queen bed The room looked outdated. Everything was like out of some 80s movie. It doesn't include a fridge or microwave. The A/C/heater doesn't work very well and made a whole bunch of weird noises so we just turned it off and the room felt really chilly. The room wasn't that clean either. The sheets were scratchy too. Also, the scent of weed was very strong in the room and hallways even when it was supposed to be a non-smoking area. The hotel staff was responsive during the day only. If you have a problem at night, nobody addresses it. We called the front desk but still, nothing. They also do a lot of maintenance. We wake up very early because of the sounds of hammers pounding. It was very annoying.

Never again! Room is so disgusting, I’m sure the last time my room was vacuumed was a year ago! The bedding was once white… So happy I brought my own. Dust everywhere, no fridge in the room as advertised, and the smell that came out of the microwave nearly had my head in the toilet. Didn’t have toilet paper or kleenex when I arrived, and I didn’t have the extra towels I had requested when booking. The pool wasn’t advertised that it was out of service, nor was I made aware when booking was not impressed in the least. I requested 2 queen beds, and got 2 double beds. Will never book with them again.

Staff was polite but unhelpful with our issues. Toilet was not working properly. TV was only static. There was no ice. Blood stains on sheet. No fridge. Cigarette smell in hallway. Would not recommend

Smoke detectors beeped in the hall the entire trip. Staff didn’t care and said several times that it would be fixed. They were not. We were moved because of how disruptive the beeping was to another section of the hotel. The room was in shambles with parts of the furniture ripped apart. I first found an ant in my bed, then started inspecting for other insects. I then found cigarette burns on the sheets, which was extra concerning considering the new section still had faulty smoke detectors, just further away. Then, I found bedbugs. The said no other rooms were available and they could not refund us so we could go find another hotel. There is no restaurant on location, it’s just a hall. The parking lot was closed when we were there. No smoking signs had clearly been peeled off the door. There was no protection on the mattresses. Staff were nameless, and none of them made an effort to be helpful. I was told the hotel would be reaching out to me about my terrible experience and heard nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE.

If I could rate this any less than a 1 I would. We stayed here on Sept 24-26th with 2 other couples. Rooms were gross, broken toilets, non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. All 3 couples also had our credit cards comprised by someone, I’m assuming front desk staff. We know this as we only used card for this charge. Do not give your credit card to staff for security deposit, bank recommends asking for the machine and doing it yourself. WARNING!!!! They have been reported to police

Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this place. Stayed there last weekend. When we arrived there was a young family in the lobby demanding a refund, as their room was awful. When we went to the room that the clerk assigned to us, it was like something out of a backwoods horror film. It appeared that some unsavory people were living in the back section, where our room was. The stairs going up to our floor were disgusting and smelled like urine. We opened our door to find a room with no TV, and wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke alarm should have been. Looked in the bathroom to find mold on the shower curtain. We went to also ask for a refund. The clerk offered us a better room in the front section. The room was marginally better. At least it had a TV, a working smoke alarm and there didn't appear to be any mold in the bathroom. The room had an odd odor to it, but we sucked it up, as we wouldn't have been able to find anything else at such a late stage. From the street this hotel doesn't look too bad, but it really isn't good. Wyndham/Travel Lodge - You really should be embarrassed to have your name associated with this place. Do not stay here.

On checking in we were informed our room had been upgraded. What a shock. The room had no TV as advertised. Much to the surprise of the staff, in the main room was a tacky heart shaped red bath!!!. The curtains were hanging off the rail We complained and we're moved to room 313, a little better - no bath, TV was shocking due to aerial socket hanging from the wall, there were numerous stains on the walls and carpets. On check out the staff had no idea how to refund the $300 security deposit. There is a swimming pool and having professional interest in aquatics I had a look. The tiles above the waterline were black I dread to think what the condition of the water was like. Basically it is like a squat, we only stayed as it was too late to drive back to our hotel in Windsor. For my UK and European friends this is NOT Travelodge that we know

Stayed there a few years ago, used to be a great place, but just stayed there this week and it was terrible. Room had water damage/mold on wall from ac unit. Cable TV was "snowy". Their excuse was the wiring and that it would be fixed next month. 2 lamps in room didn't work. Only 1 working ice machine in a dingy room, that barely worked. Pool not maintained properly, no hot tub either. No restaurant, as advertised on a sign out front. Cleaning staff left garbage bags in hallway all day. Front doors not wheelchair accessible, very hard to get in with one. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room for free, but still wasn't worth it. In the jacuzzi room the toilet didn't flush properly and very little towels, wasn't even prepared for guests.

I didn't have high expectations when I booked, but when I arrived, I was shocked at how rundown the hotel looked. Our room had a slight smell like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it prior. The light in the washroom was strobing. Our bed had springs broken. The room did not get cleaned and towels weren't replaced when we returned after our day out. I know during the pandemic hotels were doing this for the "safety of the staff" but they had it clearly stated at checkin and this was not the case when we checked in. Overall, not impressed.

Terrible place to stay. First off there’s no breakfast or anything included. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed and no food offered. Next the amenities stated was a workout room. They don’t have one. Next we booked well in advanced and asked for a 3rd floor room in a quiet section. They gave us a room that shares a hallway. There’s what appears to be blood on the wall behind the desk. No fridge in the room. Broken security latch. Floors are not well kept. I wish I could included pictures. Ice machine in dark scanky room outside the hotel. Walls are super thin. All this and I’ve only checked in. September 1, 2023. Spend the couple extra dollars somewhere else and enjoy your stay.

Monday January 2nd 2023’s evening/night staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!!! i wish i remembered his name to mention in the review (the woman working was also very nice) people need to keep in mind that this was the absolute CHEAPEST hotel that is on the roster, and you are paying for is what you receive. the pictures show a hot tub but it is actually out of order and they should take new pictures of the pool area because i was sad to see there was no hot tub :( but overall very pleasant stay!

Please, please, please do not book with this hotel. I'm beseeching people, so that they do not make the same mistake that I did. It is absolutely disgusting. For starters, my room was left filthy. I walked in to a pile of trash bags full of old snack boxes and wrappers. The bathroom didn't have any new soap (only a few remnants of a previously used bar), nor any bath towels. Many of the lamps didn't work. It literally felt like I was in a horror movie, with how outdated, dim, and pungent the hotel room was. And the service was awful. The man at the front desk spent most of his time on the phone, barely attempting to tend to my complaint and my frustrations. When he actually did acknowledge me, he gestured slightly with his hands, in an up-and-down motion, signaling that it wasn't a big deal. He said they'll clean it up and it'll be taken care of. As a professional, trying to uphold the reputation of a business, I'd expect him to act with more care, more urgency, and more compassion. It's a complete joke at this hotel. I'm honestly horrified at how bad it is, and at the fact that it's actually acknowledged as an establishment. Please, don't stay here. I am trying to save you your time, your money, and your emotions. Don't spoil a beautiful trip to Niagara with such an abhorrent hotel.

Super cheap. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Decor is really dated with broken trom, lightbulbs burnt out, peeling wallpaper and a stained/older dyed carpet. Other patrons of the hotel were particularly sketchy culminating in a late night altercation with a broken down door and several police officers.

First of all it’s a motel not a hotel! I booked my room through reservations for 4 families. We were lied to that this was another building of ramada with the same owner. When arrived to check in our credit cards were charged multiple times a deposit fee instead of once. Which we realized after checking out and getting home. The rooms were disgusting. There were cigarettes burns on the sheets and the comforters, there were really bad stains on the sofa, floor and the walls. Pillow covers had huge yellow stains. The room smelt like it was smoked in for years yet they claimed it was a “non smoke” room. It was soo obvious that it’s worse than a motel and the rooms wasn’t even cleaned. There was blood stain on the inside of the comforter as well. Once we saw the rooms we called room service and no one answered. We went to the front desk to complain. The front desk was very rude to us and wouldn’t even give us a smoke free room since We have a newborn with us and it’s bad for her lungs to smell that gunk. They wouldn’t change our room or give us our money back. When we got upset they told us to “call the police”! It was a nightmare. So unprofessional of this place. We felt so helpless. We just left the place and found another hotel since we had kids and babies with us. They ate our money and ripped us off. Plus all those extra deposits we were charged we were never given a receipt for. When we called to ask why they weren’t dropped upon check out the front desk hung up the phone on us. We will be moving forward legally with them now. It isn’t fair. Also this place apparently rents out rooms to junkies. Please I beg you guys not To go there It’s a total nightmare specially for kids. Also The staff is so rude and not helpful at all!

I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel to anyone. I had booked a reservation for a colleague which I have done many times in the past. come to find out that when he arrived at the hotel last night the lady at the front desk had told him that he didn't have a reservation and that he had to pay 300 dollars to get a room! He didn't have a credit card on him cause the room that he was supposed to be staying in should have already been paid for. It was such an inconvenience for my college that he had no other choice but to sleep in his truck! Soo please DO NOT book here the customer service here is soo rude and disrespectful!

there are so many reasons this "hotel" should never be booked by anyone. They hide information from you until the last min. There was no fridge, no microwave. They give you sugar and creamer for the coffee maker however, dont give you coffee. The Tv was horrible quality felt like a 90s tv with antenna. The heater was 1 click away from the junkyard., The bed was awful and only 2 pillows on it The night staff was sleeping on the lobby couch leaving the desk and office unattended they dont mention that if you do not have a credit card your deposit goes from $100. to $300. They also do not mention that when you check out , you will also be charged $3.00 for what ever fee they believe they should charge you for and they will sit there and argue with you about it and will not give you back your deposit until that lousy 3.00 is paid. There were cracks in the walls and holes in the wallls. The lamp on the table next to the bed is for deceration as there is no outlet for it in that area. half of the light switches in the room do not work. The switch for the jaccuzzi is on the other side of the bathroom and its not labled so you have to basically play with every switch in the bathroom till you figure it out. We will never stay there again. It wasnt worth the 115.00 plus 300.00 deposit plus 3.00 random charge for one lousy night..... Please never book with them .

Do not stay here. Property is filthy. Our bed sheets were filled with crumbs, blood stains on pillow case (eww!) and stains all over walls in bathroom…also looked like blood. Half used toiletries in bathroom, the lotion bottles were half filled. I was charged an extra $18 on my credit card after we checked out…without my approval. I called the property I was given the excuse we brought our dog but was never told there would be a fee when we checked in. I booked this property as it was listed as dog friendly so why not charge me and tell me while I’m checking in? The bottom of my feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. I cannot stress how dirty the property really was. The front desk staff were yelling at a guest who was confused and trying to check in when I arrived which made for an uncomfortable situation…extremely unprofessional. Security doors to guests hallways left propped open all night. Homeless people appear to be staying at this property as well. We booked to save some money as we are a young family, spend the extra money and go else where.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We booked our reservations through Expedia and hotel was advertised as having an outdoor and indoor pool, fridge in our room... once we arrived I felt like we were walking into a scary movie, our room had half used toiletries no fridge, neither pools were working or even had water in them.... then in the morning I woke up with 50+ bed bug bites on my back and I pulled back the sheets to find an infestation of bed bugs... security doors in hotel are left propped open all night, there seems to be addicts and homeless ppl living there, we were told we would receive a refund after complaining about bugs n bites but did t hear anything so we contacted Expedia who told us to email property and deal through them so we did, we sent pics of bugs and my back covered in bug bites and still nothing from property... very disappointed

Nice greeting staff and affordable for 1 night stay on a busy night in Niagra. Better cleaning staff would have made the difference. Room was not vacuumed - orange cheetos between the wall and bed, dirt on carpet. I recommend viewing your room before you stay. Also black mold on ceiling in bedroom. If management checks these reviews, please contact me for room number.

Absolutely dumpster dive. No hot tub as advertised, sauna was out of order, indoor pool was not heated, outdoor pool was Mossy green with garbage floating. Foul smell in the hallways to find out was a dead body (2nd body in a week) from a room and they left the door open to air it out. 2 towels for 3 people, ask for clean sheets, was told by cleaning staff that it's not their job while we are staying, constant drug deals going on by people staying at the hotel, mold in the ice machines, the ones the ones that work that is, large rats all around the building, not a place you really want to to take your family, and not a place I will ever stay at again. Bates motel would be a safer place to be.

Room was dirty, a lot a dust. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Barely blowed cold air. Never went to clean it while we were out. The pool was dirty and didn't have enough water in it. Besides this when we got to the room door, the smell in the entrance was horrible. I had to check out one day earlier because we couldn't stand the lack of sanitation.

Hotel/motel combo in the process of being remodeled. Don't come here for the pool (full of trash) or the breakfast (it's a $15 a room coupon at IHOP.) Come because it's a good Niagara location, is pet friendly, inexpensive, no bedbugs, and some rooms have new wood floors which are super clean and perfect for keeping clean after pets. Our first room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't. We requested a change. Second room had water damage, broken window, and an electrical short from the water. But our third room was perfect (sans AC didn't work.) New mattresses even! Would stay again, and would again ask to see the room and inspect before staying.

We love visiting Niagara Falls and always stay at the Travelodge...friendly Staff...and we are regularly greeted upon arrival by the Manager. Rooms are basic and clean and meet our needs perfectly. The bonus for us as travellers is that the Travelodge is Pet Friendly...and since the recent renovations, the carpets have been removed and the rooms are much nicer for my wife and I and our Chocolate Lab. To the Manager & Staff of the Travelodge...keep up the good work and we'll see you soon.

Place was disgusting. We walked into our room to find the sink was stained yellow, cracked with white flakes stuck to it. The window had mold around the frame and there was a massive hole in the caulking making the window not even sealed. There was broken screws in the head board that you could easily cut yourself on. After I complained to the front desk, I had to wait for 30minutes for the manager to come and look at the room, asif he didn't believe me. After he inspected the room and seen what I was talking about, he wanted to show me another room which happened to be the room directly next door. I was hesitant but agreed. As soon I walked into the room, I immediately noticed that the baseboard was black and moldy from water damage and asked for a refund. The manager asked me if I wanted to look at an upgraded suite for no extra charge. As we walked into this "suite" my fiance noticed that there was mold around the switches and outlets. Not to mention the room looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. We were disgusted and got our refund. We will never book there again and our trust in Travelodge is forever ruined.

Website states restaurant on site. When we arrived, we were told there is no restaurant, and was given a $15 coupon for IHOP. No fridge in the room, unless you pay $10 a day for one. Had to get ice from 2 floors down to keep drinks cold. Pool was cold as heater was broken I was told. I ask for a towel before going for a swim and half hour after I was done, towels had not arrived. I told clerk at the desk I was dried by now and not to bother. Lights in hallway had piece of hair sticking from it. Still there after 2 days. Grounds are littered with garbage and never picked up. Will not return ever.

Nightmare! We had booked 2 family rooms for 5 adults and 2 kids, each room priced $200. We're allocated rooms in extreme ends of the hotel's 2 wings. One room was full of the odour of pot and smoke, so much so that the fire alarm in the room rang often. Carpet was as filthy as it could be. There are no words to describe the horrific experience. We all 7 managed to sleep in one room for the night and got the refund for the room which was inhabitable. Reasoning by the management, was that they are renovating. By no means, it was supposed to be open to general public and should have completely been blocked.

Room service was apparently only upon request but in reality totally nonexistent. We ordered room service for two continuous days but no one showed up. Also, there is no breakfast at the location. We were given a $20 one time use coupon for breakfast at IHOP regardless of the number of days we were staying. We were staying for 6 days.

this place is disgusting, I went with a group of 8 people and got 2 connected rooms, each with 2 beds. When we got there only 1 of our rooms was ready so we all stayed in the first one for a few hours. The first room had a nearly shattered window, which was taped up and no hair dryer (not a big deal though). The second room had single box springs with double mattresses which made it even less uncomfortable than their hard mattresses already were. Neither of the ice machines work. Neither of our rooms had a microwave or fridge. Their "complementary breakfast" is actually just rock hard bagels with butter and "coffee" that tastes like sewage. And just to top it all off, we woke up covered in BEDBUG bites and found 2 (one on each bed in one of our rooms). Do not go here, especially with pets or children. It is like those gross hotels you see on tv. Literally go anywhere else.

My stay was worth every penny i spent here On Saturday morning i called to make the reservation and the female staff was so helping My basic expectations with room was tv and bed She informed me each and every information i needed and helped me get the best possible room i could stay in with cheap price All in all she was very friendly Pool needs updating and rooms too. I had few issues with rooms but the male staff helped me solving them He went above and beyond to help me Hotel actually needs some updating but yes the staff service covers for the issue you face in hotel

Lots of problems and false advertising. Hotel makes you put $100 deposit per room so you don’t steal the tv’s (their words) and when we checked into our room; the tv didn’t work. We brought it up to management and they mentioned that no maintenance was on site but they either replace the tv or switch our room the next day. Next day rolls around and no one knew what we were talking about. Then we had a heater that didn’t work in the room so they decided to give us a bed skirt to make up for the freezing room. Let’s just say we all woke up stuff and shivering. Next we go downstairs to hopefully use the gym the relax in the hot tub, to find out that both amenities have been removed but they kept the pictures on their website for appeal. Then we like okay we’ll just play pool in the meantime. Well pool requires loonies and the hotel doesn’t carry change… how can you charge 2 loonies and have no change. Finally we had one of the cleaners walk into our room unexpectedly without knocking, then proceeds to tell us even though he could hear the music; he didn’t think anyone was in the room. We had raised concerns with management and they didn’t see anything wrong with the employee barging in. After long last they tried to give us coupons, thinking that would please us. Beware if you come to the hotel. The staff are unhelpful and only make false promises. Will not return.
