One star is generous. It deserved zero. I am a Diamond ChoiceHotel Member with 31 stays since March 2022 alone. I have stayed at several Comfort Inns. This was the worst. We stayed Wednesday night. By Thursday evening I was covered with bites. Friday I confirmed at a walk-in clinic near my home that I had bed bug bites. At least 35 all over my body. The room was ended up staying in was the second room they gave us. The first room they gave us was not made up when we entered so they gave a second room. Will not be staying at anymore Comfort Inns. I was working in Thorold. In hindsight, I should have stayed at the new the Holiday Inn Express in Welland just off the 406 at Woodlawn. It is very nice and extremely clean.

Rooms had no been vacuumed for prob a year. The smell of stale cigarette smoke is prevalent through out the rooms and hallway. The pool/hot tub is the best part. Not really in walking distance of Clifton Hill/ Falls My biggest issue with this hotel is when I went outside late at night they locked the front door and left a sign; for entrance guests can use they're room key around rear of building. Why is there no key entrance at the front of building!? Instead of sending your guests throught a dark parking lot far from the road to the very back of your building!? Where it's secluded and dark and not a safe looking area. Unreal. Nice way to accomidate your paying guests!!!

Manager John is a clown kicked us out with a 1 month old baby because I complained that the taps in bathroom are backwards and I burned my hands on the water I am partially blind and deaf and this is the treatment we receive at comfort In lundys lane, do not stay here this manager is a tyrant yelling at customers and would not want this to happen to anyone. Take your money elsewhere, better staying in a tent. Here's the lady who checked us in, created lies that I was yelling and swearing at her when I checked in, this did not happen she lied to manager to have us thrown out. Really professional guys. πŸ‘

This was our first time coming here. We arrived late in the evening and were checked in by John. Our rooms were nice and clean with a mini-fridge and microwave in both. It's been a very quiet stay. It's been comfortable and no issues thus far. Everyone we have spoken to has been kind and courteous. There are restaurants and stores nearby to get everything you need. There's an IHOP attached and they are open from 8a-3p. I would recommend coming here.

Decent place. Found a bit overpriced given the amenities. Pool was average, whirlpool was kinda bad. Nice and frank staff, only sucks that the restaurant downstairs closed at 3 pm. Also a 12 minute drive to the falls which is kinda far. Clean and alright overall.

Room 3110 toilet wouldn't flush properly because the tank took an hour to fill for another flush. I promptly reported this to management the next morning to fix. When I returned in the evening the toilet was still not fixed. This was obviously not a new issue so shame on them. On top of that the room smelled a bit like a locker room. Management did offer to move us to another room but we opted to put up with this substandard room since it adjoined our friends room and we were only staying two nights. Our friends room was fine and didn't smell either. The IHOP next door would have been nice except it doesn’t open till 8am. Would never return again.

Clean, comfortable rooms and staff were fantastic to deal with. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub. Conveniently located onsite is a IHOP restaurant - great breakfast! Overall, I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Clean hotel with a lovely pool and hot tub!! The room was clean and was a good value. It exceeded my expectations for a Comfort Inn!! The staff were welcoming and friendly. A few downfalls though .... there's limited parking and there are NOT ice machines/vending machines on every floor. Overall, I would recommend it for sure though. Best price we found!!

Overall the room was nice and fresh smelling, but with a few issues such as some of the towels had stains as well as the lampshades. No cable TV only antenna lol. This hotel is 10min from the falls. The staff was ok. The ihop attached was way over priced. $20 for basic 2 egg breakfast.

Nice hotel. A little dated but nothing to fret over. Beds were comfy. Quiet and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Absolutely not recommended. People on the front desk tried to double charge: reservation was prepaid and they still wanted to charge. Breakfast is organized like in children camp. And there are cocoroaches in the guest rooms. Stay away!

Stay away from this hotel as much as possible. Even if you get it for free. The Gentleman that works at the from desk with a heavy non Canadian accent, was the most rude employee ever. Comfort Inn Canada #comfortinncanada should be ashamed of having this employee work for them. My friends reserved this hotel via Expedia.ca. Arrival Aug 1 for 2 nights. The night before July 31 (after the reservations were made) we called the hotel to ask if they arrive around 9am can they use the pool since they are checking in that day. The lady at the recep said NP...But the rooms may be ready by 1pm Aug 1. We said no problem. My friends with their 4yr old son left overnight (7 hr drive) arrived at hotel around 7am. Asked if the room was available, the hotel said no, but call back at 9am. They called back at 9am and were told no u can't use the pool. Which is opposite of what the lady at recep said the night before. So we called asking how come the lady from the night before said it was not a problem, but you said no? The gentleman replied back to my wife F off and hung up, and canceled the reservations on my friends. Now there are in Niagara with a 4yr old and no hotel. Great Service Comfort Inn. If I was able to put a NO Star review I would.

Clean neat rooms with suttle added touches that were unique and warming. Woman at front desk was polite and helpful. Updates to hotel were refreshing noticeable and competitive to the bigger and more popular hotels. Enjoyed my stay!

Nice and clean rooms. iHop right inside the hotel is a good breakfast option. Staff is good and the hotel is clean overall. Plenty of parking. Niagara Falls are a 10 min drive from here.

This stay was uncomfortable. Rooms were not on par to other hotels in terms of cleanliness. Rats run rampant outside the hotel starting at sundown. One particular staff member was hostile to our group because we were outside and were setting off their motion sensor. Walls were thin making it difficult to sleep until after 1 when guests next door went to sleep.

Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff was nice. The hotel was pretty clean. The rooms are really basic, nothing fancy. The walls in the hotel are increeeedibly thin - we could hear the conversations from the rooms beside us perfectly, the music playing from another room and unfortunately could also hear their baby crying at 2am and the chatter from that due to the thin walls. The hotel overall was alright, not the best but you kind of know that going in - this is no 4/5 star hotel. It's good when you just need a place to sleep over night.

The prices are cheaper compared to other similar category hotels. Cannot complaint about cleanliness at all - everything from lobby, hallways to the room was super super clean (have stayed at lot of hotels and even worked for hotels but have never seen such excellent cleanliness even at higher category hotels) Was a good choice to book for long weekend when every other hotels were double their usual price.

Vintage style Comfort Inn that takes you back in time for a decade or two! They can improve services and their amenities (Technological & Cosmetic) but over all for the price just 9mins out of Niagara Falls Downtown it’s a fair Comfort Inn.

Considering it is a 2 star hotel, I was reluctant to stay over night with our kids. But I was impressed by the service we have received from the receptionist, who was very helpful. The room we booked was really clean and a good size. Location is not too far from the falls.

Its clean, comfortable beds, very reasonably priced and well situated. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We originally booked for 2 nights then added 4 more nights to our stay. We will come back!
