This clinic used to be nice and quiet, but since the new doctors came last month, it has changed into a fast food restaurant. They took advantage of the good review score earned from the past doctor, and cared about money more than their patients. They told me I can't do both the immunization form for school and the physical checkup on the same day, and that I have to come another day for the physical checkup. The medical assistant lied about all my lab results ready for review when there is still one pending, so that they can trick me into seeing the doctor for one more visit. Well done, what a great way to drive away your patient. Now I've found a new family doctor, and he's been very patient with all my concerns. Never coming back :)

Trustworthy clinic and team, even after moving to another city, still worth the effort to visit them. They have very friendly and kind nursing and administrative team. Booking and following up is usually smooth. Visits are pleasant and well organized with reasonable wait time. Doctors are professional and extremely caring. They take their time to listen to concerns and willing to support patients with what they need. They also did a great job helping patients during COVID. From prescriptions refills, phone consultation and accommodating possible in person visits and giving the right directions, the continues help was appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent clinic.

My 1 star is just for Dr Abumeis. Everyone else is very friendly, maybe he can take notes on how to communicate with patients from them. I came in because I was looking for a new doctor since mine left the practice. Since my husband was a patient here I was positive heading in. I had my paperwork filled out but forgot to write down one of my pills. Dr Abumeis made a big deal out of it which made me feel belittled. You would think a new doctor would be welcoming, friendly and listen to their patients. He was none of these! My husband used the walk in clinic and had the pleasure of experiencing his bedside manner. He said he was horrible, like we were taking up his time. Didn't want to listen to his issues, very short and disinterested. I will never be back to that office while he's there.

Basically this doctor didn't notice I had a hole in my ear and nearly made me lose my hearing. I never leave bad reviews but please teach your doctors to care for patients. I had ear pain (I had a hole in my eardrum, I didn't know at the time) and walked into this clinic. The Doctor put water in my ear to flush it out (which all doctors do NOT recommend) and I nearly passed out. He didn't investigate further and just said it must be an infection and gave me medicine. Flash forward a couple months, I went to a proper doctor who pointed out that I have a hole in my ear and to make sure i DO NOT get water in my ear or I could lose my hearing. Basically this doctor didn't notice I had a hole in my ear and nearly made me lose my hearing. I never leave bad reviews but please teach your doctors to care for patients.

There is no 0 star option so I'm forced to give 1 star. Just like others are saying, the quick turn-around is because you are hardly helped here. I've been seen by 3 doctors here including my primary doctor and all of them don't care. You end up asking and answering your own questions because they just give you one-liner responses if at all. I got a "possibly" "more or less" "perhaps" so you end up feeling not helped at all. You're better off googling your answers because the doctors here are clueless and lazy. Of course the wait time is quick because you are treated like someone in an assembly line. Is that the kind of treatment or service you want? The staff are just as bad. They don't pick-up your call but you can't leave a message as well because their answering machine is full. And God forbid you inconvenience them by asking questions because just like the doctors, they are just here for the pay. So why work in healthcare? There is no BP, pulse check before you speak to the doctor and the rooms are not sanitized after every use. These high stars were for the previous team, not the lousy current ones. Go somewhere else.

I have been to numerous walk-in clinics over the years, but this one stands out for every reason you can think of. The triage process was easy, and the people were actually pleasant and helpful. Wait time was reasonable, and the doctor actually answered questions without thinking I was a sub human questioning the all-knowing doctor. He was human and very pleasant and helpful. Rhe pharmacy staff weere professional and pleasant too. Maybe the other walk-ins could visit here and learn about how to run a business with care for your customers because the moment you swipe our health cards, that is what we are. 😉🤓

I went to this clinic today as I was very sick and did not see signs of improvement in many days. I went to a different clinic (Scott St Medical) earlier in the week and got assessed by a Physician's Assistant. I found that this clinic on Carlton St was much better as it was well-staffed with multiple receptionists, and had actual doctors examining patients. I was fully examined and given the right medication so I can finally get better. The pharmacy is right inside the clinic as well which is excellent, and my prescription was quickly filled. I am very satisfied with my experience at this walk-in clinic and will not go to another walk-in clinic other than this one. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff at this location!

Clinic went downhill very fast! They take you in, talk to you like they don't care to hear anything you say and kick you out. My gf came here for an issue and mentioned that the last prescription they gave her caused bad reactions. Guess what the doctor did? Prescribed the SAME THING. We will never come back here, literally at the er now because she is having another bad reaction(didn't know it was the same drug from before). Prior to this they had sent her to an xray to test for asthma with isn't how you test for it. Will not be returning, low quality care.

They used to have good reviews earned from past doctors. Now the new doctors are only fixated on making money for themselves. For instance they refused to fully repeat my previous prescription by cutting it down to one third of the quantity. This forces me to come there more often so that they can bill more often.

Dr. Muftah was great. The team was quick and the doctor was compassionate and friendly. Pharmacy was great as well. Top notch medical team and experience. You can tell when people care about their profession and their patients.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting on results since July from this place. I went in to get my results printed so i could bring them to another Dr and they said I don't have authority to my own results. I went for a Urinalysis and they never sent it away... When I asked them about it they ended up telling me to go to life labs and get another test done. Did that in August. I then was told they would call me to discuss my results. called multiple times, no answer. Went in to ask for my results and they wouldn't give them to me. Oct I went in for more tests and called to go over my results. No answer again. I went in directly and they again wouldn't give me my results. I said I wanted them sent to another clinic and they refused. I said it is my right to my results.She made me sign a consent forms,, I did and she STILL hadn't sent over my results. it is now Nov 11th. I ended up having to go to another Dr. to get the same tests done and have to wait again for results I already should have...

They are really bad doctor and they doesn't have experience I want to there for medical report they charge me 160$ and the fees it's 100$ and they make me wait 9 business days and the rebort you could get it anywhere in the same day . after all of that he bunch at the wrong spot and he didn't change the paper, I want back to him I told him that your mistake you should fix it he told me my mistake and I am not going to fix it . He know that's will cost me a lot of waiting time and he did that intentional because he know if you give that paper to the drive test they will contact the ministry and the ministry will contact him and until that happens it will take up to 30 business day I really had bad experience with this doctor his name Abu green and before one year in half I had bad experience with doctor alazrak at the same walk clinic the one how work at the pharmacy he is really good but the doctor They are not .

I have a cyst on my face and was perscribed antibiotics? You can even google the antibiotics and it specifically says not for a cyst. It needs to get removed. A referral to a surgeon to get it removed is what needed to happen. Instead of focusing on pushing prescriptions to turn a profit you could just do your job. Really confused why this place has high ratings.

This clinic has very short wait times, which is great. But I am afraid this short wait time is achieved partially because the quality of service is compromised. I was there for flue-like symptoms and headaches. My visit lasted under a minute. The Dr did not even bother checking whether I have infected ears, throat, or sinuses. He quickly filled out a test requisition form and asked me to come back when the results are ready.

I have huge respect to the Doctor, receptionist and pharmacist in this clinic. No rude behaviour, No unnecessary waiting especially if you bring your child. Welcoming patients professionally is that I have not seen in many other clinics so far. The office space is managed very well and it is clean and pleasant. The ambient music keep you calm when you are stressful. Doctors are really professional. Special thanks to Dr. Zabir who is really kind and listening to our concerns for my daughter treatment. Will definitely come again.

I came to this location after having to deal with the unprofessional staff at the clinic at the Pen Center. 5 people in the waiting area, and I was told that there was a 2 hour wait to see the doctor, which made no sense to me. I came to this clinic next on Carlton Street that had the same amount of people waiting to be seen, and I was inside within half an hour. This is your go to Walk in Clinic in St. Catharines. Staff is super friendly, doctors are easy to communicate with and they actually listen. I will be going back to this location next time I need to see a doctor.

Terrific walk in clinic. Not a lot of people so I didn't wait long at all. The nurse/receptionist was great, very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was also great. Was Interested in me and the issue with my arm. Not just a quick look and a prescription, he took the time to talk and listen and checked on the problem. Highly recommend Dr. Grada, I will definitely go here again.

This clinic is one of the best if not the BEST in Niagara region, their staff is very friendly and their services are quick and efficient, if u don’t want long waiting times then I suggest you visit this clinic. Ever since I discovered this clinic, I’ve been going here for all my heath inquires. They also have a pharmacy on site which is super convenient.

I have gone to a few walk-in clinics in St. Catharines and this place goes above and beyond them all. I walked in to a line up of patients all ahead of me waiting to be seen. Within 20 minutes I was checked in, saw a doctor, and even had my prescriptions in hand ready to go. This place is very time efficient, and doctor Alazragh is the best! I can’t wait to come back.

Our closest Welland Walk in clinic was at a 3 hour waiting limit so we made the drive in seeing there was only a 5 minute wait. The Doctor was the friendliest Dr. I've come across in years. It was very quick service - both with the Doctor and with the Pharmacy!

I tried to take my 2 month old here for an issue with his eye. I still have the paper copy of his health card. They wouldn't accept it and said I had to pay $40 cash if I wanted to be seen. She told me it was because of covid and all clinics do it. I called service ontario after and they told me that clinics have to accept it. The office is responsible to call service ontario to confirm the paper copy if they have issues. I went to another clinic and had no issues. Absolutely ridiculous that you would make up this rule.

I'm glad I did a search and picked this place. I stopped into one other doctor a few months ago about an issue and waited over 2 hours for the guy to ignore everything and did nothing for my issue. So for months I was having this issue that I knew the issue but didn't want to go talk to another doctor. But I woke up and found I was extremely uncomfortable and it's been too long in this pain. I stopped in here and was talking to a doctor in under 15mins. He was able to quickly tell what the issue was and even took a moment to answer my questions and give directions to prevent a return visit. Walked out of the room and had the prescription in hand. All in all probably about 30mins and two days later I'm already seeing great results. The pharmacist was also very respectful as I listened to him explain to elderly later her options. Great place and definitely recommend if your someone like me and put off that doctors visit for a long period of time

Very very positive experience. I will use this clinic again. I went on a Saturday morning and I was checked in and out quickly (within 35 minutes). As I was walking out the attached pharmacy called my name for the prescription they already received wow! They make good use of technology in this clinic and are very efficient.

This is a great walk in clinic. The wait times are usually short, pharmacy on site (and quick). The doctors have always been accurate, pleasant and knowledgeable. No nonsense, all business and that’s what makes this team efficient.

The doctor didn't take a hint when I said my abdomen was very tender to the touch. He pressed down hard on it continuously, literally making me scream in pain multiple times til I had to tell him to be gentle. Only then did he acknowledge my pain. He then proceeded to reject my father's suggestion that my problem could have been muscle related, telling him with confidence that this was CLEARLY an organ issue. He sent me to the ER, despite me telling him I went 2 days ago and they found nothing wrong with my organs. But I guess he'd served his purpose in his mind, and after HOURS of waiting for medical imaging at the hospital: abdominal tears. My father was right. Never coming back here again. That doctor made it obvious he'd wanted us out from the second we met. I've never been physically or socially handled with such disrespect from a doctor and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Nice pharmacy though, great variety.

Came for the walk in clinic when I had an hour before work. Was in and out in very good time. Doctor was kind, of course entirely problem focused which helps with the timing but I was very happy with the service. I will send friends and family here.

This walk-in is amazing! Short wait, kind people, and a great doctor who is really calm and kind. When I came for a follow up, the nurse remembered me! Quick service, kind people who do an excellent job, and a clean clinic!

Literally the most kind and patient doctors, my kids aren’t scared to go to the doctors when needed because these doctors are so great with them, when they are super sick they still make them laugh and make them feel comfortable. They are great with children. Also they LISTEN so important in doctors they actually listen to your concerns and make sure you leave with exactly what you need to speed up recovery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

You are in and out in like 20 minutes. Doctors and other staff are friendly. Great place to go.

Nobody ever wants to go to a walk in clinic (let alone on a Saturday)…I went to this clinic after going to my usual spot closed early and I’m so happy I did. There was a good amount of people waiting to be seen and that usually means a HUGE wait time…to my surprise, I was called within 20 minutes! The dr who saw me was really kind and had me on my way quickly. The pharmacist, and all of the staff working there were lovely and made a Saturday visit worthwhile. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience. Compared to other walk ins and the hospital in town. It was fast, efficient and there pharmacy was right in the office so as soon as they diagnosed you the pharmacy had your prescription as you walked out. From walking in the door to being back at home with my prescription was less then 90 minutes. I’m very impressed. Also the major bonus was there open Sunday where no one else is and they were still super efficient.

I go to the walk in clinic here when I need to. The staff are always kind and take the time to listen. Dr Abumeis is calm and friendly as well. The girl who works at the pharmacy cash is so nice and deserves a shout out as well. It is always busy here but they usually see me within 15 minutes. It’s tough enough when you’re sick, so these people get 5 stars from me as kindness and warm tone go a long way in my opinion

I had a fabulous experience today at this clinic. I was in and out the door within 45 minutes. The doctor I saw was very thorough and professional with a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this place and I will go there again if I need to.

This is the best doctor's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. The pharmacy is also amazing. The staff here are delightful, patient, and super kind. I cannot recommend them enough.

They go through patients very fast. You are just a number to them to get the funding. Dr was vey impatient and dismissive. He spend a few seconds and he walked out when my family was still asking for what he saw during the few seconds diagnostic. If you just want pills, it’s a good place but if you actually need help I wouldn’t go with them.

Today was my first time at this clinic! I arrived just before they open and was one of the first ones there. Receptionist checked me in quickly and I was in a room right after check in. Doctor came in a few minutes later! I told him everything I was feeling and he checked everything out and prescribed me something that was ready at the pharmacy in the building in about 5 minutes. Had a question about my meds after I left, called and the pharmacist got on the phone right away to anwsers all my questions. It’s been 12 hours and already feeling way better. The best clinic I’ve been to in the Niagara region hands down. All around 12/10 experience!

This is hands down the best walk-in clinic I’ve been to. Been there 10 plus times and I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes to see the doctor even with a full waiting room. All of the doctors are very nice and so is the pharmacist.

I have had a chronic pain issue for years now that unfortunately keeps me from being able to work sometimes. When a doctors note was needed, I made my way to this clinic and was treated with such care and compassion by both the receptionists and the doctor. I'm so grateful this clinic is right around the corner as I know I am in good hands. Thank you!

This is my second visit to a walk-in clinic to RO UTI since MedCare on Scott St Dr refused to write out req to RO UTI. This Dr only listened without comment till he found out why I was there. I brought urine specimen to test but when asked if it showed infection he said “No”. I know that is a lie since I have symptoms. Bet he never tested it. Untrustworthy. He filled out another lab req but this time he missed TSH after specifically asking him to. I brought med list but he was not interested in looking at it. I am on meds that need to be monitored eg TSH & Uric acid but he never talked to me about it. Not listening, not concerned about doing a through job and only wanting to leave the room quickly. I must say the reception female was so kind and efficient in her role that you know she had your best interest at heart. What a gem. Very organized, listens & responds appropriately. Not like the Dr. No way going back here if treated like a nobody.

Rude and disrespectful receptionist sent me out the door with no help and told me to go to a clinic that was closed when i arrived . i arrived at the carlton walk in clinic place at 4:45 after googling walk in clinic, calling and getting the voicemail “walk in clinic hours are 8-6” After waiting without acknowledgement for 15min another patient comes in and the receptionist acknowledges a walk in clinic for patients if that doctors group. She tells me to go to a closed clinic, which i do. I come back and ask why it says “New patients welcome and Walk in clinic on the sign” she says it’s old signage. I ask about the website and voicemail on their phone. I’m told that is also old and they just moved into this office. I understand not waiting to stay late but i was there over an hr before close. Places like this add barriers to those seeking help. I will be following up with this as i doubt the doctors know the receptionist is turning away patients.

Cannot say enough good things about the clinic. Very kind staff from the receptionists, to the doctors, and to the pharmacy - very good at what they do. No wait time, and I was in and out in a very short amount of time. Pharmacy works very quickly as well, and the pharmacist took the time to explain everything so I was comfortable with what I was taking. Highly recommend!
