Don't believe the other reviews here. The people giving low stars are just angry because the doctors they saw don't agree that they need medical marijuana and they want it to get high. If a doctor is telling you that they don't think you should be getting it, there's a reason for that! I have had nothing but good interactions with this clinic and their doctors. They've all been very friendly and helpful. After the initial referral from my family doctor it took less than 3 weeks to get an appointment and see a doctor.

I have been with CCC since February and my pain management has improved quite a bit. I no longer rely on Pharmaceuticals, that is very important. The People are quite helpful and friendly and will work hard to make things as comfortable as possible. I struggle through life with enough difficulties, it feels great to know I can have trust in my Medical Cannabis team. The knowledge and guidance has put a positive spin on a negative situation. I highly recommend Canadian Cannabis Clinics.

This is a no fee clinic with a Doctor (Ellen) that cares about your health. The counsellor I saw (Marie) was informative and provided affordable alternatives and education about choosing pain relief products, within my prescription range. The office staff are friendly and this ship runs on time. An abundance of pay parking in the area, making timing important; however, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time and it's rare to wait at all.

This company doesn't pay their employees.

This place is a complete joke wasted hours of my time, shipped me off to a different location to tell me i wasn't accepted because a shrink didn't say I need marijuana. But told me to continue to buy it illegaly off the street since I already have access what do I need them for. Legit that's what they told me and said to go back on pills that almost killed me. Jokes government run and funded bullshit doesn't care about anything but $$$$$

I registered with the Canadian Cannabis Clinic to be a legal user. Initially seen by a Dr via skype, got all the t's crossed, i's dotted and started ordering form a supplier. Came time to re-register after 6 months and was told I had to speak with a different Dr, no problem - I thought. Meanwhile I had been waiting weeks for the Grower to bring a particular product out and when it was available I went to order. Imagine my surprise to find my monthly quantity had been cut in half!! There was no discussion with the Dr about doing so, he just arbitrarily cut my dosage by 50% . When I tried to call - I got shunted to a "waiting" line which kept telling me to " hold on" - until another voice told me they would were "too busy to answer, please leave a message" - after waiting 15-20 minutes. When I finally did get through to speak with a live individual they were in a big hurry to get me off the line, not really interested in listening at all. Canadian Cannabis Clinic - you need to pay attention to your Clients. They are going to make you fabulously wealthy - but you can NOT take them for granted. Pull up your socks.

My friend has been struggling with mental health for years but her family does not believe in mental health. Her family doctor is also closed because of corona. I brought her here today hoping someone could help refer to to a counsellor and the doctor that spoke to her told her it was just stress because of corona and that she is fine. She finally reached out to someone after 3 years and this is what she got. How awful. Please learn how to discuss mental health properly. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

A big waste of my time! They told me that I need to take different and more pills, If I wanted to take pills I would go to my pill pushing doctor! Instead you have low life no working losers that get it and don't need it and then there is me that actually needs it in order to calm down and sleep among other things. I'll keep doing what I NEED to do! Screw you quacks!

Absolutely useless. They cancelled 5 of my appointments including the one I took my kids out of school for, made no effort to reschedule them and then since this all took over a year told me the last time I called that I would have to get a referral again because it's been over a year. No effort to fix the mess they caused and just kept quoting Health Canada standards to me but when I quote the timely care section of the Health Canada standards they just hung up on me. Back to the black market I go. Thanks for making things safe for me DR......not

Everyone is amazing here. I've learned so much about my personal needs in cannabis care and highly recommend anyone wanting to learn more about Cannabis treatments to come and visit the clinic! I deal with Dr Saliba and Rhona and they are INCREDIBLE!

These guys are only after selling their stuff. The doctor clearly said they are providers. Doctor only interviews you via Skype and does not care at all about your pains. Their only interest is to hook you with them as your provider. Going after them for not giving me the prescription and for not allowing me to choose my own provider. Besides; if you mention that you want to grow your own product you become a waste of time for them. They are supposed to inform the patients of their options and they fail to comply with Canada Health standards. In Trying to get my license to grow as a medical patient; doc told me the only way to get a prescription from them is after placing the order with them ( which is totally illegal) and I will make sure they know I know my rights.b

I've had nothing but good experience....my initial intake went so fast and they worked so well. I went as I suffer BPD, PTSD and insomia but really only wanted it for sleeping. I used to wake up every hour from night terrors and couldn't sleep and would take me at least 3 hours to fall asleep. Since on oil I sleep through night, I'm more focused during day and able to focus on my therapy for the rest. I take only .5 ml a night and works wonders!!! They worked well with me when I had surgery and had to move my renewal. Just renewed and they always help me whenever I have questions :)

This is a fantastic clinic. Without going into the health reasons my son was referred to this place, he is 18 but due to regulations, anyone under 26 (or 25) needs a parent involved. That was fine. Frustrating, but much less frustration that the hoops one has to go through to get here. This is MEDICINE. Not a way to get cannabis legally. This clinic treats it that way. As have my sons doctors and the doctor he sees at the clinic. When we walked in , I was immediately surprised at how clinic-like it felt. The receptionists were very nice, as was his doctor. Before you leave you see that Councillor. Our's has been Rhona. As a mom, I felt absolutely comfortable here. Speaking to here felt like I was speaking to another mom, a mom who cares about your child. She answers all questions and makes everyone in the room feel comfortable. After reading the bad reviews, you will see that they do not just push people through the process. Which makes me feel good. The process itself is a little crazy, at least for people like my son (under 26) who basically need mom to approve this treatment. But that is not on the clinic. My son has a GP, a specialist, and then had to go to a psychiatrist. As a mom and through 'mom eyes' this clinic is fantastic, the staff and doctors are great. Very professional.

Dr. Lee is very helpful and the councillors are very friendly and knowledgeable. In combination they have made me pain free and given me my life back!

These people are complaining about something else you answer something unrelated, they complain about your main office, you are advising towards them. What is wrong with you? The issue is facing you call centre, not the clinic. Clinic staff are amazing, call centre is a nightmare. If you treat your employee same as you treat patients, I advise all of them to go and look for another job.

My experience with the clinic was an absolutely amazing one! Lori and Ashley were very kind and welcomed me, and I got to see Dr. Bothma who was so kind and helpful. First time here. Very friendly! Appeared clean. Not busy at the time I went (12:30) so very fast service. Also the doctor was able to cover all of my needs. Quite happy!

Terrible. Predisposed to refuse a cannabis prescription. Skype interview with a guy who told me I have many illnesses that cannot be cured with cannabis (we know it can be). Called me schizophrenic. I have never been. Told me to take anti depressants. This place seems there to deny clients. It was a terrible experience and the Skype "doctor" was ill-experienced and hardly a doctor. Do NOT go here.

I am so happy to be a patient of Dr.Grada. This is a great new facility and my experiences here have been great so far. Dr. Grada is a very friendly and great beside manor doctor. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. If you are a patient here then you are in good hands.

Went in a couple weeks ago as I assumed I had gotten a minor concussion. Walked in and only waited a minute until the lady at the counter called me over, took my information and then immediately I was taken in to wait for the doctor. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he was very kind and checked me out, he informed me that I did have a minor concussion and my neck muscle was tightened. He gave me a prescription for the pain relief and headaches, which worked great and they took my benefit card directly there to pay for it. Great service all around! Nothing bad to say at all!

I was helped through my visit by the staff from the receptionists to interviewers through to the doctors and councillors in a curtious and timely fashion. All of my questions were answered. I have delt with both Dr. McKeough and now Dr. Lee with no complaints at all.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who offer support and always answer questions easily and thoroughly, which enables me to better manage my pain, therefore increasing my quality of life.

Wait times can be long, but you can just go out the door and eat some food or something for a few minutes while you wait. The staff actually came out and got me one time, but I can't imagine that's standard procedure.

I called back the number they told me to call they then said they'd call me back which they didn't I called back an hour later they said they tried to call back again which is untrue I was literally waiting by my phone watching the screen waiting for a phone call. They lied and said they tried to call me back when they clearly didn't. Clear case of laziness

They don't go through product list and prices Before or During on Screen conversation with the Dr. He talks to you about what's going on, order's Oil drops for daytime and nighttime. Afterwards, with person who is sending prescriptions to whatever company, you find out that the 2 Oils prescribed are $90 each, per month. How do Pple living on Disability Afford almost $200 a Month. Insane!! Should be free..

Great doctors, really care about your problems and my experience with them was totally amazing. Great clinic!! Most reviews that give a bad score I'm guessing are self-referrals. I had my doctor refer me and I had no issues at all. I love both the doctors I've seen so far.

My doctor and his receptionist are such wonderful people.

I’ve always used marijuana for health issues, after talking with the Doctor I now use it for more issues and started using cbd , sativa and indica daily. It’s helped me stop taking heavy pain killers which causes more issues than it’s worth. I now grow my own medicine and have improved my life, which have aloud me to do things that caused me unbelievable pain 15 years ago. It’s given me my life back.

Great clinic with experienced staff and doctors!

I got in very quickly to see a doctor when I had a medical problem. I had to have an X-ray done on Wednesday and was told that I should hear from the doctor either late Wednesday or on Thursday. It is now Friday and I have not heard a thing. This is more than a minor irritation to me. Please follow up with a patient who walks through the door for medical help & is in need of answers. The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful, dispensing smiles along with your prescriptions! I recommend this clinic without hesitation, even with my small medical hiccup.

Nice clean Clinic. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and accommodating. Went for my flu shot and was in & out within 5 mins. Nice pharmacy right there and I saw that they were working closely with the medical staff to serve their customers better. Would go again for sure!

Lost 1 ⭐️ as an elderly person with a drippy urine sample on the counter was not cleaned up after. Urine on a public check-in counter should be wiped up with Lysol or some disinfectant afterwards right?

The pharmacist, Louie, and all of the staff knows me and remembers me. Sure, they're doing their jobs but they have earned my trust and confidence.

My 3 year old son brought a dinosaur with him and Dr. Belgasem got him to help put the light together to look in his ears and the doctor said let's look in your dinosaurs ears. My son loved this and was very comfortable. Dr. Belgasem did a wonderful job. My son said he had lots of fun at the doctor and he can't wait to go back. It was a wonderful experience and despite how busy they were it only lasted about half an hour.

Dr. Grada doesn’t know a lot about medications to start with also for some reason he make you come back to the clinic every month for your refills, I don’t know who have time for that but I certainly don’t!

Marie is my counsellor, she takes the time to discuss things with me and is very knowledgeable on the subject at hand. I feel the people at this clinic are more like good friends than just workers doing their job. I always leave feeling happy and understood. I would recommend this clinic to everyone in need of understanding and compassion in getting the medicine they need to live a quality life.
