My cats been going to Wilson’s for years now, she’s always treated well and with respect, as she’s gotten older she’s needed better grooming every few months, so for 25$ she gets a great spa day! When she’s had issues the vets and assistants have been very helpful and caring.

Amazing clinic. The staff are wonderful and truly care about your animal's well being. The veterinarians are so kind and genuinely want the best for your pet. Ruby is a strictly indoor cat and going outside is difficult for her. She always comes back home playful and relaxed. Normally she would hide away for the day, but she seems just like herself when we get home. I think she knows she's been treated well and she always feels better. I highly recommend this clinic. They do only what's necessary and the charge is minimal for care. 10/10.

I was thrilled that Wilsons Animal Hospital accepts new patients. The vet was extremely informative and helpful with answers to all my questions. Overall I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!

The office is clean and cheerful. In the examining room there are treats which helped calm my dog down considerably. I really appreciated that only necessary shots were given and I was not guilted to do unnecessary blood tests. The whole appointment with wait time was 25 minutes so the staff know how to use a scheduler! Highly recommend Wilson's Animal Hospital.

The staff was very friendly from the beginning. It was our first visit, and we took in our 3 cats at one time, which was very helpful for us. Each cat received individual feedback from Dr. Young such that I felt confident that the cats were thoroughly examined, and thankfully there were no health issues. Very convenient!

I broght my poor cat in, thinking I would be going home alone. Dr. Young did an assessment & gave me options to ease his pain & prolong his life. The cost was affordable as well. Thank you to Dr. Young and the staff for all your help today.

Best place to bring your pets. My family has always been with Wilsons and now i use them as well. They were very compassionate and really cared when i had to put down my Missy great with her and their for me aswell. Buddy our new lab goes here now and i trust this vet with my furbaby.

We have been taking our 2 Siamese cats here since they were kittens. We can always get an appointment, the staff are very friendly, and they have things like cat climbers in the examination rooms which help our cats feel calmer about being examined. They don't push indoor cats to get unnecessary treatments, and the prices are very reasonable.

We brought my daughter's dog in after a very traumatic experience at St Catharines animal hospital last year. We were nervous to try another vet. But right from the greeting at Wilson's from the receptionist, we thought we would be in good hands. Instead, we found ourselves in AMAZING hands !!! The level of care our small, anxious dog was unprecedented. My daughter and I were treated with respect and all of our concerns were addressed and resolved. Our dog was lovingly cared for through the exam and immunization process - he has never been so calm !!! He was in the Vet Tech Carolyn's arms just snuggling not barking !!! Again, AMAZING how they treated and cared for the dog and for us !! Dr. Paula Wilson stayed with us for an hour since it had been two years since Hudson had a really great exam - she went above and beyond any expectation we may have had. If we could give Wilson's Animal Hospital 10 stars we would because our experience was exceptional !!

Fantastic staff. My pup had an ear infection and when I called, they took me in very quickly. Once there I voiced my concerns about the medication application, and the veterinarian gave me an alternate option that will fix the problem just as fast.

Great staff including receptionists , assistants and vets. I usually see Dr Young, he answers any questions i have and is always helpful. You can tell the staff really cares here. I have no complaints And would definitely reccomend to my family and friends. Even my Georgie likes coming here. 😁

Dr. Young and the staff at Wilson's Animal Hospital are top notch!! They are kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding the care and treatment of our 'fur babies'!! Wilson’s animal hospital my favourite clinic. We have been visiting this clinic since 1993 and the people Vets and staff have always been very compassionate and caring for my pet’s. They are always welcoming, friendly and happy to see our loving pets and us. They explain the procedures and what they will be looking for, and why. Very professional, and they know how important our girls are to us, and what is best for their health. The service at this facility is off the charts amazing. I was able to get in for an appointment with my sick cat as a brand new client within hours of calling. On a day that was incredibly stressful and emotional, the staff here made me feel very safe and supported, and that my furbaby was in great, loving hands the entire time. Friendly and welcoming staff! Accommodating and thoughtful. So sweet to not only our dogs but to our daughters as well. They explain everything clearly and it’s obvious that they enjoy their work environment.

Went in to purchase cat food and was told she had to confirm with a vet that my cat is allowed to eat it and then had to ask if I've ever ordered the pate because my last order didn't match what I was looking to order today! treated like I was some addict looking to score! Unbelievable. Definitely won't be bring my cat in!

I have been a client with Wilson's for many years and have always had excellent service. Today I brought in my new family member (Simba), on short notice, and as usual, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Wilson's for 10 years now and I've always had great doctors take care of my dog Kirby. But today I went in and Kirby saw Dr. B he was so thorough and explained everything. He gave him a total physical. He spent at least 45min going over everything. He's very pleasant and friendly. I was very pleased as my dog is a senior and needs extra care ❤ The receptionist aren't very personable or empathetic. Not like the other receptionist Kim they had she was amazing.!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and how accommodating they are. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a high quality vet for your pet, this is the place.

I've been using this clinic for about 6/7 years now. I'm very picky in which vets I will use with my 4 dogs(2 service dogs and 2 sport dogs) . I primarily see Dr Paula but will see any of the veterinarians there, if required. The clinic is always clean, doesn't smell of harsh chemicals or perfumes. They seem to not hire snotty staff like I've experienced at my previous clinic. They don't challenge me when they recommend something (like neutering) and I decline. When my one dog was suffering from an enlarged prostate they didn't just cram neutering down my throat but rather recommended xrays to confirm enlarged prostate so my decision to permanently remove my dogs hormonal structure could be made more easier for me. VS just assuming it's prostate and recommending neutering just off that. That's what sold me on this clinic initially. My only issue, which I'm sure is the issue for lots is prices. However, that said, I've called around other clinics when my one dog needed teeth removed and the quotes I were getting were either the same area or higher then this clinic. I'd like to see them go back to an all in one price for vaccines though or even maybe even a small discount for those on disability/old age and/or maybe a multiple pet discount. These are just thoughts though. All in all I end up coming here because I legit do not trust anyone else to touch my dogs. Thank you, The Morandin Family and pets.

Really great Clinic with affordable prices. Truthfully this review has been a long time coming because they have really helped provide my pets with excellent care. I have been going here now for 6 yrs and they have always provided great service. The only downside in my opinion is their hours of operation since they are closed on weekends and are only open till 6pm most days. Other then that they are extremely professional, compassionate and offer very affordable care. I have been to so many different vets and this is one of the good ones.

Everyone goes above and beyond - from the receptionist, the technicians, and the veterinarians. I cannot recommend Wilson Animal Hospital enough. They listen to your concerns and never ever rush you out the door. They really do care and I'm so thankful for Dr. Paula. I know our Maisy is, too. Thank you for all you do! 💕

The staff and Dr. Young are fantastic… very pleasant and always answering our questions. We have not had the pleasure of the service of the other doctors, but I have heard nothing but excellent praise for the entire team at Wilson Animal Hospital. I just wish we came here sooner. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our first visit was such a pleasant experience for our kitten Rascal. The cat waiting room was an especially fun time!

Such a great experience. The staff were so empathetic and accommodating. My baby Dexter had a leg injury and we needed to take him in. He’s a big baby and gets startled easily. They were able to get us into the building without interacting with other dogs. Dexter wasn’t able to walk much in the exam room; so the vet went outside with us to watch him walk. I was offered lots of treatment choices with no judgment. Their compassion made this experience so much easier on us. When Dexter had to go into the exam room without us we could hear them comforting him and calling him a good boy. Trust your fur babies with these guys!

We arrived for our appointment with no waiting time....attended to right on time. Dr. Young was attentive and thorough to my questions and my dogs needs. I left feeling that my dog had a good, professional quality checkup delivered with compassion and care. This was for my dogs annual vaccination. A month later I had to bring my dog in for an apparent ear infection. I was set back when I was charged $130.00 for the examination only! Added to this was the cost for the meds needed for the ear. This Vet Clinics charges are on the very high scale. Too rich for my blood so I will be looking for a better alternative for my beloved fur babies care that is affordable.
