A very Poor experience, I'm sorry that I have to leave this feedback but I really don't think that your business helps "All Cat Owners"!! Your policies are unacceptable and unrealistic and I must say, "I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!" Your receptionist just stonewalls New clients and that's UNFAIR!! AND The way I have been Taught "New Clients"are a part of business. But you have a nice Day! Because you've Lost my business!!

Last Tuesday i had to bring my cat to be put down, he was 15 and not well. Everyone here made things comfortable not only for me but for Frankie, a sad day for sure and i couldn't have asked for better from the staff. Yesterday i received a sympathy card and I am very humbled. When i adopt my new friend I will be bringing them here for care 😺 Thank you 😊

I have been with Garden City Catt hospital for years and their staff never cease to amaze me with their kindness, compassion, and knowledge. Dr. Chivers is an excellent physician and is incredible with his techniques to make sure that your cat is as comfortable as possible. His staff is absolutely wonderful and there is no where else I would rather bring my cat. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Him and his team have been with us through the worst of times with our companions and I hope they know how grateful my family and I are for their fantastic service. Dr.chivers truly cares about his clients and their pets ,.best Dr ever ,.he took care of my girl Harlow , and my Dexter ,.I now have my lily girl ,.if looking for a a perfect vet for your fur baby he is the purrfect man ,staff is kind ,thoughtful ,. attentive and truly care ,for our babies .he is top notch !!and his fees are managiabl best cat vet in my opinion in Niagara region hands down 5stRs

Sweetest, kindest, most caring staff I'd ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pets. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Dr. Chivers took care of my babies before I moved. He's kind, soft spoken, which helped my girls relax, and he knows techniques for blood draws that don't require shaving their necks, my Luna's spay was the tiniest incision, which healed real quick... they're all really great people, I definitely recommend Dr. Chivers!

Dr Chivers and his staff are wonderful. Very attentive to our cats needs over the years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Unfortunately, this clinic is still not taking new patients, I've never heard that before... They do have excellent reviews.. maybe time to open another Cat clinic in St Catharines

Dr Chivers and his staff are absolutely amazing. You certainly feel like family. The care and compassion they have for all the cats is just wonderful. Dr Chivers goes over and above for his clients. I highly recommend taking your cat here. You will not regret it.

Dr. Chivers and the staff are fantastic. You can really tell every single one of them loves what they are doing. I have experienced a wide range of emotions while visiting Dr. Chivers and team from the happy times of bringing in a new furry family member to the hard times of saying goodbye to a beloved friend, the team never make you feel anything less than loved and cared for while you are there. I trust Dr. Chivers with the care of all of my cats and I can not say enough positive stuff about this clinic and the team there.

My cat’s been a patient here since 2018! Everyone at this clinic is so kind, empathetic and willing to do what they can to ensure the best quality of care. There’s never any added stress added to my cat and he actually likes the staff and doctor! Absolutely recommend this clinic!
