Dr. Dan and Ryan are both great. I went to this clinic beginning of the year and Dr. Dan completely got rid of my back pain. Unfortunately, I had issues with my insurance and lawyers and was unable to continue treatment...then Covid happened and stopped everything. Thankfully, the work that Dr. Dan did on my back has kept me going even now. Ryan, the massage therapist, is hands down the best I have ever been to. Even without coverage, I would happily pay to have a massage by him any day. I will be getting in touch soon to get my husband in for a massage and hopefully myself as well when I can afford it. Highly recommend both Dr. Dan and Ryan. They are thoughtful and take the time to listen and address concerns. And they help!

My original review is for acupuncture: Immediate relief after 10 days of pain. I'm definitely impressed and looking forward to more follow ups. More recently, I've also gone for massage. Just had one of the most serious and best massages of my life. Highly recommend!

Had my 1st session with Dan today. By no means my 1st chiropractic session ever though and I can sincerely say that Dan is wonderful. Light but effective touch and despite my having some really tight/tough spots I never felt beaten on or pushed too hard yet at the end I felt significantly looser/better than when I arrived, and than I have in ages. It's a new clinic and there working out their growing pains. I like that they are in the city then having to drive out of region. Plenty of parking. Curbs are really high tho, uncomfortable to climb over and need to walk all the way around parking lot island.

I work in construction and deal with low back and wrist pain at times. Dan fixed me up efficiently with minimal appointments. That's important to me considering my busy summer schedule. When I'm hurt and in need of repairs I go and see Dan.

I tried shock wave therapy for a problem I had with my shoulder. Admittedly I was at first cynical about this treatment as my very own physician said it would not work. Regardless, I had a lot of pain and could not stand to do nothing. So I gave it a try and I am so happy to say that it worked tremendously. After 6 treatments pain levels in my shoulder dropped significantly and my range of motion increased dramatically, without major discomfort. This therapy worked great for me and I thank Dr. Dan for helping me! It is unbelievable what a difference this made in my life!

Had a few sessions with Ryan for neck pain and it was weird. He doesn't ask many questions(or say much at all) and being a soft spoken woman I felt awkward much of the time.

Had neck pain for years and was was not getting better , went to see Dan and he diagnosed a totally different cause , I am finally able to be pain free , he is very thorough and explains his treatment and makes you feel comfortable, highly recommend

I see Dr. Chirico regularly for upper back and neck pain. I find adjustments, and Graston very helpful. Ryan is also a great RMT. Dr. Chirico also helped me during my pregnancies. My baby was breech and after he adjusted me she turned!

He utilized a number of different approaches to helping me including physio, chiro, acupuncture and shock therapy over a number of sessions. i can proudly say I am pain free and have him to thank! Before getting treatment from St. Catharines Pain Relief Clinic, I could not walk without getting severe shin splints. After just 8 Graston treatments, I was able to walk AND run without any shin pain! I have had over 15 years of shin split pain so this has been such a relief!!
