Upon my friend's suggestion, we visited the Brazen cafe after seeing a mediocre play at the shaw festival. After some discussion with the knowledge mixologist, we both chose different cocktails. They were beautiful and delicious and made up for the play. The cafe does a cabaret there in the winter that sounds interesting.

Excellent Chai tea, cappuccino and great Jazz music vibe. Doreen is such a wonderful person. Do try their Tumeric latte, it is a hidden gem in St. Catharines. Support local.

I had worked downtown for a total of 10 years and I can’t believe I had never been here. What’s wrong with me? I had a satisfyingly strong Americano and a great Hot Irish cocoa here. My friend had a B-52. It’s a great atmosphere with enjoyable music. I’ve had their delicious scones before from a friend who shared and I’ve yet to try the gelato but they looked amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Quaint, classic little joint. Great place to stop if you’re in the area. Lady running it was very friendly. More than decent double shot cappuccino.

By far THE BEST drink I have ever had in my LIFE. The environment is so rad and unique! There is nothing else like this in the area. Speakeasy vibes, phenomenal art work and decor and the drink list was near impossible to choose from! They all sounded so yummy. Also the owner seems like a super rad person, she was so nice and welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

Worst part about not living in town anymore is missing my weekly trips to Brazen. I’ll never forget the ambiance, community and superb coffee… even made a few friends along the way. There’s more than meets the eye here, literally. Pay a visit to see what you’re missing.

It's a very unique cafe. It is very lovely inside, and it is different from other cafes. I will come back to try out more things on the menu.

A fantastic place! The ambiance is beautiful, classy and warm. The cocktails are delicious, the pumpkin late that the owner made for me was the best I've ever had and the banana gelato is to die for. On top of everything the owner is incredibly friendly and very approachable. I can't wait to come back.

First they place's atmosphere is amazing. Only to be ex matched by the owners positivity and high energy. She is wonderful and makes amazing coffees. 100% inwould recommended stopping by for quality coffee.

A beautiful and realaxing place to get some work done or enjoy a great cup of americano coffee with some friends. The aesthetic and music are old school giving you a different vibe than the usual busy coffee shop. Prices are also reasonable and their coffee is really great. They also have super fast internet!

What a fun place! Funky coffee shop, cocktail bar, even has some gelato and pastries. Add to that the amazing decor. Great spot to bring your special friends.

First time visiting Brazen Cafe and had a fantastic experience. We had the Italian Nutty coffee and the Spanish Coffee, these tasted great. Definitely won us over as a customer from the amazing service!

I stopped by on a Saturday evening for a couple drinks. The decor, lighting, and atmosphere are top-notch, and Doreen is wonderful to deal with. She makes amazing lattes and even Absinthe cocktails (a drink for which I have particular affinity). I'll be back!

Fantastic cafe! This is a hidden gem. We had the Americano, Mocha and Cappuccino and all were hits! The owner is so lovely and her approach with her guests are meaningful. We had such a great experience one Friday night that we came back the next Saturday night for more drinks and gelato! Thank you so much! You must come by and check out The Brazen Cafe!

Great atmosphere, really enjoyed myself. They have a policy, No laptop/tablets on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays but I didn’t complain. Got to spend quality time with my love and sip on coffee. I’ll be back

This is such a nice place!! The music is perfect, the art was well chosen, everything was great. Prices are fantastic, and while I've only had the caramel latte there so far, it was delicious. Definitely coming back!!

Recently moved to the area, been my lunch coffee place and atmosphere is amazing. Looking forward to coming in An evening for a crack at the delicious looking cocktail menu! Well worth the extra few bucks

I've been coming to the Brazen since the beginning and it never disappoints. The owners are wonderful, the ambience is so relaxing and the coffee is the best. And I don't really care for coffee all that much. This is the first year they've been selling Pumpkin Spice Lattes and my basic white girl is in heaven because it's the best PSL I've ever had.

My friend and I stopped in Saturday evening. Was interested in going in and my friend pointed out The Brazen Cafe to me. Was pleasantly pleased by The Brazen Cafe, the lady working there ( I forgot to ask her name), was helpful in suggesting tea and coffee for us to try ,we enjoyed them. Absolutely beautiful location and decor. We ordered iced Americano and a caramel latte, along with a side of gelato; very delicious!! Highly recommend checking this place out, very cool spot!!

Had a great experience here. Came during lockdown so only got an Americano and caramel latte. Both were amazing and the owner was super nice. Can't wait to go back after lockdown and try some of their other things.

One of the best lattes I've had! My wife got the mocha and it was fantastic as well! Also, the owner was so nice to our daughter, which was so appreciated. Will definitely go back when I'm in town again!

The BEST coffee in St. Catharines and very possibly the Niagara Region.. Doreen is such a doll and a pleasure to chat with. The aesthetic can't be matched, such a joy and wonder to look around at all the well placed vintage and FINE decor. Will be making as many returns as possible to this cafe. HIGHLY recommend you stop in on your stroll through St Paul Street, you'll be glad you did.

Wow, what a find! We’re new to the city, and this was the second cafe I tried, but it will now be my go to one for sure. Nice, jazz-like, interior atmosphere, with lots of tables, and interesting, thematic decor. The staff/owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee is excellent, I had the Americano, and it was just the right side of intense, but not bitter. Great flavour. I was surprised to see a really interesting cocktail list, of at least 2 dozen different selections. I didn’t imbibe this time, but I will make it a destination to give that a try in the near future. There’s a small patio out front, with a a good view of the surrounding area. I will definitely be back.

A hidden gem in the city! They have an incredible atmosphere with love events and local artist features, the best service you can imagine and the coffee is to die for. I highly recommend checking this place out. You will NOT be disappointed.

Such a great setup and atmosphere for a cafe - I have only had coffee here because I was rush in the morning when I stumbled upon this cafe but I was amazed with the super cool decor. Coffee and service was great obviously. Can't wait to go back and try their cocktails!

The lady behind the counter was phenomenal. So accommodating as it was my first visit. Was friendly and welcoming and was great to chat with as she made my drink. This place is so unique and has a great atmosphere it's a must try! I will forsure visit again

Brazen cafe was so amazing! The barista, Doreen makes absolutely delicious drinks! I got the caramel latte, and it was absolutely one of the best lattes I’ve ever had! It was a great balance of espresso and sweetness. Perfect foam. And the pistachio gelato was very good too! The burlesque inspired decor was super cute and kind of classy in a unique way! I will absolutely be planning to go back!

Open and quiet atmosphere! Oldschool 1930s vibe with great tasting coffee and espresso. The alcohol and coffee infused drinks are a must have for a winter warmup.

I would give the place a 6 if possible. The owner is chill, friendly, and hospitable, and makes you feel like you’re sitting in her living room. Decor is on point, music even better. And, of course, the drinks are top-notch.

I wanted to go to a nice Cafe in St Catharines and found this amazing gem. It was a perfect experience!!! I honestly can't say enough good about it. It made my day spending time with my best friend and a delicious latte! I will be back soon

Lovely place! Super cool interior, delicious coffee, the owner/staff were super friendly too. Definitely unusual if you like a traditional “hipster” coffee places, but unique and worth visiting.
