Was refused service because I came too close to the back wall just past counter. I was trying to determine if the coils I wished to try were available, as the clerk was busy with another customer. I was asked to step back and not do that, which I obliged, then asked to provide ID. I had my headphones and hood on due to rain, after removing those items and providing stamped membership card and ID, I was basically told to leave as he would not serve me because of what I can only assume was my manner. Make sure you have an extra fifteen minutes to stroke the staffs ego and don't you dare point too close to what you want to buy. I used to spend $70.00-$100.00 each visit which is now going to his competitors due to employee Dimitri who assured me his boss stands by his decision. Note - every other clerk was very helpful and not judgmental.

Google says open till 8pm closes at 7pm. Tried calling during the hours listed to see if it was actually open, it was not.

First vape store I went to over three years ago and still my number one to this day great staff service and products. Went to their location on st Paul looking for an alternative to quit smoking unsure of everything or if it would even replace my pack and a half a day smoking habit. Thankfully after three years I haven't once picked up a cigarette and I feel the difference. The staff is knowledgeable the owners friendly can't say enough about this place hope they stick around.

Hours say 11 to 7, but door is locked and no answer when trying to call. Closed for good? Update your hours please! 😭

The seller sold me coils that do not fit my vape. I'm new to this and this is my first vape so I didn't pay attention. Now I'm in another city. I called the store, but they told me that this chain of stores is only in St. Catherine's. it turns out that I can’t exchange the coils for the right ones anywhere and lost 38 dollars.

It's a good place they have a lot of options in quality I guess but I'm just not a vapour I just don't get the purpose of it I'll just smoke a cigarette thanks

Brian was a g, very helpful pulling out papers to read juice brands thoroughly explaining flavours with very quick and excellent service. 10 outa 10 would recommend Brian. Give him a raise!

Awesome place. I love the staff. Everyone is so laid back and cool. They follow the proper protocols which doesn't really matter to me anyways, just so others are aware. Very friendly and welcoming people. Its the only vape shop I go to and will go to. Love the place and staff and also they are extremely helpful and on top of everything! Highly recommend Vape Cove. Excellent place!

Came in yesterday afternoon looking for one item which they unfortunately didn’t have which was okay. Staff member working became very hostile and was very rude all of a sudden. After trying to see if I wanted something else she had made a rude comment about the vape I use and led on with lots of attitude! Myself and my partner were very nice and kept our calm the whole time but management should really teach her some customer service…
