A delightful experience at odd bird restaurant we tried several dishes from the menu. It was well worth the price. The presentation and the quality of food was everything i expected. I love the complexity of flavors i was getting my absolute favorite is definitely the iberico pork chop 👍👍👍 fantastic job guys. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu that's always a plus! Bravo 🎊👌

Stumbled onto this place when I was really craving a burger but Hambrgr had too long of a wait. First of all, the staff are outstanding. Welcoming, kind, informative and cool. The vibe is great, with open kitchen and lighting. Sit at the bar! It’s so great to watch the chef’s work. Stewart made me an amazing cocktail and the Oklahoma onion burger was sensational, no condiments needed. This place is such an amazing thing for downtown St. Catherine’s. I’m an out of towner, and I’m so happy I discovered this place (I’m here regularly for work). The prices are so reasonable for the overall experience. I highly recommend to everyone to check this place out!

One of st Catherine’s hidden gems. Exquisite menu with very tasty items. The place survived the covid era and thriving. Service is great. Location is fantastic and easy to find. I suggest you reserve first in this fine establishment. Found the place through a hood friend of mine who is in the restaurant domain. Must visit

the food was delicious. the waitress was very unfriendly but the food compensates for the service, I suppose. 8/10. As far as prices, it goes perfectly with the quality of the food: 10/10! The outdoors seating isn’t comfortable (looks and feels like park picnic tables) but as I said, the taste of the food compensates for these little factors. You have to visit this place! It’s truly authentic and delicious!

Our experience was beyond incredible. Sitting at the bar was an experience in itself, watching the orchestra of talent prepare and present our various courses. Our server was phenomenal as well, seeming to read our minds. You can’t just try one item, you must try many and none will disappoint. Our new favourite place to eat in St Catharine’s.

A staple in our list of eateries, OddBird is fantastic! A very cool vibe with fantastic service and unbelievable food. The menu is forever evolving and the cocktails are a highlight. There's really nothing negative to say about this place. If you don't eat here then you'll certainly be missing out!

Just had an early dinner with my friend here and it was such a nice experience. Dining is small and seating is limited but creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. Limited options for non meat eaters but the food I did have was chef’s kiss (fried avocado sandwich and potato wedges). I’ll certainly be back as I’m already craving the crispy potato wedges!

Have always wanted to go to oddbird since it opened and finally pulled the plug. Looking at the menu felt like it might be a tad pretentious, but it was not at all. Extremely inviting and the service staff was amazing! Very attentive and pleasant. Ordered alot off the menu to try a bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Amazing drink menu as well. My wife and I will be going back many more times. Do yourself a favour and go, the ambience service and food is worth way more than you'll have to pay.

A disgrace of fine dining. I ordered Ontario Lamb Saddle, served with a cut that had mostly fat; only a third of a slice was actual meat. The portion was inadequately small too. The cook should learn how to slice meat for a roast. The ambiance of the “upscale” restaurant is ruined by gangsta rap playing non-stop in the background. Several reviews here mentioned a poor music selection at this place, but it doesn't seem like anyone cares about customer feedback. The ergonomics of this place make no sense, because the kitchen takes up 80% of the space, and there are only four tables crammed for customers. Also, there was a freezing draft from the open door, so if you sit at the bar, you should wear warm pants. This place deserves two stars for its clean bathroom and kitchen.

Delicious Food, and Great Vibes. Truly a good find. Went here for our anniversary, and it is the perfect balance of upscale, finer dining, with a cozy, friendly feel. The steak tartare was delicious and definitely worth the try if you’ve never had it. Truffles fries had a massive portion, with massive flavour too. These were absolutely delicious. The chicken sandwiches are next level. Stacked high, and loaded with delicious sauces and cheeses. Overall I’d give this place a solid 9.5/10, a must try if you’re in the area. The only downside is how small it is, but in the same way it adds to the vibe of the whole place .

Fancy food with the starters being the centre of attention of gastro pub delights, ranging from fried chicken or blistered shoshito peppers all the way to the more adventurous fried sweetbreads or bone marrow. For the entree you can choose from pub staples such as the classic beef burger, a fried chicken sandwich, or the 36oz steak. All top quality fare with variety through the door.

odd.Bird - Simply put, one of the better dining experiences the fam and I have had in a long time. Food on point👌, service on point 👌and the music was hella good! 🎧 Eating here was such a vibe. 😎 So many wonderfully tasty treats were had, but the few that stood out had to be the casarecce pasta, chicken liver brulee, the foie pancakes and the bottle of refreshingly light and crisp riesling from @tawsewinery. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot

Nice little Bistro. Food and service was excellent. Place is small, they have two patios. They don't take reservations. But the wait isn't long. Their Duck prosciutto was amazing. My wife had their Burger and she said it was the best she's ever tasted. Definitely we'll be coming back.

I went to Oddbird for dinner with my cousin on Thursday, October 7th 2021. I have been wanting to try it for so long, and I was so excited to finally be going. I put my name down for a table for two, as there was a 30-45 minute wait. The host told me that I would get a text when the table was ready. No problem. My cousin and I went down the street to grab a drink while we waited. After about an hour, I hadn't received a text, so we decided to walk back to Oddbird to check on the status of our table. After recognizing me as I approached, the host rushed over, greeted me by name and told me he must had taken my number down wrong, and a table was ready for me and my cousin right away. He took us over and apologized for the mix-up. I wasn't even mad. I was finally sitting at a table outside Oddbird!! A few moments after being seated, our server brought over two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, with sincere apologies. I was very impressed. This gesture was not necessary, but I thought it was an extremely classy move, and a good indication of the service that I would receive over the course of the evening. And I was right. Not only was the food ridiculously delicious, it was among the best meals I've ever had in my life. I had fried olives to start, the braised pork cheek with cheesy mashed potatoes as my main (I had seen a picture of this dish on Instagram a few days prior to my visit and couldn't wait to try it) and the maple thyme creme brulee for dessert. Wow, wow, wow!! Whoever thought of frying olives is a genius. The pork cheek was so tender and tasted wonderful. Those cheesey mashed potatoes though...beyond scrumptious. And the creme brulee was divine. After the server found out my birthday was the next day, we also received a complimentary after dinner shot. The perfect end to a perfect meal. Thank you to the staff at Oddbird for unknowingly making this the absolute perfect first experience at their establishment. I can't wait to come back!

A culinary adventure is in store any time you visit Oddbird. I love the chalkboard menu and new additions they add as it makes for a different experience each time you go. My staple here is the fried chicken though, easily some of the best fried chicken in town. If you have a taste for exotic food their blackened octopus is also amazing. Definitely a top destination for dinner in St Catharines.

The oddBird. Was an amazing experience. This is one of the few restaurants that felt authentic and true. The food was great! It's unique with menu items that changes from time to time. We had Venison Tenderloin, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Bone Marrow. The tenderloin was good, and did not have a hard game taste/smell, the Gnocchi was also good compared to many high-end italian restaurants, and the Bone Marrow was such a treat with the Luge! The place felt cozy. They didn't have much space and I can see them being full all the time so if you ever want to try them out, be there as early as possible!

Really creative and well thought out, delicious menu. Excellent service from Brandon and Ryan- super knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. Every dish was lights out. We shared the blackened octopus, Arancini, gnocchi, brisket poutine, fried chicken (unbelievable), truffle fries, and tartar. The cocktails are so well thought out and incredible. We tried several and loved it all. We’re from out of town but will make a commitment to come back here!

Oddbird is fantastic! The staff are great. They're pleasant, friendly, and give top-tier service. The drinks are our favourite. They also change it up every few weeks to keep things fresh and exciting. The food menu is great. We love the mussels, the oysters, the salmon tartare, the bone marrow, and the escargot. Lastly, their music playlist is bomb. Oddbird is one of our favourite places to go in St. Catharines for a night out. You will have a great experience!

Cute little place, wouldn't even know it's there - but the food is of amazing quality; my wife loved the bone marrow!

This place is THE BEST! Service was great-very attentive and friendly! The patios were quite nice-I liked the one set back from the street, off the side of the restaurant. The food was excellent and creative. The crisply kale on top of the beets (pictured) was the best preparation of kale I have ever tasted in my life! The scallops were cooked perfectly. Great drinks-beer selection was good, ditto wine and cocktails. Sad I am not a local, but probably best for my pocketbook as I would want to visit frequently!

Such a good freaking time here! The vibe and music is great and the food amazing. Our server was very thoughtful and on point in her recommendations and service. The liver pate was so unique and when we ran out of crostini she promptly noticed and said she'll bring out some fresh ones - which were so hot and delicious and not hard like other restaurants often have them. The chicken was exactly the right amount of crispy with great sauce to boot. I'd love to come back to try out other parts of the menu one day!

By far best restaurant around. We drive down from Mississauga quite often to try out the new dishes as well as stocking up on the favourites. You're missing out if you haven't been here yet.

Amazing food with very creative pairings. Cocktails also excellent! Music is late 90’s rap which was a bit weird. But who cares the food was bussin!

Cocktail, local craft beer and local/international wine list. Their cherry cider was solid. Amazing food that's always changing! Although most of the menu is protein heavy. Wish there were more vegetable items. Friendly staff! The only downside is their no reservation policy and makes it harder to plan a night out. All in all, will return for more food and drinks

We visited odd Bird on Friday Sept 17 and were thoroughly impressed! We waited for just over an hour (conveniently received a message when the table was available). It was well worth the wait! The food was incredible and we enjoyed sampling most of the menu. I will definitely come here again next time I am in town. We also had a truffle mushroom pizza from their other location and it was INCREDIBLE!

Started with the Oysters; they were great, nice and ocean fresh. Got the Haggard Chicken sandwich with truffle fries and I can say that it was a phenomenal meal. Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon. $30 for chicken sandwich, have a plate of truffle fries, and a craft beer!

The food was excellent! Hubby and I had Nashville chicken sandwich. Their Nashville sandwich has become my new spicy chicken benchmark against which all others will be judged. Son had a burger that he said was great. Looked amazing. Huge cocktail and beer menu, food choices that would satisfy all tastes. Fries are thicker than chips but chips like. Will come again!

Been here a few times. Only 20 seats in the restaurant and that makes it all that much Better. The service is awesome I highly recommend you let them help you navigate the menu as they won’t steer you wrong. The cocktails are next level and the food is amazing. We had a variety of different items from start to finish and was pleased with every option we choose.

How to say it...Wow! Wow! Magnificent food. The portions are great, the flavor and seasoning are perfectly balance. Beef Tartar is flawless. But, the bomb is the Fried Chicken. To Die For...Service is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant, keep it up!!

We came here for a birthday dinner and Oddbird did not disappoint. From the salty fried olives to the cloud-like gnocchi, the salmon tartare in the crunchy avocado and the groan-worthy foie gras double stack, we had a fab meal. Service was top notch. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in St. Catharines. I can’t wait to come back!
