We’ve
been
going
to
Lina’s
since
it
opened
in
the
early
1990s.
It’s
a
comfortable
restaurant,
and
the
food
is
mostly
good,
though
its
main
problem
is
the
inconsistency
in
the
quality
of
the
food.
Sometimes,
you’ll
get
a
fabulous
angel
hair
pasta
with
shrimp,
for
instance,
and
the
next
time
it’s
swimming
in
water
on
the
plate
and
there
might
be
a
really
small
amount
of
garlic
or
cheese,
or
shrimp,
resembling
nothing
of
what
you
remembered
from
the
last
time
you
ordered
it.
At
a
cost
of
$22.99
you’d
expect
consistency.
We
frequently
order
the
chicken
Asiago
pizza,
and
that’s
a
definite
hit
or
miss.
The
last
one
we
had
looked
totally
dried
out
and
the
cheese
was
barely
melted.
Yet,
we
had
one
last
summer
when
we
brought
our
family
to
the
restaurant
and
it
was
delicious,
but
again,
you
never
really
know
what
to
expect.
I
think
quality
checks
are
needed.
The
owner(s)
ought
to
have
someone
order
a
take-out
and
see
what
the
dish
looks
like
when
they
receive
it.
Lina’s,
you
have
to
get
consistency
in
the
quality
of
your
dishes!
