Chang Noi is an authentic Thai house with a peaceful dining room setting. Service was quick, friendly and helpful! I had the house pad thai which comes wrapped in a thin layer of egg. The dish was extremely flavourful and delicious. Would definitely try more on the menu!

Wow!! So this place really took me by surprise! A long-time faithful to another local Thai spot, I've argued in the past about which is best (having only been here once). The service is dynamite, the atmosphere is quaint... but the food??!!! Absolutely fantastic! The sizzling curry and the pad thai were phenomenal! It's really making me rethink my stance ;)

We went online and found this local thai restaurant and took a chance. The food was amazing and fully customizable for your spice tolerance. The staff was extremely nice and professional and the price was great for the quality of the entire experience. Highly recommend to anyone living or traveling through the St Catherines / Niagara area.

Great Thai restaurant! The Tom Kha Gai looks unassuming but was packed with flavour. Had my first padthai in an omelette. The sweet and spicy snapper was fried to perfection, crispy skin, fresh juicy meat. Really like how the menu have different heat level, we had the “spicy” level, the spice level was just nice to open up the sweat pores on our head and yet not unbearable. A wonderful memorable meal we had!

SUCH a wonderful experience!! Everything we tried was spectacular, and the staff were lovely and service was quick. The mango curry chicken, garlic beef, shrimp chips, sticky rice with ice cream, and basil chicken were all amazing!!! I can't wait to go back

I've been looking for a place nearby with good wonton soup and gave this place a try. For $15, I expected a good portion of great tasting soup. Instead, I was given a fairly small portion of mediocre soup. Nothing to go with it like sauces or anything to add to the flavor. Not even a spoon to eat it with. I guess I have to keep looking

We went for a dinner on Friday. Food is absolutely delicious, staff extremely kinde and gentle. Highly recommended.

This little gem my husband and I found on our first Niagara trip together back in 2018 and ever since we make a point of stopping there for a meal whenever we're in town. The food is just authentic and exquisite the atmosphere is so relaxed. Did I mention the pad Thai is the best I've ever had? I wish I could find some like it close by me but I can't so we have made it a family tradition to get dinner here on our way out from a Niagara excursion 😊❤️

This was a very unique Thai place as it ups the experience with some very strong flavours. Loved the red curry that they had and also tried some of their Drunken noodles with beef. The meat was tender and juicy. Covid experience is unique since we say outside in their "patio" but that's the current reality. thanks for a great dining experience!

We have re-discovered Chang Noi. The food is excellent, closer to authentic Thai cuisine. Love the restaurant and staff.

The food was excellent. We had a large group and the food came out slow. There were five couples and it was 30 minutes between when the first couple got served and the last. The first couple were done eating before the last was served. The staff was good and the price was good. I am sure if it was a small group this rating would be a five star.

This is the second time we been there. I don't remember much the first time. But this time I remember and the food was so good. Service was good too. Will definitely come back again.

An ideal place for dates. My boyfriend took me to Chang Noi because I was craving for Thai food. I would say Chang Noi has the best curry and pad thai in Niagara region. The atmosphere is cozy with candles and pleasant fragrances. The staff was friendly. We usually go on weekends and it’s understandable that the service was a bit slower on busy days but its all worth it. Recommend to make reservation!!!!

The food at Chang Noi’s has been reliably great for years, and tonight was no different. Everyone should try their Pad Thai at least one, but my favourite menu item is the “Drunken Elephant Noodle” with tiger shrimp. I am admittedly weak when it comes to spice, so a medium was very comfortable for me. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Chang noi is a very nice restaurant to go out with your family, it is also all about elephants. They have many cool elephant paintings and sculptures inside, there are not many vegetarian options until you have to ask. The people working there are generally nice and they have amazing food, it is very expensive and the location is not the best but the inside matters most.

Amazing food and experience every time. Hands down the best Thai food in Niagara! I strongly recommend the Authentic Pad Thai and any of their curry!

Always good food and good ambiance. Top notch service. If you gonna get dinner special, be prepared to be stuffed, well for me at least. Leftover are even more enjoyable as lunch next day, but do somehow get spicer overnight. Be prepared.

Best thai food I've had in a long time! Had the lunch special. Red curry with vegetables, apple salad and small spring roll. Only $10.95! Definitely going again.

We really enjoyed the lunch platter, I had garlic chicken and it was deliciously garlic! Only downside was our dishes were not cleared making it awkward to pay the bill.

I cannot say enough good things about this place; from the friendliest staff to the best Thai food i have tried in St Catharines, Chang Noi is the best! I asked the staff to customize pad thai for me since i am a vegetarian and my husband tried their green curry with chicken. And boy, did we love our food :) This has become our go to place, give it a try if you are looking for awesome authenticated thai food ♥️

We go here for their great lunches..the soup is to die for as is the rest of the meal...I have tried the entire lunch menu and it is all good...We have tried all the Thai restaurants and this one is the greatest

I really enjoyed our dinner here... the food was fantastic and for $27 bucks the dinner special is a deal... took home most of my authentic pad thai which was amazing BTW... cuz I was stuffed... not included in the dinner special but well worth the extra were the wings and fresh rolls and peanut sauce... they were amazing although a good friend suggested that I order the wings as soon as we arrived cuz they take time... I did... worth it...

We dined at this restaurant more than once, about four years ago. As we were very disappointed with the service, we did not go back. We decided to give them another try and were very pleased to see the change - friendly and helpful. The food was tasty too.

Stopped by for a bite after visiting Niagara Falls, following the reviews here. Ordered the dinner special and the laab gai. Sadly, the laab was flavourless and lacking in herbs - it was just boiled chicken and spring mix. The pad Thai was so so. Satay sauce I suspected was just thousand island sauce with peanut sauce... The Tom Yum Gai was way too sweet and lacked the robust flavours - in fact, all the foods here was way too sweet. Very mediocre experience. I suggest looking outside of St Catharines for good Thai eats.

Went there with a friend on Xmas eve. Staff were friendly and attentive. The ambiance was great. We did the holiday special (4 course meal) which was of good value. The mango salad and hot/sour soup were good. My only crib was that the pad tai was a bit basic without much flavour. however my friend who had the mango chicken really enjoyed her entre. Would definitely revisit again. Dessert was great.

literally the best thai food in town. and so much excellent selection. and ive been to thailand twice. chang noi is inviting and cozy and the food is Amazing. not to mention the prices are fantastic especially in these tight times. my favourite place to eat. i love it.

Another wonderful meal at Chang Noi's. I've never been disappappointed by a meal there as everything that we have ordered has been great. Our personal favourites are Authentic Pad Thai & cashew chicken but my husband has ordered many of the curry dishes too. We love the ambience of this place too.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s in a place you won’t expect it to be in. The place is fancy. The food is great and it’s good they ask the level of how spicy you want. We ordered the mango chicken and Drunken elephant spicy noodle (as seen at the pics I posted) and I asked for spicy level 2 which was a bit spicy for me but I still kept eating cuz they were good.

Chang Noi's has is probably one of my favourite restaurants of all time. The wonton soup is a wonderful followed by the elephant chicken wings. The wings are perfectly cooked and are very very very good. I get them usually mild. Definitely worthy of the 5 star review.

Best Thai food in Niagara for sure. I've had take out from here a few times and just ate in for the first time. Everything has been wonderful and delicious. Service is great too. The basil tofu was a standout dish. Update. We went again with a friend with a shellfish allergy, they were completely accommodating and the flavour was just as great as always. Thank you for always being a great experience. Joey is a great server.
