This was my first time here and boy was I impressed.. good salad/wrap/rice bowl selections (as well as smoothies) My friend got the Tex Mex Bowl(with added avocado) and I got the Cobb Wrap. It was delicious and healthy!! I will definitely be back!! 100% recommend!

Such a good spot to go for healthy & vegan options. Tons of menu options or create your own. Ingredients are always fresh and portions are generous, typically get 2 meals out of the bowls & salads. Some of our go tos are Buffalo Ranch bowl, Spicy Asian crunch salad (add falafel), Green Machine smoothie (no collagen, add banana) & Açai smoothie bowl with vegan protein.

very slow :( waited 30 mins for a smoothie bowl. the grimsby store is much faster. it wasn’t even busy and there was 4 girls working. not impressed with their speed or work ethic but they were very nice.

Ordered the Greek wrap with chicken, jalapenos and bacon. VERY GOOD. Happy to come back again and again.

Just visited this locaton earlier today and upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the workers... And the noise of some awful woman berating the girl at cash. The cashier handled the complaints SO well, even after this woman disrespectfully "shushed" her as she was trying to apologize. All of this drama from this horribly unpleasant woman not being able to read a sign and feeling like she's entitled to free upgrades on her purchase! She also mentioned having a chat with the owner (literally over salad dressing), so OWNER, please if this woman reaches out to you, please know that your workers were absolutely FANTASTIC, apologetic, composed, polite, and tried to solve the problem.... And lady, if you're reading this, you might find that effective and respectful communication goes a LONG way when voicing a complaint, especially to service workers. I know big words and feelings are hard, but with practice and patience you can figure how how to communicate them! And please, for everyones sake, find something more productive to do with your time and energy than picking on adolescent girls who are just trying to do their job! Also, the food was great, as always... Love this location!

So thrilled about the new Port plaza location! Ingredients are always fresh and tasty, the ranch dressing is amazing, and I love the cute notes on the bag. I order here frequently and the quality is very consistent. Strongly recommend the Cabo San Taco salad!

Amazing smoothies, super delicious, so many options. Once I had the strawberry avocado smoothie, it was very creamy. Today I had the Berry Blast and loved it. It cost around $10 but I was full after. I also like they have a card to track your purchases and you get a free smoothie, salad etc after 10 purchases. I also appreciate that they offer paper straws and sell metal ones with brushes for $3.

I placed an online order tonight at 6:36pm for pick up (the store closes at 7pm). When I arrived, I was told they did not receive my order and it was now 6:55pm. I showed them my confirmation to confirm it was the correct store, which it was. They thought that if the order was placed past 6:30pm it would add to the next days order because they close 30 minutes later (it does not state this online). Despite this mix up, they prepared my order which was a salad and a smoothie. I am so grateful for this and the staff that was working. I had a migraine and my arthritis has been acting up, the ingredients in the salad and smoothie are anti inflammatory and just what I needed and was craving. I am so grateful for the staff for preparing my order even though they close at 7pm. Amazing customer service, and it meant a lot to me because of how I was feeling. Thank you so much to the staff, you made my night.

Good first impressions. A very large selection of salad components, a little bit of information overload on the first time in. Made the choice to try the Cranberry Apple from their Designer Salads series. Added beef for my protein. Also tried the Strawberry Peach flavoured water. Overall, the salad was good, the dressing smelled too vinegar-ry for me, but I pushed past that because I was hungry and determined to eat something healthy. The components were all fresh, and my only minor complaint was that I wished the salad had more apple, especially since it was one of the named components and they were also trying to highlight locally grown apples. A bit on the pricey side perhaps for my everyday budget.

My husband and I go here alot for smoothie's, they are the BEST! in addition I love their salads and our kids love their wraps. My only area for improvement would be for the staff to make more connections with their customers, especially once they realize they are regulars.

The food is always top notch, flavorful and fresh. However the service is a a let down. They are slow to take your order (even with four people working and you the only one in line). It's disappointing considering how much I enjoy their food.

Honest review…I do an online pick up for lunch here a few times a month as I work nearby. It’s a quick and easy process. NEVER have I had a bad experience. The price is significantly lower than other comparable/similar spots nearby and they are much more generous with toppings/volume. You also get a stamp card for a free meal after so many purchases. I have filled up 2 and am halfway through my third. It also always makes my day to see a smiley face or little message to have a good day or enjoy scrawled on top of my bowl lid. Keep up the great work guys! ❤️

Second time here, first time was a smoothie, this time was a bowl. Staff has been very helpful and friendly both times, food was super fresh and delicious! My only reason for giving a 4 star is that the bowl was a little too saucy for my liking. So next time I would order half sauce, but otherwise fabulous, and definitely going back!

I'm a big fan of Urban Cravings salads, bowls and smoothies, I've never gotten something I didn't like. They're amazing at accommodating an order for 3, or an order for 50. The staff is incredibly kind, there's rarely any issue at all, the orders I've gotten have been basically perfect. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a healthy lunch at a moderate price point.

this has always been the one and only place i order takeout from but (sort of) recently they stopped letting you do cauliflower rice on the burritos:/ bummer!!!!! been ordering the same thing since cauliflower rice became an option on the menu years back now. my partner and i both find the texture far superior! totally get warning people- maybe it’s not everyones thing but would love to see it as an option again i miss my burritos! still come in for smoothies which are the best in town and the occasional salad which are great too:)

Great variety of smoothie, smoothie bowl, salad, rice bowl options that you can also have as a wrap/burrito, with fresh ingredients and portions that match the price. Generally good service, although one day we had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged by 4 staff, 3 of whom were preparing a delivery order and one who was cleaning the floor. They saw us, it was weird. One star taken off for poor selection of plant-based protein options. If you don't want falafel on your peanut noodle salad you're out of luck. Tofu - get to know it!

Smoothie bowls are really good but the staff all seem pretty miserable. Not the best customer service.

Worst possible service staff. Ordered online, came in and told the staff I pre ordered and name. Was told to wait until texted. Waited 20 min, standing 6 feet from the cash, never texted and then told my food has been sitting there for 20 min. Staff knew my name, what I was there for, who the food was for and couldn't be bothered to let me know it was ready. Then they were rude about it. Never going back here again, used to be a regular. Insulting and stooped behaviour.

I cant say enough good things about Urban Cravings. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff are truly so sweet! My office orders frequently, and we always get the sweetest messages on our bags.

My son had anaphylactic shock from the funky monkey smoothie earlier this year. He was asked by the specialist to get a sample of each item for his appointment to find out what exactly caused the reaction. Going into the establishment today to ask for this was an absolutely horrible experience. Not only did they not supply him with what he needs for this appointment, they advised he go out and buy each ingredient. There is something he is highly allergic to and they want him to go out and buy an abundance of each item. What the what!! What is this world coming to. Highly aggravated by this establishment and advising all to think of any where else to go other than somewhere that doesn’t stand behind their products

This is my go to lunch place when I haven't packed my own. I enjoy their healthy options and how quick the line goes, giving me enough time to enjoy my lunch before getting back to work. :)

One of my favourite places to go and get a quick healthy meal. Mexicali salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Been here 10+ times and the quality and freshness is always there :)
