Pie Guys Bar and Grill on MacTurnbull drive completely dropped the ball today on their customer service. I placed an order for a pizza at 6:15pm today was told an hour delivery time, I get it Friday nights are busy not a big deal. 7:45pm rolls around and we still don’t have our pizza, I call back and get told by the same girl that its out for delivery and should be here soon. 8:30pm still no sign of our pizza, and not even so much as a phone call from the restaurant explaining the situation. So I again called back and asked yet again where my pizza was, told yet again it’s almost there, any minute now. Not before listening to the conversation between the manager and wait staff about “how I keep calling about my pizza” as if I don’t have a right to be upset? If a restaurant is too overwhelmed to handle takeout orders they should be rejecting them. We are very understanding and if they just said they were too busy we could’ve gone somewhere else, it’s the fact that we kept getting told “it’s almost there” “it’s almost there, any minute”. We’ve ordered from here before numerous times, never had a problem like this and the food has always been great but this is unacceptable for a business. We waited 3 hours total, the food never came and we still never even got as much as a phone call from the restaurant explaining what happened or that it wasn’t coming. BIG UPDATE⭐️ It showed up at 9:20pm as we’re leaving for work! We obviously sent it back.

If this is considered authentic Italian pizza, then Taco Bell should be advertised as authentic Mexican food. My husband ordered pizza and wings combo and we received the wrong wings & our pizza was missing the extra topping we were charged for. 0/10 would not go again

I don't know why we ordered from this place. Can't dine in, just take or delivery. So we ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza, 30 minutes... Then we can't sit and wait but stand around for that half hour. Not even on the patio outside. In that time 5 others came, saw us waiting, turned around walked away. Stupid place. Never ordering from this place ever again. For the prices and dine in, go eat at pizza hut.

Steak Poutine, Bacon Cheese Burger, Extreme cheese pizza were great. Servers were friendly and engaging. Maybe a little outdoor music. Will be back.

Ordered a take out pizza and was very disappointed with it considering price. Their pizza tray was about $10 more than a fast food pizza place. I was expecting a quality pizza. Crust was lacking flavour and hard as it was over cooked. Toppings were fine. Was just expecting a much better pizza given photos and price.

Simply the BEST wings I have had in a very long time! The cheese balls were fantastically hot and a good size portion. Will be back again.

Wing special is $7.99 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Absolutely delicious 😋 Also had garlic bread with bacon, Mojito and a Caesar. A great place to come especially on wing night!! Cheers

Tell you what. First time here. Great bartender. On her game fir sure. Friendly, nice just how it should be. Also ordered a pizza Again. Great. Thanx. I will return.

The food was amazing! We also had the best server! Joanna was awesome! She was on point with our orders, she was courteous and friendly! She also made my day!!! Overall great experience! Try the dill pickle pizza, you won't be disappointed!!!

You pay a premium when the quality is top notch. Very good pizza. Hardy with toppings and the wings are a good size. The sauces have great flavour. The service: the staff really works hard to get every detail right for you and your dining experience. They do it WELL.

The couple vegan options they had were sold out. I got a small pizza with no cheese. It obviously didn't look good because there was no cheese but overall it was a pretty decent pizza. The fries were excellent. Hopefully next time I can try their cauliflower wings

I ordered wings well done and light on the sauce which they nailed. The wings were huge and the sauce was tasty. Would definitely get the wings again. On the other hand the pizza left something to be desired. Very little sauce and flavour to the pizza as a whole. Thin crust and cooked perfectly, but it was just very meh. At the price we paid I expected to be blown which I wasn't. I would give it another try and I recommend you do the same, as everyone has different tastes and this may greatly appeal to some.

Our server Holly was da bomb, second time we had her for our server and she does not disappoint, so friendly and happy. The food was very good and not too expensive for what we got. If you get the chance to go out and eat go to pie guys and say hi to Holly .

Had dinner here with my family the other night and we really enjoyed it! Food was delicious, our server was so pleasant, and the portions were huge(we all left with leftovers) …..We will be back for sure!

I’ve only ever gotten takeout but they still knock it out of the park! I Have tried the mac & cheese bites, the fries, pizza and I recommend them all! The fries are cut from fresh potatoes, not frozen. They use real chicken and bacon on their pizza. None of that weird Frankenmeat. Looking forward to trying the wings.

A huge thank-you to Pie Guys for accommodating such a large order of pizza and wings for us last night. The food as usual was awesome! We absolutely love your restaurant, food and staff. Our staff enjoyed the food and we had a wonderful end of the season party! Thanks for all your hard work, dedication and always having the best quality food!!!

What a great experience, the waitresses were amazing, and the food was great. Our pizza got stuck to the pan on 2 slices out of the 12. Not only did they give us the original one we ordered, because the kiddo was hungry, but they threw in a whole other pizza free of charge. The food was just incredible, will definitely be back!

Great food and excellent service. We had the Greek pizza -- delish! And Cajun wings were perfect -- crispy on the outside but not overdone. Caesar salad was huge. Patio was nicely shaded.
