Tonight, on a whim- my friend and I wanted to grab some dinner. I had my puppy with me, and needed a patio that was dog friendly. We were sat in the most thoughtful spot with lots of space for the puppers. They offered us blankets since there were no heaters.. which was a lovely touch. Our server was awesome, and so many of the staff came by to say hi! They were kind and full of masked smiles, which was awesome to see. Safety protocols for COVID were easy to navigate and the new French onion soup was delicious! Thank you for a lovely evening!

This is hands down the best Boston pizza I've been to. Great experience. We got an artichoke and spinach dip for an appetizer, which was pretty damn good. Soon after that, our waitress Taylor noticed we looked kinda cold. That's when she informed us that this place has BLANKET SERVICE. This revolutionary new service brings us clean blankets to wrap around us while we chill. I'm in love. Then the pizza arrived. We ordered a meateor with some modifications, and it was as good as the rest of the experience! Definitely recommend for a late night pizza.

Our server, Owen was amazing. Great service. Get the beer-rita fish bowl. Worth it. The carbanero pizza was on point and the do birthday songs. The carbanero pizza, get it with marinera and ask for it to be heated up. Will not disappoint.

What a disappointment during this visit! Could only be seated on the bar side as the dining room was reserved for trivia apparently. Despite a half empty dining area, we were all squeezed into the bar area subjected to EXTREMELY loud televisions. Not able to chat at all. Our 86 year old dining with us had to get boosted up into the tall bar seats. Food was good and Server was attentive. Will take a break from Boston Pizza, Pen Centre, sorry, it's a miss from me!

Good place to drink a few pints, microwavable meals taste better than this place ever will. Don't let the name deceive you, just a watering hole with a sports bar and some bench seating on the other side (sorry, calling it restaurant side would be an insult for places that actually sell food). Otherwise, fun place to be in, usually a younger crowd.

A couple buddies and I stopped by to do some school work and have a few drinks. We had a great time. The beer was reasonably priced, food was decent and our server was lovely. We'll definitely be back to do some more "studying".

Last time I came here was 6 months ago, blown away with quality of pizza and customer service. Visited again today, tried the fettuccine Jambalaya Fettuccine. Wasn't spicy, tasted slightly bland and would appreciate more sauce. It wasn't hot when received. I also got the bite-sized brownie as dessert. I was just disappointed because the brownie was cold. Overall, the temperature could've been better, but I'll give it another chance some other time.

It’s a good place for hangout. I specially liked the cheesecake dressed with caramel syrup.

Stopped by Boston Pizza last night while exploring Niagara Falls area. Our waitress was very nice, I wish I could remember her name. The food was delicious and she helped us navigate what sauce to pick for our wings. The wings were perfect, crispy, flavorful. And the pizza was great too, the BBQ sauce on the pizza was on the spicy side which we loved. Would return if in the area. Everything came in perfect time, temperature and taste. No complaints!

I absolutely love Boston Pizza! The food is consistently amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The outdoor dining area is fantastic, creating a wonderful ambiance while enjoying their delicious dishes. What's even better is that their prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive. Whether it's a casual night out or a special occasion, Boston Pizza never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Food is tasty, I like their pizza. The environment is noisy,not a good place to chat with friends, because you can't hear them. They don't give you forks and knives even though you order steak and pasta, you have to ask for them. This is not an one time thing, because I came here several times, they never gave me forks and knives and it was hard to find a server because they were always busy.

We heard that this location was decorated very nicely for the holiday season, so we went just for the atmosphere. Their decorations are beautiful 😍! From past experiences at other Boston pizza locations, we weren't expecting much for food quality, but they exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious! And our server was on the ball. Fantastic atmosphere, service, and food. A+

The garlic parm fries with cactus dip are sooo delicious + cheese pizza will never go wrong. Gorgeous interior and had the most amazing Christmas decorations for a restaurant!

Really love this place. The service is always good, and our server last time was super friendly and very helpful. Food is good value too and tastes delicious. I’m a huge fan of the restaurant in general, as the patio is lovely for when you’re having a meal in the summertime. This is one of my favourite spots and I’d highly recommend it. I know I’ll always have a good time here.

Excellent experience for my daughter’s 10th bday. Had a dozen kids and needed to be in and out in 90 minutes as we had a movie to make. They made everything so easy and I never once felt I was being a nuisance or rushed. Making the reservations with Kevin, Ordering in advance with Shannon and our server were all awesome! Everything ran right on time! All meals were perfect (no mistakes) and they gave us a perfect table for our large group! Would definitely go back and recommend for your next event!

I have been to this location on September 20 at 12:30 am, ordered my regular of classic ceaser, Thai chicken bites and large Pizza. The ceaser was well made, Thai chicken bites have the perfect amount of the sauce and was well made. The pizza is really tasty and was custom made to our order. The waitress who helped us was really patient and was helpful in giving us suggestions about the drinks. Overall my experience was really good and would definitely would visit this location again.

We had an amazing time!!! My daughters were dancing to TikToks (16&4yrs) and everyone loved it!!! Other kids started dancing and our waitress came over and said I love this you guys have fun!!! Thank you BP #BostonPizza #buzzybooth

Wings are good. Pasta, quality of service and overall atmosphere are very below average. Chicken and mushroom pasta was tasteless, leaky and had unnecessary veggies for such pasta. We had to ask for everything a few times (only two cutlery served for a group of 6), they forgot to serve icecream as part of the meal. No check in on how things were going. But the worst part was that when ordering they didn't double check the order and misinterpreted it, which ended up being an extra item on the table that we didn't order but had to pay for. Overall, it's not the worst place I've been to and I hope this feedback will help them improve. It's easy - train your staff better and make sure your chef knows how to cook pasta :)

Normal the service and food is fantastic but we had a waitress and she was training a new waitress. After we placed our order only seen her again walking around never checked on us. We ran out if drinks we wanted dessert but I had to find someone to ask for out waitress to come see us and she brought over the bill so I guess that means we cant get desert we even asked and she Saud how do you want to pay. Don't think I'll go back. Used to go once or twice a week I'm so sad about how we were treated

Jake was serving us tonight and he did an amazing job. He was clearly very busy and still gave us amazing service and was very very kind. I appreciate his dilligence and his awesome effort in making our expeirence enjoyable. Thank you Jake! The food was awesome and to our request perfectly. Boston Pizza is always clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating! I love eating here, especially during football and hockey season. They also offer a variety of vegan options now!

Tried the Glendale Ave Boston pizza this time.. Tried the New item Pasta Primavera 😋, at first it just didn't seem very tasty, but once i asked the server to bring the parm cheese, it was amazing . I did add the chicken and had enough to bring a bit home for lunch the next day. Bandera bread amazing would order again for sure. Friend had Steak , was delicious and nice size. My other friend had the Chicken sandwich (spicy one) kinda skimpy on the fries in my opinion but she was happy with the taste of everything. Server seemed ok, we did have to ask for things small things that were forgotten like mayo, cheese, and ketchup but it happens to everyone sometimes. Over all was pretty happy with our visit 😊

Stopped by for last call on Sunday approx. 140am ,felt bad it was so late. Reese, (I think her name) went above n beyond to serve us n make us comfortable. She was fast n more than hospitable. The 5 Stars are entirely for her!!

Amazing service from Cam! Went in last Monday around 8pm with a couple friends and the service was really great. He was friendly, attentive, & we were definitely well taken care of. Food & drinks were good as well! Thanks Cam :)

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst service ever received. We went to support the bar and the bills. Happily sat in the dining room. We were there for 1.5 hours and only had been seen 2 times. We had 1 drink, we’re never offered or asked about ordering food. Our server aimlessly wondered around doing nothing. When she came to take our empty classes after half hour, she asked 2 of 3 people what they would like and tried to walk away before asking the third. The manager walked by and “nodded” at us and didn’t notice our empty glasses and disappointed faces. The other server who was constantly passing us, stopped to take our empties when we finally asked her for the bill. 1.5 hours there, 1 drink and no food. We left hungry and angry. Will not support or recommend this place to anyone.

Love it here! Great gluten free options for my kiddo and the food is always consistent. Can't beat the price for the kids meal and the Boston brute is delish. Highly recommend this location. The service is great and so is the atmosphere.

Our experience here today was amazing! I have been in the restaurant industry for years now and he was one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. He was the super friendly and had the best recommendation! If you a broke university student like us with a gross Dinning hall I suggest coming here and getting the $15 pasta deals they have all of January and ask for Cam as ur server he was amazing.

This place charged me $19 for a small gluten-free pizza. 'Fabio's Pizza,' and 'Real Canadian Superstore,' Charge $18 for a large gluten-free pizza.

Good service. Need a better payment system though. They make their wait staff jump through a lot of hoops to ring through a gift card. Our server had a knee brace like Stone Cold Steve Austin. (Which is cool.)

Good place to dine in after a busy day.. Very grateful they're open till 2AM.. And staff are amazing..

What a great experience we had last night. Our server Cam was absolutely wonderful! He brought great energy and an up-beat attitude which my wife and I really enjoyed! The food came out quickly and was really good! 15/10 experience! Thanks for the laughs Cam!
